Sastojci: 4 king oyster pecurke, 1 kasicica aleve paprike, 1 kasicica kima, ¼ kasicice soli, 2 cena belog luka (sitno seckanog), 1 kasika sosa od italijanskog slljiva paradajza, 2 kasike maslinovog ulja, kukuruz salata - 150g kukuruza, 1 kasika lista persuna (sitno seckanog), 2 kasike crnog luka (sitno seckanog), sok od jednog limuna, rendana kora od jednog limuna, 1 kasika maslinovog ulja, ostalo - pola crvene paprike, pola zelene paprike, pola zute paprike - iseckane na kockice, 100g fete (izgnjecene viljuskom), 1 avokado (iseckan na kockice), tortilje.
Priprema:
1. Očistite pecurke vlažnim papirnatim ubrusom. Iseckati pecurke (i drske).
2. Stavite na pleh obložen papirom za pečenje.
3. Pecurke preliti uljem, začinima, belim lukom i uljem. osim sosa od italijanskog slljiva paradajza. Promesati.
4. U prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 200 C peci 20 minuta ili dok pecurke ne postanu hrskave i smedje na ivicama.
5. Dodati sos od italijanskog slljiva paradajza da se ravnomerno prekrije.
6. Pomesati kukuruz i ostale sastojke.
7. Na tortilje staviti pecurke, kukuruz, fetu, paprike i avokado.

Preparation:

7. Put mushrooms, corn, feta, peppers and avocado on the tortillas.
