Sastojci: 9 banana, 150ml soka od pomorandže (sveze cedjenog), 150g maka (mlevenog).
Priprema:
1. Banane oljustiti. Iseci na kolutove. Staviti u kesu ili kutiju i ostaviti u zamrzivac preko noci.
2. Mak potpiti u sok od pomorandze.
3. Ostaviti banane na sobnoj temperaturi desetak minuta.
4. Staviti u blender banane i sok od pomorandze i mak i usitniti dok ne postane glatko i kremasto.
Ingredients: 9 bananas, 150ml of orange juice (freshly squeezed), 150g of poppy seeds (ground).
Preparation:
1. Peel the bananas. Cut into rings. Put in a bag or box and leave in the freezer overnight.
2. Soak the poppy seeds in orange juice.
3. Leave the bananas at room temperature for ten minutes.
4. Place bananas, orange juice and poppy seeds in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
