Sastojci: 200 g suvih šljiva (bez koštica), 100 g slanine ili pancete (tanko sečene), 100 g maslina (bez koštica, secenih na pola), orasi ili pekan orasi (seckanih).
Priprema:
1. Svaku suvu sljivu napuniti polovinom masline i komadicima oraha.
2. Zamotati u šnitu slanine.
3. Svaku šljivu probodite čačkalicom kako slanina ne bi se odvila.
4. Pleh za pečenje obložiti papirom za pecenje. Poredjati sljive.
5. Peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 200 C oko 15 minuta ili dok slanina ne postane zlatnosmeđa i hrskava.
Ingredients: 200 g prunes (pitted), 100 g bacon (thinly sliced), 100 g olives (pitted, cut in half), walnuts or pecans (chopped).
Preparation:
1. Fill each prune with half of an olive and walnut pieces.
2. Wrap in a slice of bacon.
3. Pierce each plum with a toothpick so that the bacon does not loosen.
4. Cover the baking tray with baking paper. Arrange the prunes.
5. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 C for about 15 minutes or until the bacon becomes golden brown and crispy.
