Mesavina heljdinog i integralnog brasna za kolace (A mixture of buckwheat and wholemeal flour for cakes)

Sastojci: 400g integralnog psenicnog brasna, 200g heljdinog brasna, 2 kasike cia semenki, 2 kasike mlevenog lana, 2 jaja, 2 kasicica praska za pecivo, 1 kasicica sode bikarbone, voda po potrebi, 700g bobicastog voca.

Priprema:

1. Pomesati integralno psenicno i heljdino brasno, umucena jaja, prasak za pecivo, sodu bikarbonu, cia semenke i lan. Po potrebi dodati vodu da dobijete guscu smesa.

2. Bobicasto voce ispasirati i dodati u brasno. Sve dobro sjediniti.


3. U pleh sipati smesu i peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 180 C oko 50 minuta.

Ingredients: 400g of whole wheat flour, 200g of buckwheat flour, 2 tablespoons of chia seeds, 2 tablespoons of ground flax, 2 eggs, 2 teaspoon of baking powder, 1 teaspoon of baking soda, water as needed, 700g of berries.

Preparation:

1. Mix whole wheat and buckwheat flour, beaten eggs, baking powder, baking soda, chia seeds and flax. As necessary, add water to get a thick mixture.

2. Mash the berries and add to the flour. Combine everything well.

3. Pour the mixture into the pan lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180 C for about 50 minutes.
