Mediteranska salata sa maslinama i sušenim paradajzom (Mediterranean salad with olives and sun-dried tomatoes)

Sastojci (4 porcije): 250 g testenine (fusili ili pene), 120 g čeri paradajza, 1 srednji krastavac, 50 g crnih maslina (bez kostica), 50 g sušenog paradajza u maslinovom ulju, 80 g feta sira, 2 kašike maslinovog ulja, 1 kašika soka od limuna, ½ kašičice soli, ¼ kašičice bibera, 1 kašičica suvog origana ili suvog bosiljka.

Priprema:

1. Testeninu skuvati po uputstvu sa pakovanja ili prema uputstvu ako ste pravili domace (sveže ili sušene). Procediti i ohladiti.

2. Paradajz preseći na pola ili četvrtine ako je veci, krastavac oljustiti i iseći na kockice, sušeni paradajz na trake.

3. Masline i feta sir dodati u posudu sa testeninom i povrćem.

4. Maslinovo ulje, limunov sok, so, biber i origano pomešati i preliti preko salate.

5. Lagano promešati i ostaviti u frižideru 30 minuta pre serviranja.


Ingredients (4 servings): 250 g pasta (fusilli or penne), 120 g cherry tomatoes, 1 medium cucumber, 50 g black olives (pitted, cut to smaller pieces), 50 g sun-dried tomatoes in olive oil, 80 g feta cheese (crumbled), 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, ½ teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon pepper, 1 teaspoon dried oregano or dried basil.

Preparation:

1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package or according to the instructions if you made homemade (fresh or dried). Strain and cool.

2. Cut the tomato in half or quarters if it is larger, peel the cucumber and cut it into cubes, and cut the dried tomatoes into strips.

3. Add the olives and feta cheese to the bowl with the pasta and vegetables.

4. Mix olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper and oregano and pour over the salad.

5. Mix lightly and leave in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving.
