Ovseni kolacici sa suvim brusnicama (Oat flakes cookies with dried cranberries)

Mogu biti vegan.

Sastojci (4–6 malih keksića): 80 g ovsenih pahuljica (može i pola sitno mleveno, pola cele), 40 g integralnog brašna (ili običnog), 1 kašika kokosovog ulja (omeksanog) ili putera (neslanog, omekšanog), 2 kašičice meda ili javorovog sirupa, ½ kašičice praška za pecivo, prstohvat soli, 1 kašika mleka ili biljnog mleka, prstohvat cimeta, ½ kasicice vanila ekstrakta ili prstohvat mlevene vanile, 1 kašika suvih brusnica (sitno seckanih) ili 1 kašika suvog grožđa (sitno seckanog) ili mesavina suvih brusnica i suvog grozdja (½ kasike brusnica + ½ kasike suvog grozdja).

Priprema:

0. Potopiti suvo grozdje i suve brusnica u toplu vodu I ostaviti 5 do 10 minuta. Procediti. Sitno iseckati.

1. Zagrejte rernu na 180°C (356 F).

2. U činiji pomešajte kokosovo ulje i med ili javorovov sirup dok ne postanu kremasti.

3. Dodajte mleko ili biljno mleko i vanila ekstrakt ili mlevenu vanilu pa dobro promešajte.

4. U drugoj činiji pomešajte ovsene pahuljice, brašno, prašak za pecivo, so i cimet i suvo voće.

5. Postepeno dodajte suve sastojke u mokre i formirajte malo lepljivo testo.

6. Oblikujte 4–6 malih keksića i stavite ih na pleh obložen papirom za pečenje.

7. Pecite 12–15 minuta dok keksići ne dobiju zlatnu boju.

8. Ostavite da se prohlade nekoliko minuta pre posluženja.

Serviranje

  • Poslužite po 1 šoljicu toplog pića za svaku osobu, kafa ili caj.
  • Na tanjiru dodajte po 2–3 ovseno-voćna keksića.
  • Po želji dekorisati: posuti prah šećerom.

Savet: Ovi keksići su blago slatki i idealni za brzu romantičnu užinu.

Kombinacije ukusa:

(količine su prilagođene osnovnoj meri za 4–6 komada kolačića)

1. Ovseno–vanila (najneutralniji)

  • ½ kašičice vanila ekstrakta
  • prstohvat soli
  • bez suvog voća
  • Mekani, blagi, odlični i za decu

2. Cimet & suvo voće (klasični)

  • ¼ kašičice cimeta
  • ½ kašike seckanih brusnica
  • ½ kašike seckanog suvog grožđa
  • Mirisni, blago slatki, savršeni uz čaj

3. Banana–ovseni (bez dodatnog zaslađivača)

  • izbaci med/javorov sirup
  • dodaj 2 kašike zrele pasirane banane
  • prstohvat cimeta
  • ½ kašike suvog grožđa
  • Prirodno slatki i sočni

4. Čoko–ovsena verzija

  • 1 kašika tamne čokolade (sitno seckane ili čoko-kapljice)
  • 1 kašičica kakaa u prahu
  • prstohvat mlevene vanile 
  • Ako dodaš kakao, dodaj još ½ kašike mleka ili biljnog mleka da testo ne bude suvo.

5. Veganska verzija

  • koristi biljno mleko (mleko od badema, ovseno mleko ili sojino mleko) – 1 kašika
  • koristi kokosovo ulje umesto putera
  • zaslađivač: javorov sirup ili agavin sirup (2 kašičice)
  • Ostali sastojci ostaju isti.

Ingredients (4–6 small cookies): 80 g of oat flakes - rolled oats (can be half finely ground, half whole), 40 g of wholemeal flour (or regular), 1 tablespoon of coconut oil (softened) or butter (unsalted, softened), 2 teaspoons of honey or maple syrup, ½ teaspoon of baking powder, a pinch of salt, 1 tablespoon of milk or nut/plant milk, a pinch of cinnamon, ½ teaspoons of vanilla extract or a pinch of ground vanilla, 1 tablespoon of dried cranberries (finely chopped) or 1 tablespoon of raisins (finely chopped) or a mixture of dried cranberries and raisins (½ tablespoon of cranberries + ½ tablespoon of raisins).

Preparation:

0. Soak raisins and dried cranberries in warm water and leave for 5 to 10 minutes. Strain. Finely chop.

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (356 F).

2. Mix coconut oil and honey or maple syrup in a bowl until creamy.

3. Add milk or nut/plant milk and vanilla extract or ground vanilla and mix well.

4. In another bowl, mix oat flakes and oat flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon and dried fruit.

5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet and form a small sticky dough.

6. Form 4–6 small cookies and place them on a tray covered with baking paper.

7. Bake for 12–15 minutes until the cookies are golden.

8. Let them cool for a few minutes before serving.

Serving

  • Serve 1 cup of hot drink for each person, coffee or tea.
  • Add 2-3 oat-fruit cookies to the plate.
  • If desired, decorate: sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Tip: These cookies are slightly sweet and ideal for a quick romantic snack.

Flavor combinations:

(quantities are adapted to the basic measure for 4–6 pieces of cookies)

1. Oatmeal-vanilla (the most neutral)

  • ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • a pinch of salt
  • without dried fruit
  • Soft, gentle, great for children too.

2. Cinnamon & dried fruit (classic)

  • ¼ teaspoon of cinnamon
  • ½ tablespoon of chopped cranberries
  • ½ tablespoon of chopped raisins
  • Fragrant, slightly sweet, perfect with tea.

3. Banana-oat (without additional sweetener)

  • leave out the honey/maple syrup
  • add 2 tablespoons of ripe mashed banana
  • a pinch of cinnamon
  • ½ tablespoon of raisins
  • Naturally sweet and juicy.

4. Chocolate-oat version

  • 1 tablespoon of dark chocolate (finely chopped or chocolate drops)
  • 1 teaspoon of cocoa powder
  • a pinch of ground vanilla
  • If you add cocoa, add another ½ tablespoon of milk or nut/plant milk so that the dough is not dry.

5. Vegan version

  • use vegetable milk (almond milk, oat milk or soy milk) - 1 tablespoon
  • use coconut oil instead of butter
  • sweetener: maple syrup or agave syrup (2 teaspoons)
  • Other ingredients remain the same.
