Karamel mleko za grlo i pluca (Caramel milk for throat and lungs)

Sastojci: 300 ml mleka, 3 kasicice secera.

Priprema:

1. Sipati šećer u šerpicu. Stavite na ringlu i zagrejte je na jakoj temperaturi (6). Čim se šećer istopi, smanjite temperaturu na srednju (4) I otapati sve vreme mesajuci 

2. Kad dobije boju karamela, sklonite sa sporeta i sipati mleko i vratiti na ringlu i brzo mesati, dok se ne sjedine mleko i karamel.

Šećer će se odmah kristalozovati i stvrdnuti kad sipate mleko.

3. Karamelizovano mleko pije se dok je vruće.


Ingredients: 300 ml of milk, 3 teaspoons of sugar.

Preparation:

3. Caramelized milk is best while it is hot.
