Cokoladni sirup za dekoraciju kafe (Chocolate syrup for coffee decoration)

Možeš koristiti za kapućino, late ili dekoraciju dezertnih šolja.

Sastojci (za oko 100 ml sirupa): 50 g kakaa u prahu (neslani, nezaslađeni), 100 g šećera (ili smeđi), 120 ml vode, 1 kašičica vanila ekstrakta, prstohvat soli.

Priprema:

1. U maloj šerpi pomešajte kakao, šećer i so.

2. Polako dodajte vodu, mešajući da ne ostanu grudvice.

3. Stavite šerpicu na srednju vatru (4) i mešajte dok se smeša ne ujednači i lagano zgusne, oko 5–7 minuta.

4. Sklonite sa vatre i umešajte ekstrakt vanile.

5. Sirup ostavite da se ohladi.

6. Čuvajte u staklenoj teglici u frižideru do 10 dana.

Kako koristiti za kapućino?

  • Pre sipanja pene: po dnu šolje kapnite 1–2 kašičice sirupa, pa dodajte espreso i mleko.
  • Za dekoraciju: po peni od mleka nacrtajte srce, spiralu ili linije sirupom koristeći špric ili kesicu sa malim otvorom.

Savet: Za Valentin efekat, sirup možete kombinovati sa malo crvene boje za hranu ili dodati prstohvat cimeta da dobije toplu aromu.

Primer: Valentin kapućino sa čokoladnim srcem

Sastojci:

  • 1–2 kašičice čokoladnog sirupa.
  • Espreso (50–60 ml)
  • Mleko (100 ml), zagrejano i penasto
  • Pena od mleka (2–3 cm) na vrhu

Dekoracija:

  • cokoladni sirup za srce ili spiralu
  • prah kakaa ili cimeta (po ivici solje)
  • opcionalno: kolutić jagode ili listić nane*

Priprema:

  1. Sirup na dno šolje.
  2. Sipajte espreso preko sirupa.
  3. Dodajte zagrejano i penasto mleko.
  4. Napravite penu od mleka na vrhu.
  5. Sa čokoladnim sirupom nacrtajte srce ili spiralu.
  6. Posipajte prah kakaa/cimeta i ukrasite voćem po želji.

Gde staviti jagodu, a gde listice nane?

Jagoda

  • Ne stavlja se u piće, već na ivicu šolje (urezana sa malim rezom da „sedne“)
  • ili na tanjirić pored šolje

Kako?

  • Jagodu iseći na tanak kolutić ili srce
  • Blago je nasloni na ivicu šolje, tako da se vidi spolja

Listići nane

  • Listići nane idu na samu penu, ali sa strane, ne tačno u sredini
  • jedan mali list ili 2 mala listića u paru

Kako?

  • Položi ih nežno na penu, pored čokoladnog srca/spirale
  • Mogu i blago da „dodiruju“ ivicu šolje

Kombinacija (najlepša za Valentin):

  • Čokoladno srce ili spirala – centar
  • Kakao/cimet – blago po ivici pene
  • Nana – sa strane pene
  • Jagoda – na ivici šolje ili na tanjiriću
  • Pravilo za dekoraciju:
  • U šolji → samo lagani, jestivi, lagani ukrasi (nana, kakao)
  • Van šolje → voće (jagoda)

You can use it for cappuccino, latte or decoration of dessert cups.

Ingredients (for about 100 ml of syrup): 50 g of cocoa powder (unsalted, unsweetened), 100 g of sugar (or brown), 120 ml of water, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, a pinch of salt.

Preparation:

1. Mix cocoa, sugar and salt in a small saucepan.

2. Slowly add water, stirring so that there are no lumps.

3. Place the saucepan on medium heat (4) and stir until the mixture is uniform and slightly thickened, about 5-7 minutes.

4. Remove from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract.

5. Leave the syrup to cool.

6. Store in a glass jar in the fridge for up to 10 days.

How to use it for cappuccino?

Before pouring the foam: drop 1-2 teaspoons of syrup on the bottom of the cup, then add espresso and milk.

For decoration: draw a heart, spiral or lines on the milk foam with syrup using a decorating squeeze bottle or a bag with a small opening.

Tip: For a Valentine effect, you can combine the syrup with a little red food coloring or add a pinch of cinnamon to give it a warm aroma.

Example: Valentine's cappuccino with chocolate heart

Ingredients:

  • 1-2 teaspoons of chocolate syrup.
  • Espresso (50–60 ml)
  • Milk (100 ml), heated and foamy
  • Milk foam (2–3 cm) on top

Decoration:

  • chocolate syrup for a heart or spiral
  • cocoa powder or cinnamon (on the edge of cup)
  • optional: strawberry ring or mint leaf*

Preparation:

  1. Add syrup to the bottom of the cup.
  2. Pour the espresso over the syrup.
  3. Add heated and foamed milk.
  4. Make a milk foam on top.
  5. Draw a heart or spiral with chocolate syrup.
  6. Sprinkle with cocoa/cinnamon powder and decorate with fruit of your choice.
Where to put the strawberry, and where the mint leaves?

Strawberry
  • It is not placed in the drink, but on the edge of the cup (cut with a small cut so that it "sits")
  • On a saucer next to the cup

How?
  • Cut the strawberry into a thin ring or heart
  • Lightly lean it on the edge of the cup, so that it is visible from the outside

Mint leaves
  • Mint leaves go on the foam itself, but on the side, not exactly in the middle
  • One small leaf or 2 small leaves in a pair

How?
  • Place them gently on the foam, next to the chocolate heart/spiral
  • They can also slightly "touch" the edge of the cup

Combination (best for Valentine's day):
  • Chocolate heart or spiral - center
  • Cocoa/cinnamon – slightly on the edge of the foam
  • Peppermint – on the foam side
  • Strawberry - on the edge of a cup or on a saucer

Decoration rule:
  • In the cup → only light, edible, light decorations (mint, cocoa)
  • Out of the cup → fruit (strawberry)
