Koka kola keksi (Coca cola cookies)

Sastojci (za 12-15 keksa, oko 30 g svaki): 120 g neslanog putera (sobne temperature), 100 g šećera, 1 jaje, 1 kašičica ekstrakta vanile, 200 g brašna* (tip 500) 1/2 kašičice sode bikarbone, prstohvat soli, 50 ml koka kole (obična, ne dijetalna), 2 kašike kakao praha (nezaslađen), 50 g sitno seckane čokolade ili čokoladnih dugmica (opciono).

Priprema:

1. U velikoj činiji umutite puter i šećer dok smesa ne postane svetla i kremasta.

2. Dodajte jaje i ekstrakt vanile, mutite dok se sve lepo ne poveže.

3. U posebnoj činiji prosejte brašno, sodu bikarbonu, so i kakao prah.

Napomene i saveti:

Ingredients (for 12-15 cookies, about 30 g each): 120 g of unsalted butter (room temperature), 100 g of sugar, 1 egg, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 200 g of flour* (type 500), 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda, a pinch of salt, 50 ml of Coca-Cola (regular, not diet), 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder (unsweetened), 50 g of finely chopped chocolate or chocolate buttons (optional).

Preparation:

1. In a large bowl, beat the butter and sugar until the mixture becomes light and creamy.

2. Add egg and vanilla extract, beat until well combined.

3. In a separate bowl, sift flour, baking soda, salt and cocoa powder.

4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet, alternating with Coca Cola, until you get a smooth dough.

5. If you want, stir in the chocolate.

6. Form small balls of the dough (the size of walnuts) and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.

7. Lightly flatten them with a fork.

8. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for about 10-12 minutes.

The biscuits will be soft while warm, but harden as they cool.

9. Leave them to cool completely before serving.

Notes and tips:

- Coca-Cola in the dough gives a slightly caramelized and carbonated taste, which gives the biscuits a special taste.

- You can also use Coca-Cola with less sugar, but the taste will be milder.

Keeping

Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days, but they are best fresh.
