Kolac od oraha sa marmeladom bez jaja (Walnut cake with marmalade without eggs)

Sastojci: 20 kasika brasna - punih, 80g mlevenih oraha, 80g seckanih oraha, 80g marmelade, 400 ml vode mlake, 10g praska za pecivo, za premaz: 80g dzema, 80g seckanih oraha.

Priprema:

1. Pomesati brasno i prasak za pecivo.

2. Sipati mlaku vodu u ciniju, dodati marmeladu i secer i umutiti.


3. Dodati orahe mlevene i seckane i cimet. Sve dobro sjediniti. 

4. Sipati u pravougaoni pleh oblozen papirom za pecenje.

5. Lupiti plehom od sto nekoliko puta da izadje visak vazduha.

6. Peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 180 C 40-50 minuta.

Napomena: testo ce biti redje.

Ingredients: 20 tablespoons of flour - spoonful, 80g of ground walnuts, 80g of chopped walnuts, 80g of marmalade, 400 ml of lukewarm water, 10g of baking powder, for coating: 80g of jam, 80g of chopped walnuts.

Preparation:

1. Mix flour and baking powder.

2. Pour lukewarm water into a bowl, add marmalade and sugar and whisk.

3. Add ground and chopped walnuts and cinnamon. Combine everything well. 

4. Pour into a rectangular tray lined with baking paper.

5. Tap the pan several times at table to release excess air.

6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 C for 40-50 minutes.

Note: the dough will be thinner - runnie.
