Kocke od piva s pecurkama (Beer cubes with mushrooms)

Sastojci: 2 lista oblande (velike), crvena kora - 200ml kisele vode, 200ml piva, 7 kasika ajvara, 240g brasna, 1 kasicica praska za pecivo, zelena kora - 200ml kisele vode, 200ml piva, 250g spanaca (moze smrznuto ali ocediti od vode), 240g brasna, 1 kasicica praska za pecivo, za fil - 300g krem sira, 600g pecurki (sampinjona), 2 kasike margarina, 450g kiselih krastavcica (isecenih na kocke), 3 kasike senfa, 300g kackavalja (rendanog), 1 kasicice kurkume, 1 kasicica origana (suvog), za premaz - 200g majoneza, 50g krekera (mlevenih), 50g susama (prepecenog).

Priprema:

1. Pomesati sve sastojke za crvenu koru dobro da se sjedini. Premazati list jedne oblande. Staviti u pleh i peci u prethodno zagrejanoj  rerni na 200C 10 do 12 minuta.

2. Pomesati sve sastojke za zelenu koru dobro da se sjedini. Premazati list druge oblande. Staviti u pleh i peci na 200C 10 do 12 minuta.

3. Ostaviti da se ohlade kore.

4. Na margarinu proprziti isecene pecurke sa kurkumom i origanom dok ne budu gotove, oko 15 minuta. Ostaviti da se ohladi. Dodati kisele krastavcice, kackavalj i senf. Promesati.

5. Na crvenu koru namazati fil. Preko staviti drugu, zelenom stranom na dole.

6. Pomesati majonez sa krekerima i susamom. Premazati oblandu. Ostaviti u frizider da se ohladi.

Ingredients: 2 wafer sheets (large), red crust - 200ml carbonated water, 200ml beer, 7 tablespoons of ajvar, 240g flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, green crust - 200ml carbonated water, 200ml beer, 250g spinach (can be frozen but drain the water), 240g flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, for the filling - 300g cream cheese, 600g mushrooms, 2 tablespoons margarine, 450g pickles (cut into cubes), 3 tablespoons mustard, 300g yellow cheese (shredded), 1 teaspoon of turmeric, 1 teaspoon of oregano (dry), for coating - 200g of mayonnaise, 50g of crackers (ground), 50g of sesame seeds (toasted).

Preparation:

1. Mix all the ingredients for the red crust until well combined. Spread over the sheet of one wafer. Place in a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 200C for 10 to 12 minutes.

2. Mix all the ingredients for the green crust until well combined. Spread over the sheet of another wafer. Place in a baking tray and bake at 200C for 10 to 12 minutes.

3. Let the crusts cool down.

4. Fry sliced mushrooms with turmeric and oregano on margarine until done, about 15 minutes. Leave to cool. Add pickles, yellow cheese and mustard. Stir.

5. Spread the filling on the red crust. Put the other one on top, green side down.

6. Mix mayonnaise with crackers and sesame seeds. Coat the wafer. Leave in the refrigerator to cool.
