Pecurke punjene parmezanom (Mushrooms stuffed with Parmesan)

Sastojci: 18 pecuraka (vrganj), 150g parmezana (struganog), 80g sredine suvog hleba, malo mleka, drske od pecuraka (od 18 pecuraka), 1 kasika majorana, 2 jaja, 1 zumance, 2 cena belog luka, 6 kasika maslinovog ulja, so.

Priprema:

1) Potopiti hleb u malo mleka.Posle 5 minuta ocediti. Pecurkama izvadite drske. Drske ocistite i sitno iseckajte. Beli luk oljustite i sitno iseckajte.Jaja i zumance umutiti.

2) Pomesati drske od pecuraka, beli luk, parmezan, sredinu hleba, majoran, jaja, 4 kasike ulja i so.

Pirinac s pecurkama i paradajzom (Rice with mushrooms and tomatoes)

Sastojci: 150g sampinjona, 50g margarina, 100g parmezana, 125ml belog vina, 1 L supe, 1 crni luk, 250g pirinca, 200g soka od paradajza, 2 kasike maslinovog ulja, so.

Priprema:

1) Crni luk oljustiti i sitno iseckati. Pecurke obrisati vlaznom krpom, ocistiti i iseckati na listice.

2) U serpu staviti supu da provri.

Gulas sa pecurkama (Goulash with mushrooms)

Sastojci: 400g pecurki, 1 manji krompir ili pola veceg, 1 sargarepa, 1/2 struka praziluka (i beli i zeleni deo), 1 crvena paprika (silja), 50ml belog vina, 50ml pasiranog paradajz pirea, 2 lista lovora, 7g senfa, ulje, prstohvat soli. 

Priprema:

1) Pecurke oprati, ocistiti i iseci na listove. Krompir i papriku, sargarepu i praziluk oprati. Krompir oljustiti i iseci na kocke. Papriku ocistiti od semenki i iseci na trake. Sargarepu oljustiti i sitno iseckati. Praziluk ocistiti i sitno iseckati. 
2) Na malo ulja, na srednje niskoj temperaturi (3) proprziti praziluk. Dodati sargarepu i prziti jos nekoliko minuta. Zatim dodati papriku i prziti jos nekoliko minuta.

Suve paprike sa sojom (Dried peppers with soy flakes)

Sastojci: 12 suvih crvenih paprika, 200g sojinih ljuspica, kisela voda, 1 glavica crnog luka, 2 cena belog luka, 1 sargarepa, 1 koren persuna, 2 kasike svezeg persunovog lista (ili 1 kasicica suvog), 150ml soka od paradajza, malo vode, so, ulje.

Priprema:

1) Crni luk i beli luk ocistiti i sitno iseckati. Soju potopiti u kiselu vodu i ostaviti da nabubri. Procediti. Sargarepu i koren persuna oljustiti i iseci. Suve paprike popariti vrelom vodom.

2) U secku usitniti sojine ljuspice, sargarepu i koren persuna.

Krem corba od tikvica i krompira (Creamy zucchini and potato chowder)

Sastojci: 500g tikvica, 200g krompira, 2 glavice crnog luka, 2 cena belog luka, 60g margarina, 100ml pavlake za kuvanje, 1 L pilece supe, prstohvat mlevenog kima.

Priprema:
1) Crni i beli luk oljustiti i sitno iseckati. Krompir i tikvice oljustiti i iseci na kocke.
2) Na ulju prziti crni i beli luk dok ne dobiju zlatnu boju. Dodati krompir, tikvice, so i kim. Preliti supom, poklopiti i na laganoj vatri krckati oko 20 minuta. 
3) Sve dobro usitniti u blenderu. 
4) Dodati slatku pavlaku. Vratiti u serpu i pustiti da prokljuca. Skloniti sa sporeta i ostaviti da se ohladi. 

Ingredients: 500g zucchini, 200g potatoes, 2 onions, 2 cloves of garlic, 60g margarine, 100ml cooking cream (or sour cream), 1 L chicken soup, a pinch of ground cumin.

