Tikvice s kackavaljem u rerni (Zucchini with yellow cheese in the oven)

Sastojci: 2 jaja, 2 tikvice, 2 sargarepe, 1 crni luk, 160g+40g kackavalja (biljni ili gauda ili neki slican meksi, topljiv), 70g brasna, 120ml vode, 1 kasicica belog luka u prahu, 2 kasicice suvog origana, 1/2 kasicice soli ili vegete (opcionalno), 4 kasike ulja+jos malo, 20g margarina.

Priprema:

1) Oljustiti tikvice, sargarepe i crni luk. Tikvicu iseci na kockice, a sargarepu izredndati na sitno (ili krupno). Crni luk sitno iseckati. Jaja umutiti. Kackavalj izrendati na krupno.
2) U vecu serpu ili dublji tiganj zagrejati 2 kasike ulja i margarin na srednjoj temperaturi (4). Dodati crni luk i prziti nekoliko minuta povremeno mesajuci. Dodati sargarepu i takodje prziti nekoliko minuta, povremeno mesajuci. Dodati tikvice, promesati, poklopiti i krckati 10 minuta (povremeno otklopiti i promesati). Pred sam kraj dodati 40g kackavalja, promesati da se otopi. Skloniti sa sporeta.


3) U vanglu pomesati brasno, 2 kasike ulja, beli luk u prahu, origano, so ili vegetu i jaja. Dobro promesati da se smesa ujednaci i da nema grudvica.
4) Ovoj smesi dodati tikvice sa sargarepom i promesati da se sve dobro sjedini.
5) Manji pleh premazati sa malo ulja. Sipati pola smese. Poredjati 160g kackavalja ravnomerno. Staviti kasikom drugi deo smese od tikvica i sargarepe.
6) Peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 180 C 35 minuta, pa pojacati na 200C i peci jos 30 minuta. Izvaditi iz rerne, pokriti cistom kuhinjskom krpom i ostaviti da se prohladi. 

Ingredients: 2 eggs, 2 zucchini, 2 carrots, 1 onion, 160g + 40g yellow cheese (vegetable or gouda or some similar soft, that melts), 70g flour, 120ml water, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 2 teaspoons dried oregano, 1/2 teaspoons salt or vegetable seasoning (optional), 4 teaspoons oil + a little more, 20g margarine.

Preparation:
1) Peel zucchini, carrots and onion. Cut the zucchini into small cubes, and grate the carrots into small pieces (or large pieces). Finely chop the onion. Whisk the eggs. Grate the cheese coarsely.
2) In a large skillet or deep frying pan, heat 2 tablespoons of oil and margarine at medium temperature (4). Add the onion and fry for a few minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the carrots and also fry for a few minutes, stirring occasionally. Add zucchini, stir, cover and simmer for 10 minutes (occasionally uncover and stir). Just before the end, add 40g of yellow cheese, stir to dissolve. Remove from the stove.
3) In a bowl, mix flour, 2 tablespoons of oil, garlic powder, oregano, salt or vegetable seasoning and eggs. Stir well so that the mixture is even and there are no lumps.
4) Add zucchini and carrots to this mixture and stir to mix everything well.
5) Coat a small baking tray with a little oil. Pour half the mixture. Arrange 160g of cheese evenly. Spoon another part of the mixture of zucchini and carrots.
6) Bake in a preheated oven at 180 C for 35 minutes, then increase to 200C and bake for another 30 minutes. Remove from the oven, cover with a clean kitchen towel and allow to cool.
