Sastojci: 200g bele cokolade, 200g krem sira, 5 jaja.
Priprema:
1. Otopiti belu cokoladu na pari. U serpu sipati vodu i preko stavuti ciniju sa cokoladom tako da cinija ne dodiruje vodu koja kljuca. Mesati dok se cokolada ne otopi. Odvojiti zumanca od belanaca.
2. Umutiti krem sir mikserom. Dodati belu cokoladu i promesati.
3. Dodati zumanca i sve dobro sjediniti.
4. Penasto umutiti belanca.
6. Po 1/3 belanaca dodavati u prethodnu smesu i lagano mesati da se sjedini.
7. U okrugli pleh (18cm) staviti papir za pecenje. Sipati smesu. Blago udariti plehom od sto nekoliko puta da izadje vazduh.
8. U veci pleh sipati kljucalu vodu. Staviti kalup sa smesom i peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 170C 15 minuta, smanjiti na 150C i peci jos 20 minuta. Iskljuciti rernu. Ostaviti u rerni dok se ne ohladi.
Ingredients: 200g white chocolate, 200g cream cheese, 5 eggs.
Preparation:
1. Melt the white chocolate in steam. Pour water into a saucepan and place a bowl with chocolate over it so that the bowl does not touch the boiling water. Stir until the chocolate melts. Separate the yolk from the whites.
2. Beat the cream cheese with a mixer. Add white chocolate and mix.
3. Add egg yolk and mix everything well.
4. Whip the egg whites until foamy.
6. Add 1/3 of the egg whites to the previous mixture and mix gently to combine.
7. Put baking paper in a round tray (18 cm). Pour the mixture. Lightly hit the table with a baking tray a few times to release the air.
8. Pour boiling water into a large pan. Put the tray with the mixture and bake in a preheated oven at 170C for 15 minutes, reduce to 150C and bake for another 20 minutes. Turn off the oven. Leave in the oven until it cools down.