Preparation:
1) Peel the onions and garlic and finely chop. Peel potatoes and zucchini and cut into cubes.
2) Fry the onion and garlic over medium heat (4) in the oil until they are golden. Add potatoes, zucchini, salt and cumin. Pour over the soup, cover and simmer for about 20 minutes on low heat.
3) Blend everything well in a blender.

4) Add the cooking cream. Return to the pot and let it boil. Remove from the stove and allow to cool.

Musaka od bundeve i krompira (Pumpkin and potato moussaka)

Sastojci: 500g bundeve, 500g krompira, 2 jaja, 200ml kisele pavlake, 200ml mleka ili jogurta, 100g kackavalja, 1 crni luk, 2 cena belog luka, prstohvat muskat oraha, so.

Priprema:
1) Oljustiti i oprati bundevu i krompir. Iseci na kolutove. Crni luk oljustiti i iseci na kockcice. Beli luk oljustiti i iseci na kockice. Pomesati crni i beli luk.
2) Staviti u serpu, preliti vodom i kuvati 20 minuta. Ocediti. 
3) U ciniji umutiti jaja. Dodati mleko i kiselu pavlaku. Promesati. Dodati muskat orah i so. 
4) Vatrostalnu posudu namazati uljem. Staviti red bundeve, pa red kropmira i mesavine luka. Preliti sa pola mase mesavine jaja, mleka i kisele pavlake. Staviti drugi red bundeve i krompira i preliti sa ostatkom kisele pavlake. Narendati kackavalj odozgo.
5) U prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 200 C peci oko 35 do 45 minuta.

Ingredients: 500g pumpkin, 500g potatoes, 2 eggs, 200ml sour cream, 200ml milk or buttermilk, 100g yellow cheese, 1 onion, 2 cloves of garlic, a pinch of nutmeg, salt.

Preparation:
1) Peel and wash the pumpkin and potatoes. Cut into rings. Peel the onion and garlic and cut into cubes. Mix the onion and garlic.
2) Put in a pot, pour over with water and cook for 20 minutes. Drain.
3) Whisk eggs in a bowl. Add milk or buttermilk and sour cream. Pigweed. Add nutmeg and salt.
4) Aries proof dish cover with oil. Put a layer of pumpkins, then a layer of potatoes and onion mixture. Drizzle with half of the egg, milk and sour cream mixture. Put the second layer of pumpkin and potatoes and cover with the rest of the sour cream. Shred cheese from above.

5) In a preheated oven at 200 C, bake for about 35 to 45 minutes.

Sojine snicle sa povrcem (Soy schnitzel with vegetables)

Sastojci: 8 sojinih snicli, 2 zute paprike, 2 crvene paprike, 1 glavica crnog luka, 3 cena belog luka, 1 struk praziluka, 1 paradajz, 300ml soka od paradajza, 2 kasike lista celera svezeg (sitno iseckanog) ili 2 kasicice suvog, 2 kasike lista persuna svezeg (sitno iseckanog) ili 2 kasicice suvog, 1 kasika origana, ulje.

Priprema:
1) U serpu sipati vodu, dodati pola kasicice soli I staviti sojine snicle da se obare. Ocediti. Zute I crvene paprike ocistiti od semenki I iseckati na kockice. Crni I beli luk oljustiti I sitno iseckati. Praziluk oljustiti I iseckati na kockice. Paradajz oljustiti I iseci na kocke.
2) U tiganju na ulju prziti crni luk, beli luk I praziluk. Dodati papriku I celer. Prziti jos 5 minuta. Smanjiti temperauru na srednju dodati sojine snicle I sok od paradajza I kuvati dok paprika ne omeksa. Dodati paradajz I kuvati jos 15 minuta. Dodati origano I persun I kuvati jos 5 minuta. 

Ingredients: 8 soy schnitzels, 2 yellow peppers, 2 red peppers, 1 onion, 3 cloves of garlic, 1 leek, 1 tomato, 300ml tomato juice, 2 tablespoon of fresh celery leaves (finely chopped) or 2 teaspoons of dried celery leaves, 2 tablespoon of fresh parsley leaves (finely chopped) or 2 teaspoons of dried parsley leaves, 1 tablespoon oregano, oil.

