Sastojci: 6 jaja, 3 kašike ulja, 200g kisele pavlake, 6 kašika ajvara, 6 kašika brašna, 15g praška za pecivo, za fil - 300g krem sira, 200g kisele pavlake, 200g šunke (na kockice).
Priprema:
1. Pažljivo odvojiti žumanca i belanca. Pomešati brašno i prašak za pecivo.
2. Mikserom umutiti žumanca. Dodati ulje, kiselu pavlaku, ajvar i brašno. Sve dobro promešati.
3. Belanca umutiti mikserom.
4. U mesavinu od jaja postupno dodavati sneg od belanaca mešajući nakon svakog dodavanja.
5. Smesu izliti u tepsiju (pravougaonog oblika) obloženu papirom za pečenje (tepsiju premažite uljem pre stavljanja papira).
6. Pecite u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 180 C 20 minuta.
7. Ostaviti da se ohladi. Iseci na 3 dela po dužoj strani.
8. Pomešati krem sir, kiselu pavlaku i šunku. Podeliti na 4 dela.
9. Nadev rasporediti na tri kore. Na vrh rasporediti četvrti deo nadeva.
10. Ostavite u frizideru.

Preparation:
1. Carefully separate egg yolks and egg whites. Mix flour and baking powder.
2. Beat egg yolks with mixer. Add oil, sour cream, ajvar and flour. Mix everything well.
3. Bear wgg whites with mixer.
4. Add egg whites gradually to the egg mixter stiring after every addition.
5. Pour the mixtuter in baking tray (rectangle shape) lined with baking paper (brush the baking pan with oil before placing the paper).
6. Bake in preheated oven on 180 C for 20 minutes.
7. Leave to cool. Cut in 3 parts along the long side.
8. Mix cream cheese, sour cream and ham. Divide into 4 parts.
9. Spread the filling to the three layers. On top spread the fourth part of the filling.
10. Leave in the fridge.
