Sastojci: 150g bele cokolade, 120g krem sira ili neslanog Ela sira, 250ml slatke pavlake (iz frizidera).
Priprema:
1. Istopiti belu cokoladu na pari.
2. Dodati krem sir i mikserom sjediniti.
3. Umutiti slatku pavlaku mikserom do se ne zgusne i ucvrsti.
4. Postepeno dodavati slatku pavlaku u mesavinu bele cokolade i krem sira i sve dobro sjediniti.
5. Ohladiti u frizideru.
Ingredients: 150g of white chocolate, 120g of cream cheese, 250ml of heavy cream (from the fridge).
Preparation:
1. Melt the white chocolate in steam.
2. Add cream cheese and mix with a mixer.
3. Beat the heavy cream with a mixer until it thickens and hardens.
4. Gradually add heavy cream to the mixture of white chocolate and cream cheese and mix everything well.
5. Cool in the refrigerator.