Preparation:
1) Pour the water into the pot, add half of teaspoon salt and put the soy schnitzels to cook. Drain. Remove the seeds from yellow and red peppers and cut in cubes. Clean onion and garlic and finely chop. Clean leek and tomato and cut into cubes. 

2) In frying pan on oil fry onion, garlic and leek on medium heat (4). Add peppers and celery and fry for another 5 minutes. Add soy schnitzels, tomato juice and peppers and until peppers become soft. Add tomatoe and cook for 15 minutes more. Add the oregano and parsley and cook for 5 minutes.

Testenine sa brokolijem i karfiolom (Pasta with broccoli and cauliflower)

Sastojci: 600g paste, 800g brokolija, 400g karfiola, 200ml supe, 2 kasike margarina, 2 cena belog luka ili 1 kasicica belog luka u prahu, 2 kasike maslinovog ulja.

Priprema:
1) Beli luk oljustiti i sitno iseckati. Brokoli ocistiti i iscepkati na cvetove. Karfiol takodje ocistiti i iscepkati na cvetove.
2) Na srednjoj temperaturi (3), na ulju proprziti beli luk oko 3 minuta. Dodati brokoli i karfiol i prziti oko 3 minuta povremeno mesajuci. Dodati supu i margarin i kuvat jos oko 5 minuta.
3) Obariti pastu. Preliti hladnom vodom. Ocediti. Dodati pastu u brokolu i karfiol i promesati.

Posluziti uz neki sos za makarone.

Ingredients: 600g paste, 800g broccoli, 400g cauliflower, 200ml soup, 2 tablespoons margarine, 2 cloves of garlic or 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 2 tablespoons of olive oil.

Preparation:
1) Peel garlic and finely chop. Prepare broccoli and cut in the florets. Cauliflower also prepare and cut in the florets.
2) At medium temperature (3), fry the garlic on the oil for about 3 minutes. Add broccoli and cauliflower and fry for about 3 minutes occasionally stirring. Add soup and margarine and cook for about 5 minutes.
3) Cook the paste. Cool with cold water. Drain. Add the broccoli and cauliflower and mix well.


Serve with some pasta sauce.

Musaka od patlidzana, tikvica i kackavalja (Eggplant, zucchini and yellow cheese moussaka)

Sastojci: 1 patlidzan, 1-2 tikvice, 300g sosa paradajza, 400g svajcarskog sira, 100g parmezana (rendanog na sitno), malo maslinovog ulja.

Priprema:

1. Patlidzan i tikvice oljustiti i iseci na kolutove. Sir iseci na listove. 
2. Vatrostalnu posudu blago premazati maslinovim uljem. Poredjati kolutove patlidzana na dno. Preliti sa 150g sosa od paradajza. Odozgo staviti 200g sira. 
3. Preko sira poredjati kolutove tikvica. Odozgo staviti 200g sira i preliti sa 150g sosa od paradajza. Posuti sa parmezanom.
4. Peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 180 C oko 20 minuta.

Ingredients: 1 eggplant, 1-2 zucchini, 300g tomato sauce, 400g Swiss cheese 100g Parmesan cheese (grated), a little olive oil.

Preparation:

1. Peel eggplant and zucchini and cut into slices. Cut Swiss cheese into sheets.
2. Ovenproof dish coat mildly with olive oil. Arrange the eggplant slices on the bottom. Pour 150g of tomato sauce. From above put 200g of Swiss cheese.
3. Over the cheese slices place zucchini slices. From above put 200g of Swiss cheese and pour 150g of the tomato sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese on top.
4. Bake in the preheated oven at 180 C for about 20 minutes.

Pljeskavice od brokolija i karfiola (Broccoli and cauliflower patties)

Sastojci: 500g brokolija, 500g karfiola, 180g cedar sira (rendanog), 4-5 belanaca, 4 kasike prezli, 1/4 kasicice muskatnog oraha, 2-3 cena belog luka, 4 kasike persuna (sitno iseckanog), so, maslinovo ulje za przenje.

