Sastojci: 500g maskarpone sira, 500ml slatke pavlake, 50g secera u prahu, 2 kasice vanila ekstrakta ili 2 kasicice arome ruma, 150g cokolade, 4 kasike ulja ili margarina, 200ml mleka, za fil - voce po zelji sveze ili suvo voce, urme, mleveni keks ili komadici keksa, kokosovo brasno, komadici cokolade, zele bombone, krem bananice, mleveni ili seckani orasasti plodovi.
Priprema:
1. Umutiti slatku pavlaku mikserom.
2. Dodati secer u prahu i kratko mutiti ponovo.
3. Dodati maskarpone sir i sve dobro sjediniti.
4. Otopiti cokoladu sa uljem ili margarinom i mlekom. Ostaviti da se ohladi.
5. U dublji pleh sipati pola smese.
6. Preliti sa pola otopljene cokolade. Pazljivo razmazati.
7. Preko cokolade stavite po zelji voce, keks, orasaste plodove i drugo iz sastojaka za fil.
8. Premazati drugom polovinom belog dela. Preko staviti drugi deo otopljene cokolade i staviti drugi deo voca ili keksa ili sta ste vec izabrali.
9. Staviti u zamrzivac 4h ili preko noci.
Aroma ruma ide lepo sa suvim grozdjem.
Ingredients: 500g of mascarpone cheese, 500ml of heavy cream, 50g of powdered sugar, 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract or 2 teaspoons of rum aroma, 150g of chocolate, 4 tablespoons of oil or margarine, 200ml of milk, for the filling - fruit as desired, fresh or dried fruits, dates, ground biscuits or pieces of biscuits, coconut flakes, pieces chocolates, jelly candies, small cream bananas, ground or chopped nuts.
Preparation:
1. Beat the sweet cream with a mixer.
2. Add powdered sugar and briefly beat again.
3. Add mascarpone cheese and combine everything well.
4. Melt the chocolate with oil or margarine and milk. Leave to cool.
5. Pour half the mixture into a deep pan.
6. Pour over half the melted chocolate. Spread carefully.
7. Place fruit, biscuits, nuts and other filling ingredients on top of the chocolate.
8. Cover with the second half of the white part. Put the second part of melted chocolate on top and put the second part of fruit or biscuits or whatever you have already chosen.
9. Put in the freezer for 4 hours or overnight.
Rum aroma (flavour) goes well with raisins.
