Domaci krem sir (Homemade cream cheese)

Sastojci: 1 L mleka (punomasnog), 4 kasike soka od limuna (svezeg), za slanu opciju - 3  kasike maslinovog ulja, so, za slatku opciju - 3 kasike surutke.


Priprema:

1. Sipati mleko u serpu i zagrejati na srednjoj temperaturi (4), ali paziti da ne prokljuca.

2. Smanjiti temperaturu na nisku (2).


3. Dodati sok od limuna i mesati konstantno dva minuta. Sir se odvaja od surutke (tecnosti).

4. Skloniti sa sporeta, poklopiti i ostaviti da se malo ohladi, desetak minuta.

5. Cediljku staviti u serpu. U cediljku sipati smesu i ostaviti da se ocedi. Povremeno promesati pazljivo.

6. U secka staviti sir. 

Ako pravite krem sir za slane recepte, dodati ulje i so.

Ako pravite za slatke, dodati surutku (koja se odvojila cedjenjem sira).

Izblendati dok ne postane glatko i kremasto.


Ingredients: 1 L of milk (full fat), 4 tablespoons of lemon juice (fresh), for the salty option - 3 tablespoons of olive oil, salt, for the sweet option - 3 tablespoons of whey.


Preparation:

1. Pour the milk into a saucepan and heat it at a medium temperature (4), but make sure it does not boil.

2. Reduce the temperature to low (2).

3. Add lemon juice and stir constantly for two minutes. The cheese is separated from the whey (liquid).

4. Remove from the stove, cover and leave to cool a little, ten minutes.

5. Place the colander in the saucepan. Pour the mixture into a colander and let it drain. Stir carefully from time to time.

6. Put the cheese in the chopper.

If you are making cream cheese for savoury recipes, add oil and salt.

If you are making it for sweet recipes, add the whey (which was separated by straining the cheese).

Blend until smooth and creamy.
