Sastojci: 1 kašičica celih karanfilića (ili ½ kašičice mlevenog karanfilića), 250 ml vode, po želji - 1 kasicica meda ili svež sok od limuna ili kriška limuna.
Priprema:
1. U šerpicu prokuvajte vodu.
2. Dodajte karanfilić. Smanjite vatru na srednje nisku (3) i krckajte 10-15 minuta.
3. Sklonite šerpicu sa vatre. Poklopite i ostavite čaj da odstoji još 5 minuta.
4. Procedite čaj od karanfilića.
5. Dodajte med ili nekoliko kapi soka od limuna ili krišku limuna u šolju čaja.
Ingredients: 1 teaspoon of whole cloves (or ½ teaspoon of ground cloves), 250 ml water, optional - 1 tsp honey or fresh lemon juice or slice of lemon.
Preparation:
1. Bring the water to a boil in a saucepan.
2. Add the cloves to the water. Reduce heat to medium low (3) and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
3. Remove the saucepan from the heat. Cover and let the tea steep for another 5 minutes.
4. Strain the clove tea.
5. Add honey or a few drops of lemon juice or slice of lemon to a cup of tea.