Priprema:

1. Pripremiti brokoli i karfiol. Brokoli ocistite, iseci na cvetove, drske takodje iseckajte. Karfiol ocistite i odstranite drske. Beli luk oljustite i sitno iseckajte. 
2. U serpu staviti cvetove karfiola, preliti vodom i pustiti da prokljuca. Smanjiti na srednju temperaturu (4), poklopiti i kuvati oko 10 minuta; 3-4 minuta pred kraj kuvanja dodati cvetove i drske brokolija.
3. Brokoli i karfiol staviti u cediljku i preliti hladnom tekucom vodom. Ostaviti da se prohladi pa sitno iseckati.
4. Belanca (4 kom.) penasto umutiti.
5. U ciniji pomesati brokoli, karfiol, cedar sir, prezle, muskatni orah, beli luk, persun i so po ukusu. Dodati umucena belanca i sve dobro izmesati. Ako je potrebno umutiti prestalo belance, dodati smesi i jos jednom sve dobro promesati.
6. Rukama oblikovati pljeskavice. U tiganj staviti ulje i pustiti da se zagreje. Smanjiti na srednju temperaturu i peci svaku pljeskavicu oko 4 minuta sa svake strane.  

Ingredients: 500g broccoli, 500g cauliflower, 180g cheddar cheese (grated), 4-5 egg whites, 4 tablespoons bread crumbs, 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg, 2-3 cloves of garlic, 4 tablespoons parsley (finely chopped), salt, olive oil for frying.

Preparation:

1. Prepare broccoli and cauliflower. Clean broccoli, cut the flowers, trim and cut the stalk in slices. Clean cauliflower and remove the handle. Peel the garlic and finely chop.
2. In pot put cauliflower flowers, pour water and let it boil. Reduce to medium temperature (4), cover and cook for about 10 minutes; 3-4 minutes before end of cooking add the broccoli flowers and stalks.
3. Broccoli and cauliflower put in a strainer and pour cold running water. Allow to cool and finely chop.
4. Whisk egg whites (4 pcs.) until foamy.
5. In the bowl, combine broccoli, cauliflower, cheddar cheese, bread crumbs, nutmeg, garlic, parsley and salt to taste. Add the beaten egg whites and all mix well. If it is necessary, whisk remaining egg white, add to the mixture and once again all mix well.
6. Form patties with hands. In a frying pan, put the oil and let it heat up. Reduce  to medium temperature and bake each patty about 4 minutes on each side.

Kuvana boranija bez mesa (Cooked green beans without meat)


Sastojci: 250-300g boranije (sveze ili smrznute), 2 sargarepe, 2 korena persuna, 1 komad korena celera, 2 kasike persunovog lista (sitno seckanog), 1/4 kasicice mirodjije, 1/4 kasicice majcine dusice, prstohvat djumbira (u prahu), so ili vegeta ili 1/2 kocke za supu, 600ml vruce vode.

Priprema:

1. Sveza boranija - oprati i ocistiti. Smrznuta boranija - odmrznuti ili ne. Sargarepu, koren persuna i koren celera oljustiti i sitno iseckati.
2. U serpu staviti boraniju, naliti vodom (da prekrije boraniju) i pustiti da prokljuca.
3. Smanjiti na srednju temperaturu, dodati sargarepu, koren persuna i celera i kuvati do 1 sata. Za vreme kuvanja ako je potrebno doliti vrucu vodu.
4. 10 minuta pred kraj kuvanja dodati so ili vegetu po ukusu. Ja sam dodala samo pola kocke za supu. Dodati mirodjiju, majcinu dusicu i djumbir. Promesati.
5. 5 minuta pred kraj kuvanja dodati persunov list.

Ingredients: 250-300g green beans (fresh or frozen), 2 carrots, 2 parsley root, 1 piece of celery root, 2 tablespoons parsley leaf (finely chopped), 1/4 tsp dill, 1/4 teaspoon Breckland thyme, a pinch of ginger (powder), salt or vegetable seasoning or 1/2 bouillon cube, 600ml of hot water.

