Kolac od visanja (Sour cherries cake)

Sastojci: 6 jaja, 500g brasna, 10g praska za pecivo, 200g margarina (sobne temperature), 200g secera, 16 kasika mleka, 150g mlevenih badema, 1kg visanja (bez kostica).

Priprema:

1. Pazljivo odvojiti belanca od zumanaca. Pomesati brasno i prasak za pecivo. 

2. Umutiti margarin sa secerom. Dodati zumanca i sve dobro sjediniti, dok ne postane penasto.


3. Dodati mleko, brasno i bademe.

4. Penasto umutiti belanca.

5. Dodati belanca u prethodnu smesu i dobro sjediniti.

6. Pleh namazati margarinom i posuti brasnom. Sipati trecinu smese. Poredjati trecinu visanja. Opet sipati trecinu smese i poredjati trecinu visanja. Sipati preostali deo smese a visnje utisnuti u testo. 

7. Peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 200C oko 30 minuta.

Ingredients: 6 eggs, 500g of flour, 10g of baking powder, 200g of margarine (room temperature), 200g of sugar, 16 tbsp of milk, 150g of ground almonds, 1kg of sour cherries (without pits).

Preparation:

1. Carefully separate the egg whites from the egg yolks. Mix flour and baking powder.

2. Beat margarine with sugar. Add egg yolk and mix everything well, until it becomes foamy.

3. Add milk, flour and almonds.

4. Whip the egg whites until foamy.

5. Add the egg whites to the previous mixture and mix well.

6. Spread the baking sheet with margarine and sprinkle with flour. Pour a third of the mixture. Arrange a third of sour cherries. Again pour a third of the mixture and arrange a third of sour cherries. Pour the rest of the mixture and press the sour cherries into the dough.

7. Bake in a preheated oven at 200C for about 30 minutes.
