Sastojci: 200g cokoladnog keksa, 500ml slatke pavlake (iz frizidera), 400g kondezovanog mleka zasladjenog.
Priprema:
1. Samleti keks. Staviti u ziplok kesu i usitniti sa oklagijom.
2. Umutiti slatku pavlaku dok se ne zgusne i ucvrsti.
3. Dodati kondezovano mleko i umutiti mikserom da se sjedini.
4. Dodati mleveni cokoladni keks i promesati.
5. Sipati u pleh. Pokriti providnom folijom i ostaviti u zamrzivac preko noci.
Ingredients: 200g of chocolate biscuits, 500ml of heavy cream (from the fridge), 400g of sweetened condensed milk.
Preparation:
1. Grind the biscuit. Place in a ziploc bag and chop with a rolling pin.
2. Whip the heavy cream until it thickens and hardens.
3. Add condensed milk and beat with a mixer to combine.
4. Add ground chocolate biscuit and mix.
5. Pour into a baking tray. Cover with transparent foil and leave in the freezer overnight.