Preparation:

1. Fresh green beans - wash and clean. Frozen green beans - thawed or not. Carrots, parsley root and celery root peel and finely chop.



2. In pot, put the green beans, pour water (to cover the green beans) and let it boil.



3. Reduce to medium temperature, add carrots, parsley and celery root and cook for up to 1 hour. During the cooking if necessary add hot water.



4. 10 minutes before end of cooking add salt or vegetable seasoning to taste. I've added only half a bouillon cube. Add dill, Breckland thyme and ginger. Stir.

5. 5 minutes before end of cooking add the parsley.

Integralni pirinac sa prokeljom i tofuom (Integral rice with brussels sprouts and tofu)


Sastojci: pripremljen prokelj, 250g tofua, 1 kasika Tamari ili Šoju soja sosa, 1 manja glavica crnog luka, 3 kasike kokosovog ulja, rendana kora od jednog limuna + 1 kasika svezeg soka od limuna, 1 kasicica svezeg djumbira (rendanog na sitno), 1 cen belog luka,  700g integralnog Basmati pirinca (kuvanog),  3-4 kasike lisca korijandera (iseckanog) ili lisca persuna.

Priprema:

1) Pripremiti tofu.
2) Crni i beli luk oljustiti i sitno iseckati.
3) U tiganju, na srednjoj temperaturi, zagrejati ulje. Dodati crni i beli luk, koru od limuna i djumbir i prziti cesto mesajuci dok luk ne omeksa. 
4) Dodati soja sos i sok od limuna. Promesati pa dodati pirinac i tofu. Sve jos jednom promesati i prziti jos 1 minuta pa skloniti sa sporeta.
5. Posluziti uz pripremljen prokelj.

Ingredients: prepared brussel sprouts, 250g tofu, 1 tablespoon Tamari or Shoyu soy sauce, 1 small onion, 3 tablespoons of coconut oil, grated zest of one lemon + 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice, 1 teaspoon fresh ginger (finely grated), 1 clove of garlic, 700g integral Basmati rice (cooked), 3-4 tablespoons coriander leaves (chopped) or parsley leaves.

Preparation:

1) Prepare the tofu.
2) Peel onion and garlic and finely chop.
3) In a frying pan, over medium heat, heat the oil. Add onion, garlic, lemon peel and ginger and fry, often stirring, until the onion and garlic softens.
4) Add the soy sauce and lemon juice. Stir and add rice and tofu. All once again stir and fry 1 minute, then remove from the stove.

5, Serve with prepared brussel sprouts.

Pasulj bez mesa (Beans without meat)


Sastojci: 400g sarenog pasulja, 2 sargarepe, 1 srednji koren celera, 1 koren persuna, 1 glavica crnog luka, vegeta.

Priprema:

1) Pasulj staviti u serpu i preliti vodom. Ostaviti preko noci. Vodu prosuti.

Napomena:  mozete da kuvate pasulj iako nije bio potopljen preko noci, samo ce se duze kuvati.

2) Sargarepu, koren celera, koren persuna i crni luk oljustiti i sitno iseckati.
3) U serpu staviti pasulj, sipati vodu da predje preko pasulja (otprilike 5 cm) i dodati ocisceno povrce. Kuvati na srednje-jakoj temperaturi (5).  


Napomena: pasulj na slici je i bez crnog luka :)




Ingredients: 400g pinto beans, 2 carrots, 1 medium celery root, 1 parsley root, 1 onion, vegeta or seasoning.

Preparation:

1) Put beans in pot and pour with water. Leave overnight. Spill water.

Note: you can cook the beans without leaving overnight, but it will take longer to cook.

2) Peel carrots, celery and parsley root and onion and finely chop.

3) In pot, put the beans, pour water, to cross over beans (about 5 cm) and add the chopped vegetables. Cook over medium-high temperature (5).

Note: this bean without meat is also without onion :)

Kenijski pire od mesanog povrca (Kenyan mixed vegetables puree)

Sastojci: 300g kukuruza, 250g spanaca, 200g krompira, 150g graska, 2 kasike margarina, so i biber.

