Vegan cokoladne kuglice (Vegan chocolate balls)

Sastojci: 150g semenki suncokreta (oljustenog), 150g semenki bundeve (oljustene), 200g suvih kajsija, 200g suvih sljiva, 1 kasicica cimeta, 100g indijskih oraha, celih (ili oraha, pistaca, badema, lesnika, kikirikija), 200g čokolade, 2 kasike kokosovog ulja.

Priprema:

1. 75g semenki suncokreta samleti u prah, a 75g ostaviti cele. Semenke bundeve samleti u prah.

2. Posebno u blenderu ili seckalici samleti kajsije. Dobro ih usitniti.

3. U blender dodati suncokret mleveni, semenke bundeve i cimet i usitniti.

4. Dodati semenke suncokreta i pomesati sve zajedno.

5. Praviti kuglice. Spljostiti dlanom kuglicu. Staviti ceo indijski orah i napraviti kuglicu ponovo.

6. Cokoladu otopiti sa kokosovim uljem.

7. Kuglice obloziti otopljenom cokoladom i vaditi kasikom. Staviti na papir za pecenje i staviti u frizider da se stegnu.

Ingredients: 150g sunflower seeds (shelled), 150g pumpkin seeds (shelled), 200g dried apricots, 200g prunes, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 100g cashews, whole (or walnuts, pistachios, almonds, hazelnuts, peanuts), 200g chocolate, 2 tablespoons of coconut oil.

Preparation:

1. Grind 75g of sunflower seeds into powder, and leave 75g whole. Grind pumpkin seeds into powder.

2. Grind the apricots separately in a blender or chopper. Chop them well.

3. Add ground sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and cinnamon to the blender and chop.

4. Add rest of the sunflower seeds and mix everything together.

5. Make balls. Flatten the ball with your palm. Put the whole cashew and make a ball again.

6. Melt the chocolate with coconut oil.

7. Coat the balls with melted chocolate and remove with a spoon. Place on baking paper and put in the refrigerator to harden.
