Oblanda s tunjevinom (Wafers with tuna)

Sastojci: 500g krem sira, 600g + 100g majoneza, 200g susama (pecenog), 3 kasike senfa, 4 kasike ajvara, 200g kikirikija (mlevenog), 360g tunjevine, 4 lista oblandi.

Priprema:

1. U ciniji umutiti krem sir mikserom.

2. Dodati 600g majoneza i senf i umutiti. Dodati susam i promesati. 

3. Smesu podeliti na 3 dela i malo ostaviti za zadnju oblandu za premazivanje.

4. U prvi deo dodati kikiriki i promesati da se sjedini.

5. U drugi deo dodati ajvar i promesati da se sjedini.

6. U treci deo dodati tunjevinu i promesati da se sjedini.

7. Filovati oblande.

8. U onaj ostatak smese dodati 100g majoneza. Promesati i prezati cetvrtu oblandu.

9. Pokriti papirom za pecenje i poredjati par teskih knjiga.

Ingredients: 500g of cream cheese, 600g + 100g of mayonnaise, 200g of sesame seeds (roasted), 3 tablespoons of mustard, 4 tablespoons of ajvar, 200g of peanuts (ground), 360g of tuna, 4 sheets of wafers.

Preparation:

1. Beat the cream cheese in a bowl with a mixer.

2. Add 600g of mayonnaise and mustard and mix again. Add sesame seeds and stir.

3. Divide the mixture into 3 parts and leave a little for the last wafer for coating.

4. Add peanuts to the first part and stir to combine.

5. Add ajvar to the second part and stir to combine.

6. In the third part, add the tuna and stir to combine.

7. Fill the wafers.

8. Add 100g of mayonnaise to the rest of the mixture. Stir and spread the fourth wafer.

9. Cover with baking paper and arrange a couple of heavy books.