Priprema:
1) U blago posoljenoj vodi, zasebno skuvati, grasak, oljusten krompir, spanac isecen na komade i kukuruz.
2) U blender staviti krompir, grasak, kukuruz i blendati.
3) U serpu, otopiti margarin, dodati pire od povrca i spanac i dinstati 5 minuta. Posoliti i pobiberiti.

Ingredients: 300g corn, 250g spinach, 200g of potatoes, 150g peas, 2 tablespoons margarine, salt and pepper.

Preparation:
1) In the slightly salted water, cook separately, peas, peeled potatoes, spinach sliced into pieces and corn.
2) In blender put potatoes, peas, corn and blend.

3) in a saucepan, melt the margarine, add the pureed vegetables and spinach and cook for 5 minutes. Add salt and pepper.

Pecene paprike na makedonski nacin (Macedonian roasted peppers)

Sastojci: 400g pecenih paprika, 300g paradajza, 150g kajmaka i so.

Priprema: 
1) U vatrostalnu posudu poredjati ociscene pecene paprike.
2) U dubljem tiganju rastopiti polovinu kajmaka, dodati isecen paradajz i proprzite. Kada sok uvri, posoliti po ukusu.
3) Ovom masom preliti paprike, a odozgo staviti preostali kajmak i peci oko 30 minuta u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 200C.

Ingredients: 400g of roasted peppers, 300g tomatoes, 150g cheese spread and salt.

Preparation: 
1) In a baking dish arrange the cleaned roasted peppers.
2) In the deep pan melt half cheese spread, add the chopped tomatoes and fry. Cook until juice evaporates, salt to taste.
3) Pour this mass over peppers, top with remaining cheese spread and bake for about 30 minutes in the preheated oven at 200C.

Sarma sa orasima (Cabbage rolls with walnuts)

Sastojci: listovi kiselog kupusa, 350g oraha (sitno seckanih), 1 glavica crnog luka, 1 cen belog luka, 150g pirinca (skuvanog), aleva paprika, vegeta, ulje+voda.

Priprema:
1) Crni luk i beli luk oljustiti i sitno iseckati.
2) Na ulju proprziti crni luk i beli luk. Dodati pirinac i jos malo prziti.
3) Zatim dodati alevu papriku i vegetu po ukusu. Dodati orahe i promesati.
4) Na svaki list staviti fil, uvijati sarme i redjati u vatrostalnu posudu. Preliti mesavinom ulja i vode (da prekrije sarme) i peci u rerni na 200C.

Predlog: mozete napraviti Sarme od soje.

Ingredients: sour cabbage leaves, 350g walnuts (finely chopped), 1 onion, 1 clove of garlic, 150g rice (cooked), cayenne pepper, vegetable seasoning, oil+water.

Preparation:
1) Peel onion and garlic and finely chop.
2) In oil, fry onion and garlic. Add rice and fry a little more.
3) Then add the cayenne pepper and vegetable seasoning to taste. Add walnuts and stir.
4) On each cabbage leaf and put fil, roll in and arrange in a oven safe baking dish. Pour with oil and water mixture (to cover the cabbage rolls) and bake in the oven at 200C.

Suggestion: you can make Soy cabbage rolls.

Soja sa pecurkama (Soy pieces with mushrooms)

Sastojci: 2 solje soje u komadicima, kisela voda, 400g sampinjona, 2 glavice crnog luka, 150ml soka od paradajza, ulje, so, 1/2 kasicice aleve paprike, 2 kasike svezeg persunovog lista ili 1 kasicica suvog.

Priprema:
1) Sojine komadice preliti kiselom vodom i ostaviti da nabubre. Procediti. Crni luk oljustiti i sitno iseckati. Pecurke iseckati na listice.
2) Na ulju, proprziti crni luk. Dodati pecurke i sojine komadice. Prziti jos malo, pa dodati sok od paradajza i malo vode.
3) Posoliti po ukusu. Dodati alevu papriku i persun i kuvati oko 20 minuta na umerenoj temperaturi.

