Sastojci: 9 banana, 150 ml soka od pomorandže (sveze cedjenog), 45g kakaoa, 1 kasicica cimeta, 1 kasika ekstrata ruma ili vanile, kikiriki, lesnici, orasi, bademi, indijski orasi, pistaci (mleveni), kokosovo brasno, cokoladne mrvice.
Priprema:
1. Banane oljustiti. Iseci na kolutove. Staviti u kesu ili kutiju i ostaviti u zamrzivac preko noci.
2. Ostaviti banane na sobnoj temperaturi desetak minuta.
3. Staviti u blender banane i sok od pomorandze i usitniti.
4. Dodati kakao, cimet i ekstrat ruma ili vanile i ponovo usitniti dok ne postane glatko i kremasto.
5. Posuti sa orasastim plodovima ili kokosovim brasnom ili cokoladnim mrvicama pre posluzivanja.
Ingredients: 9 bananas, 150ml of orange juice (freshly squeezed), 45g of cocoa powder, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, 1 teaspoon of rum or vanilla extract, peanuts, hazelnuts, walnuts, almonds, cashews, pistachios (ground), coconut flakes, chocolate crumbs.
Preparation:
1. Peel the bananas. Cut into rings. Put in a bag or box and leave in the freezer overnight.
2. Leave the bananas at room temperature for ten minutes.
3. Place bananas and orange juice in a blender and chop.
4. Add cocoa, cinnamon and rum or vanilla extract and blend again until it becomes smooth and creamy.
5. Sprinkle with nuts or coconut flour or chocolate crumbs before serving.
