Tinktura od listova sremusa (Tincture of bear garlic leaves)

Sastojci: 200g listova sremusa (svezih), 1 L komove rakije 35 do 45 % alkohola.

Potrebno: tegla od 2 kg ili 2 tegle po 1 kg.

Priprema:

1. Listove sremusa iseci na manje komade.

2. Staviti u teglu i preliti sa rakijom.

Amaretto liker od badema (Amaretto almond liqueur)

Sastojci: 120g suvih kajsija, 185ml flasirane ili preciscene vode, 500ml votke, 500g krupno seckanih badema, 230ml rakije, 60g krupno seckanih suvih tresanja ili visanja, za sirup – 120g zutog secera, 120g secera, 120ml flasirane ili preciscene vode, 120ml votke, 120ml rakije, 2 kasicice ekstrakta od badema, 1 kasicica ekstrakta od vanile, platnena bebi pelena ili veca gaza, papirni filter za kafu.

Priprema:

1. U vecu teglu sa poklopcem, sipati vodu i dodati suve kajsije. Zatvoriti i ostaviti da stoji 3 sata.

2. Dodati votku, bademe, rakiju i tresnje (ili visnje). Zatvoriti i dobro protresti.

Domaci vanila ekstrakt (Homemade vanilla extract)

Sastojci: 8 stapica vanile, 500ml vodke (ili ruma, ili rakije).

Priprema:
1. Zavisno od velicine tegle, preseci stapice vanile na pola ili na tri dela.
2. U teglu staviti stapice vanile i sipati vodku, vodeci racuna da su stapici vanile potpuno prekriveni vodkom. Staviti poklopac i dobro promuckati.
3. Ostaviti teglu na hladnom i mracnom mestu mesec dana; s vremena na vreme promuckati. Ako zelite jacu aromu ekstrakta ostavite jos mesec dana da stoji.
4. Nakon mesec (ili dva) dana procedite zrna vanile kroz filter od kafe, koje mozete nakon susenja da iskoristite za pravljenje domaceg vanilin secera.

Ingredients: 8 vanilla sticks, 500ml vodka (or rum, or brandy).

Preparation:
1. Depending on the size of the jar, cut the vanilla sticks in half or in three.
2. Put vanilla sticks in the jar and pour the vodka, taking care that the vanilla sticks are completely covered with vodka. Put on the lid and shake well.
3. Leave the jar in a cool, dark place for a month; shake from time to time. If you want a stronger extract aroma, leave it for another month.

4. After a month (or two), process the vanilla beans through a coffee filter which you can use after drying to make homemade vanilla sugar.

Pijani badem kolacici (Drunk almond cookies)

Sastojci: 400g brasna, 300g margarina, 300g mlevenih badema, 130g secera, 2 zumanceta, 100ml rakije, rendana kora od jednog limuna, za premazivanje: rakija i secer.

Priprema:
1) Pomesati brasno, secer, badem, margarin, koru od limuna, zumanca i rakiju. Zamesiti testo pa ga razvuci na debljinu od 1,5cm. Modlom ili casicom vaditi kolacice.
2) Pleh namazati margarinom, posuti brasnom, poredjati kolacice, premazati rakijom, posuti secerom i peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 180C.

Ingredients: 400g flour, 300g butter, 300g ground almonds, 130g sugar, 2 egg yolks, 100ml brandy, grated rind of one lemon, for brushing: brandy and sugar.

Preparation:
1) Mix the flour, sugar, almonds, butter, lemon peel, egg yolks and brandy. Knead dough and develop to a thickness of 1.5 cm. With cookie cuter or small glass remove cookies.
​2) Line baking sheet, brush with margarine, sprinkle with flour, arrange the cookies, brush with brandy, sprinkle with sugar and bake in pre-heated oven at 180 C.