Predlog: mozete napraviti i Snicle od soje u rerni.

Ingredients:
2 cups soy pieces, sparkling water, 400g mushrooms, 2 onions, 150ml tomato juice, oil, salt, 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper, 2 tablespoons fresh parsley leaf or 1 teaspoon dried.

Preparation:
1) Soybean pieces soak in sparkling water and leave to swell. Drain. Peel onions and finely chop. Cut mushrooms into slices.
2) In oil, fry onions. Add mushrooms and soy pieces. Fry for another minute or two, then add tomato juice and a little water.
3) Add salt to taste. Then add cayenne pepper and parsley and cook for about 20 minutes on medium heat.

Suggestion: you can make Soy steaks in oven.

Corba od kupusa (Cabbage chowder)

Sastojci: 1 glavica kupusa, 2 krompira, 250ml soka od paradajza, 150g semenki suncokreta, 1 kasicica aleve paprike, 1 kasicica kima, vegeta, 3 kasike persunovog lisca (sitno seckanog).

Priprema:
1) Suncokret proprziti u tiganju.
2) Kupus ocistiti i iseci na rezance. Krompire oljustiti i iseci na kockice.
3) U serpu staviti kupus i krompir i naliti vodom (da pokrije povrce). Dodati alevu papriku, kim i vegetu po ukusu i kuvati dok povrce ne bude skuvano.
4) Izvaditi nekoliko kockica krompira, izgnjeciti viljuskom i vratiti nazad u serpu. Dodati sok od paradajza i persun i pustiti da prokljuca.
5) Corbu posuti suncokretom pre serviranja.

Ingredients: 1 head of cabbage, 2 potatoes, 250ml tomato juice, 150g of sunflower seeds, 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper, 1 teaspoon cumin, vegetable seasoning, 3 tablespoons parsley leaves (finely chopped).

Preparation:
1) Fry sunflower in a pan.
2) Clean cabbage and cut into strips. Peel potatoes and cut into cubes.
3) In pot, put cabbage and potatoes and pour water (to cover the vegetables). Add cayenne pepper, cumin and vegetable seasoning to taste and cook until the vegetables are cooked.
4) Take out a few cubes of potato, squeeze with fork and return to the pot. Add tomato juice and parsley and let it boil.
5) Sprinkle chowder with sunflower seeds before serving.

Raznjici od povrca (Vegetable skewers)


Sastojci: 300g tofua, 2 crvene paprike, 2 zelene paprike, 2 tikvice, 2 patlidzana, 2 sargarepe, 2 paradajza, pecurke, 2 cesnja belog luka, 1 glavica crnog luka, 1/2 kasicice majcine dusice (suve), 1/2 kasicice origana, ulje, so.

Priprema:
1) Sitno iseckati crni i beli luk. Isprziti na ulju na laganoj vatri. Skloniti sa sporeta i dodati timijan, majcinu dusicu i origano. Ostaviti sa strane 25 minuta.
2) Tofu, crvenu i zelenu papriku, tikvice, patlidzan, sargarepu, paradajz iseckati na kockice, a pecurke na polovine.
3) Poredjati povrce redom koji zelite, premazati mesavinom luka i zacina, posoliti po ukusu i peci na grilu ili u tiganju.

Savet: uz raznjice od povrca mozete posluziti Sos od jogurta.

Ingredients: 300g of tofu, 2 red peppers, 2 green peppers, 2 zucchini, 2 eggplants, 2 carrots, 2 tomatoes, mushrooms, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 onion, 1/2 teaspoon of thyme (dried), 1/2 teaspoon of oregano, oil, salt.

Preparation:
1) Finely chop onion, garlic. Fry in oil over low heat. Remove from stove and add the thyme and oregano. Leave aside for 25 minutes.
2) Tofu, red and green peppers, zucchini, eggplants, carrots, tomatoes, cut into cubes, and mushrooms in half.
3) Put vegetables in the order you want, brush with mixture of onions and spices, salt to taste, and bake on the grill or in a pan.

Tip: you can serve veggie skewers with Buttermilk sauce.
