Tinktura od listova sremusa (Tincture of bear garlic leaves)

Sastojci: 200g listova sremusa (svezih), 1 L komove rakije 35 do 45 % alkohola.

Potrebno: tegla od 2 kg ili 2 tegle po 1 kg.

Priprema:

1. Listove sremusa iseci na manje komade.

2. Staviti u teglu i preliti sa rakijom.


3. Promesati drvenom kasikom.

4. Zatvoriti poklopac.

5. Ostaviti na hladnom mestu, da nije na suncu, 4 nedelje.

6. Procediti kroz cediljku.

Upotreba: 2 puta na dan, 1 kasika pola sata pre dorucka, 1 kasika pola sata pre vecere.

Najmanje 2 meseca, jos bolje 3 meseca. Napraviti pauzu mesec dana pa ponoviti ako je potrebno.

Ingredients: 200g of bear garlic leaves (fresh), 1 L of grape pomace brandy 35 to 45% alcohol.

Required: 2 kg jar or 2  1 kg jars.

Preparation:

1. Cut the bear garlic leaves into smaller pieces.

2. Put in a jar and pour brandy over it.

3. Stir with a wooden spoon.

4. Close the lid.

5. Leave in a cool place, out of the sun, for 4 weeks.

6. Strain through a strainer.

Use: 2 times a day, 1 tablespoon half an hour before breakfast, 1 tablespoon half an hour before dinner.

At least 2 months, better 3 months.

Take a break for 1 month, then repeat if needed.
