Brza predjela recepti (Quick appetizers recipes)

Jedan

Sastojci: listovi sunke, listovi kackavalja, majonez, masline, ceri paradajz.

Priprema:

1. List kackavalja, list sunke, malo majoneza. Namazati majonez preko sunke. Ponoviti jos tri puta. Na majonez staviti list kackavalja.

2. Staviti u frizider na 30 minuta.

3. Iseci na manje kocke i na svaku staviti po jednu maslinu ili ceri paradajz. Zabosti cackalicu kroz maslinu ili ceri paradajz.

One

Ingredients: slices of ham, slices of yellow cheese, mayonnaise, olives, cherry tomatoes.

Preparation:

1. Slice of cheese, slices of ham on top, a little mayonnaise. Spread mayonnaise over the ham. Repeat three more times. Put a slice of cheese on the mayonnaise.

2. Put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

3. Cut into smaller cubes and put one olive or cherry tomato on each. Stick a toothpick through the olive.

Dva

Sastojci: krastavac, sargarepa, deblji listovi sunke, deblji listovi kackavalja, tost hleb, masline.

Priprema:

1. Oprati, oljustiti i iseci krastavac i sargarepu na kolutove.

2. Na parce hleba staviti lackavalj. Preko toga sunku.

3. Iseci na manje kocke i na svaku staviti po jedan kolut krastavca ili sargarepe. Na kraj dodati po jednu maslinu. Zabosti cackalicu kroz maslinu.

Two

Ingredients: cucumber, carrot, thick slices of ham, thick leaves of yellow cheese, slices of toast bread, olives.

Preparation:

1. Wash, peel and cut the cucumber and carrot into rings.

2. Put cheese on the pieces of bread. On top place ham.

3. Cut into smaller cubes and place one ring of cucumber or carrot on each. At the end, add one olive. Stick a toothpick through the olive.

Tri

Sastojci: tortilje, krem sir, sendvic salama, masline.

Priprema:

1. Tortilje namazati krem sirom i iseci na trake sirine 2 cm. Sendvic salamu iseci na pola.

2. Celom duzinom poredjati kolutove sendvic salame, tako da 1cm salame visi preko tortilje. Na krajeve salame staviti malo krem sira da bi se sledece parce salame "zalepilo". 

3. Staviti jedan ceri paradajz ili kocku obicnog paradajza i zarolati. Na kraj staviti maslinu i probosto cackalicom da se ne otvara.

Three

Ingredients: tortillas, cream cheese, salami, cherry tomatoes, olives.

Preparation:

1. Spread the tortillas with cream cheese and cut them into strips 2 cm wide. Cut the salami sandwich in half.

3. Staviti list rukole. 

4. Preko staviti list sendvic salame. Iseci na pola.

5. Na svaku polovinu staviti komad paradajza i na kraj maslinu koju probodete cackalicom.

Five

Ingredients: baguette, olive oil, garlic, arugula, salami, margarine or butter, tomatoes, olives.

Preparation:

1. Cut the baguette into slices. Spread with olive oil and roasted garlic. Cut the tomatoes into cubes.

2. Spread over with margarine or butter.

3. Put a rocket leaf.

4. Put a slice of salami on top. Cut in half.

5. Put a piece of tomato on each half and at the end an olive that you pierce with a toothpick.

Sastojci: baget, margarin ili puter, kuvana jaja, kiseli krastavci, sendvic salama, mocarela.

Priprema:

1. Baget iseci na snite. Namazati margarinom ili puterom. Kuvana jaja, kisele krastavce i mocarelu iseci po duzini na trake.

2. Staviti parce jajeta.

3. Staviti list sendvic salame. 

4. Preko staviti kiseli krastavac 2 do 3 komada.

5. Na kraj staviti mocarelu.

Six

Ingredients: baguette, margarine or butter, boiled eggs, pickles, salami, mozzarella.

Preparation:

1. Cut the baguette into slices. Spread with margarine or butter. Cut boiled eggs, pickles and mozzarella lengthwise into strips.

2. Put one egg piece.

3. Put a slice of salami.

4. Put 2 to 3 pieces of pickle on top.

5. Put the mozzarella at the end.

Sastojci: baget, margarin ili puter, krastavci, paprika, , sendvic salama, krem sir.

Priprema:

1. Baget iseci na snite. Namazati margarinom ili puterom. Krastavce iseci na tanke kolutove, a papriku na trake.

2. Dva do tri lista sendvic salame saviti na pola i staviti na baget.  

3. Na kraj salame staviti kasicicom malo krem sira.

4. Na jedan kraj krem sir utisnuti kolut krastavca, a na drugi parce paprike.

Seven

Ingredients: baguette, margarine or butter, cucumbers, paprika, salami, cream cheese.

Preparation:

1. Cut the baguette into slices. Spread with margarine or butter. Cut the cucumbers into thin rings, and the pepper into strips.

2. Fold two to three slices of salami in half and place on a baguette.

3. At the end of the salami, put a spoonful of cream cheese.

4. On one end of the cream cheese press a circle of cucumber, and on the other a piece of pepper.

Osam

Pilece kocke sa avokadom (Chicken cubes with avocado)

Sastojci: integralni hleb (na snite), avokado, sok od limuna, so, pilece meso (obareno, iseceno na kocke), masline.

Priprema:

0. U blender staviti avokado, par kapi soka od limuna i so. Blendirati.  

1. Na parce hleba namazati avokado krem. Iseci na kocke.

2. Na svaku kocku hleba staviti kocku pileceg mesa. Odozgo staviti po jednu maslinu u probosti cackalicom.

Eight

Ingredients: pumpernickel bread (sliced), avocado, lemon juice, salt, chicken meat (boiled, diced), olives.

Preparation:

0. Put avocado, a few drops of lemon juice and salt in a blender. Blend.

1. Spread avocado cream on slices of bread. Cut into cubes.

2. Put a cube of chicken meat on each cube of bread. Place one olive on top and pierce it with a toothpick.

Devet

Sastojci: galete s pivom, avokado krem, sendvic salama, kiseli krastavcici.

Priprema:

1. Na svako parce galete staviti avokado krem.

2. Odozgo staviti parce salame.

3. I na kraj kolut kiselog krastavca.

Preparation:

Priprema:

1. Puniti korpice salatom po izboru.

3. Rashladiti u frizideru.
