Sastojci: 2 pileca filea, ½ kasicice vegete, 1 kašika senfa, 40 g putera ili ulja, 50 g kackavalja (isecen na snite), 200 ml pavlake za kuvanjem, susam.
Priprema:
1. Pileći file iseci na šnicle.
2. Izlupati ih cekicem za meso.
3. Premazati sa senfom.
4. Posuti vegetom.
5. Na otopljenom puteru ili zagrejanom ulju prziti pileceg meso sa obe strane, nekoliko minuta, dok ne promeni boju.
6. U pleh poredjati snicle.
7. Svaku šniclu prekriti šnitama sira.
8. Preliti pavlakom sa kuvanje.
9. Posuti susamom.
10. Zapeci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni 10 do 15 minuta na 200 C.
Ingredients: 2 chicken fillets, ½ teaspoon of vegetable seasoning, 1 tbsp of mustard, 40 g of butter or oil, 50 g of yellow cheese (cut into slices), 200 ml of cooking cream, sesame seeds.
Preparation:
1. Cut the chicken fillets into steaks.
2. Beat them with a meat mallet.
3. Coat with mustard.
4. Sprinkle it with vegetable seasoning.
5. Fry the chicken on both sides in melted butter or heated oil for a few minutes, until it changes color.
6. Arrange the chicken schnitzels in a baking tray.
7. Cover each steak with slices of cheese.
8. Pour over the cooking cream.
9. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
10. Bake in a preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes at 200 C.
