Biskvit kakao kore od lesnika (Hazelnut cocoa crust biscuit)

Sastojci: 500g brasna, 120g lesnika (mlevenih, pecenih), 1/2 kasicice sode bikarbone, 200g masti, 2 jaja, 120g secera, 4 kasike kakaoa ili rogaca, 120ml mleka.

Priprema:

1. Pomesati brasno, sodu bikarbonu i lesnike.

2. U ciniji pomesati mast, jaja, secer, kakao i mleko pa sve umutiti mikserom.

3. Postepeno dodavati brasno i mestiti rukom. 

4. Na papiru za pecenje razvuci testo. Staviti u pleh i peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni 180 C oko 20 - 25 minuta ili dok ne bude peceno.

Ingredients: 500g flour, 120g hazelnuts (ground, roasted), 1/2 teaspoon baking soda, 200g lard, 2 eggs, 120g sugar, 4 tablespoons cocoa or carob, 120ml milk.

Preparation:

1. Mix flour, baking soda and hazelnuts.

2. Mix the lard, eggs, sugar, cocoa and milk in a bowl and beat everything with a mixer.

3. Gradually add flour and knead by hand.

4. Roll out the dough on the baking paper. Place in a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 180 C for about 20 - 25 minutes or until done.
