Karamel makijato (Caramel macchiato)

Sastojci: 350 ml mleka sa niskim sadržajem masti, obranog ili punomasnog, 2 kašike vanilla sirupa, 60 ml espresa, karamel sos.

Priprema:

1. Pripremite espreso.

2. Zagrejte mleko.

3. Umutite mleko pomoću mutilice za mleko 

Ako nemate mutilicu za mleko, možete koristiti običnu mutilicu. Mutite mleko dok se ne formira pena.

4. Sipajte espreso u šolju.

5. Dodajte vanilu i umućeno mleko u šolju.

6. Sipajte espreso preko umućenog mleka.

7. Prelijte karamel sos odozgo.

Napomena: možete dodati malo karamel sosa na dno šolje.


Ingredients: 350 ml low fat, skim or whole milk, 2 tbsp vanilla syrup, 60 ml espresso, caramel sauce.

Preparation:

1. Prepare the espresso.

2. Warm up the milk. 

3. Froth the milk using a milk brother.

If you don't have a milk frother, you can use a regular whisk instead. Whisk the milk until foam forms.

4. Pour the espresso into a cup.

5. Add vanilla and frothed milk to the cup.

6. Pour the espresso on top of the frothy milk.

7. Drizzle the caramel sauce on top. 

Note: you can add a drizzle of caramel sauce to the bottom of the cup.
