Sastojci: 175g prosa, 200ml + 100 ml mleka, 3 jaja, 100g integralnog pšeničnog brašna, 30ml ulja, 1 kašičica praška za pecivo, 100g mladog sira (ili feta), 180g spanaća, ½ solje lisca korijandera, ½ kasice belog luka u prahu, 1 kasicica kima u prahu, 1 kasicica kurkume u prahu
Priprema:
1. Proso potopiti u vodi i ostaviti da stoji 8 sati ili preko noci. Ocediti, isprati i opet ocediti.
2. Proso skuvajte sa 200 ml mleka na srednje niskoj temperaturi (3) 10 minuta. Ostaviti da se ohladi.
3. Proso pomešajte sa svim ostalim sastojcima.
4. Sipati smesu u posudu za pečenje prethodno
obloženu pek papirom i peci na 180 stepeni oko 30 minuta.
Ingredients: 175g millet, 200ml + 100ml milk, 3 eggs, 100g whole wheat flour, 30ml oil, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 100g young white cheese-queso fresco (or feta), 180g spinach, ½ cup coriander leaves, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon cumin powder, 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
Preparation:
1. Soak the millet in water and let it stand for 8 hours or overnight. Drain, rinse and drain again.
2. Cook millet with 200ml milk at a medium-low temperature (3) for 10 minutes. Leave to cool.
3. Mix millet with all other ingredients.
4. Pour the mixture into the baking dish beforehand
lined with baking paper and bake at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
