Sastojci: 200 g makarona (npr. farfale), 200 g pečene curetine (isečene na trakice), 150 g brokolija (blanširanog), 1 manji crveni luk (tanko isečen), 2 kašike maslinovog ulja, 1 kašičica senfa, prstohvat soli, prstohvat sveže mlevenog bibera.
Priprema:
1. Skuvati testeninu. Ocediti.
2. Blanširati brokoli. Ocediti.
3. Pomešati testeninu sa curetinom, brokolijem i lukom.
4. Umutiti maslinovo ulje sa senfom, dodati so i biber, preliti salatu.
5. Dobro promešati i služiti mlako ili hladno.
Ingredients: 200 g of macaroni (e.g. farfalle), 200 g of baked turkey (cut into strips), 150 g of broccoli (blanched), 1 small red onion (thinly sliced), 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of mustard, a pinch of salt, a pinch of freshly ground pepper.
Preparation:
1. Cook the pasta. Drain.
2. Blanch the broccoli. Drain.
3. Mix pasta with turkey, broccoli and onion.
4. Whisk olive oil with mustard, add salt and pepper, pour over the salad.
5. Mix well and serve warm or cold.
