Projice sa jogurtom (Cornbread muffins with buttermilk)
Sastojci: 270g zutog kukuruznog brasna, 100g belog kukuruznog brasna, 150g psenicnog brasna, 3 jaja, 540ml jogurta, 200ml ulja, 10g praska za pecivo, 1/2 kasicice soli.
Priprema:
1) Pomesati zuto i belo kukuruzno brasno, psenicno brasno, prasak za pecivo i so.
2) Dodati ulje i jogurt i mesati da se dobije ujednacena smesa.

Starinska proja (Old fashioned cornbread)
Sastojci: 375g kukuruznog belog brasna, 125g psenicnog brasna, 125ml kisele vode, 65ml ulja, 1 jaje (manje), 3g praska za pecivo, malo soli.
Priprema:
1) U ciniji pomesati kukurzno belo brasno, psenicno brasno, prasak za pecivo i so.
2) Dodati ulje i kiselu vodu i dobro sjediniti dok ne dobijete retko i glatko testo.
3) Pleh namazati margarinom ili sa malo ulja ili staviti papir za pecenje i sipati smesu. Peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 170 C oko 20 minuta pa pojacati na 210 C i peci dok se ne uhvati lepa korica.
Ingredients: 375g corn white flour, 125g wheat flour, 125ml carbonated water, 65ml oil, 1 egg (smaller), 3g baking powder, a little salt.
Preparation:
1) In a bowl, mix corn white flour, wheat flour, baking powder and salt.
2) Add oil and carbonated water and mix well until you get a thin (runny) and smooth dough.

Hleb od celih zrna sa orasima (Whole grain bread with walnuts)
Sastojci: 250g psenicnog brasna, 150g psenice (krupno samlevene), 20g svezeg kvasca, 1 kasika meda, 370ml toplog mleka, 250g oraha, 80g margarina (putera), 1 kasicica soli, 1 kasicica semena anisa, 1 zumance, 2 kasike kisele pavlake, 2 kasike susama.
Priprema:
1) U solju sipati 150 ml mleka, izmrviti kvasac i dodati med. Promesati i ostaviti na uskisne.
2) Orahe krupno iseckati.
