Beli kolac (White cake)

Ingredients: 7 egg whites, 7 tablespoons of sugar, 7 tablespoons of flour, a little oil, 200g chopped walnuts, 100g raisins , 100g of jelly candies.

Preparation:
1. Wash raisins, pour water and leave for 20, minutes. Drain.
2. Finely chop jelly candies.
3. Mix well egg whites and sugar. Add flour, a little oil and combine well.
4. Add walnuts, raisins and jelly candies. Stir well..
5. Pour into greased and sprinkled with flour baking pan and bake at medium heat.

Sastojci: 7 belanaca, 7 kasika secera, 7 kasika brasna, malo ulja, 200g seckanih oraha, 100g suvog grozdja, 100g zele bombona.

Priprema:
1. Suvo grozdje oprati, preliti vodom i ostaviti da odstoji 30 minuta. Iscediti.
2. Zele bombone sitno iseckati.
3. Dobro umutiti belanca i secer. Dodati brasno, malo ulja i dobro sjediniti.
4. Dodati orahe, suvo grozdje i zele bombone. Izmesati.
5. Sipati u podmazan i brasnom posut pleh i peci na umerenoj temperaturi.

Pijana pita s mesom (Drunk minced meat pie)

Ingredients: 700g phyllo dough, 600g beef minced meat, 3-4 onions (finely chopped), salt, pepper, 4 eggs, 450ml of beer.

Preparation:
1. Fry meat and onions, add salt and pepper to taste.
2. Grease baking pan, put 2 phyllo dough sheets and spread meat. Repeat steps until it consumed all the material. Finish with 2 phyllo dough sheets.
3. Cut pie into squares and overflow with well-beaten eggs and beer.
4. Allow to rest for 30 minutes.
5. Pour a little oil over pie and bake.

Sastojci:
700g tankih kora, 600g juneceg mlevenog mesa, 3-4 glavice crnog luka (sitno iseckano), so, biber, 4 jaja, 450ml piva.

Priprema:
1. Meso i luk proprziti, dodati so i biber po ukusu.
2. Podmazati pleh za pecenje, staviti 2 kore, pa fil. Redjati naizmenicno dok se ne utrosi sav materijal. Odozgo treba da bude kora.
3. Iseci pitu na kocke, preliti sa umucenim jajima i pivom.
4. Ostaviti da odstoji 30 minuta.
5. Preliti sa malo ulja i peci.

Brza pogaca (Quick bread)

Ingredients: 6 eggs, 400g yogurt, 1 cup of oil, 20g baking powder, salt, flour as needed.

Preparation:
1. Whisk eggs, add yogurt and oil.
2. Stir a little flour with baking powder, add salt and combine with eggs.
3. Add enough flour to obtain a mixture of medium density.
4. Pour into greased and sprinkled with flour baking pan and bake at medium heat.

Sastojci: 6 jaja, 400g kiselog mleka, 1 solja ulja, 20g praska za pecivo, malo soli, brasno po potrebi.

Priprema:
1. Umutiti jaja, dodati kiselo mleko i ulje.
2. Izmesati malo brasna sa praskom za pecivo, posoliti, pa spojiti sa prethodnom masom.
3. Dodati toliko brasna da bude zitka masa.
4. Sipati u podmazan i brasnom posut pleh i peci na umerenoj temperaturi.

Torta od paprika (Red peppers cake)

Ingredients: 20 red roasted peppers, 300g cheese (gouda, trappist), for filling: 400g sour cream, 300g feta cheese, 300g ham.

Preparation:
1. Finely chop ham, mash feta cheese and combine with sour cream.
2. Sort 10 peppers on a larger plate, put cream filling, cover with remaining peppers and finally put the cream filling.
3. Decorate with grated cheese.

Sastojci:
20 crvenih pecenih paprika, 300g kackavalja, za fil: 400g kisele pavlake, 300g sunke i 300g fete.

Priprema:
1. Sunku sitno iseckati, fetu izgnjeciti i spojiti sa kiselom pavlakom.
2. Poredjati 10 paprika na veci tanjir, staviti fil, pokriti preostalim paprikama i na kraju staviti fil.
3. Ukrasiti rendanim kackavaljem.

Slatkis (Cake)

Ingredients: 350g flour, 150g sugar, 1 liter of water, 250g walnuts (chopped).

Preparation:
1. Stir flour and sugar with water and cook.
2. When the mass becomes solid, add nuts, stir and remove from heat.
3. Cooled cake cut into pieces.

Sastojci: 350g brasna, 150g secera, 1 l vode, 250g iseckanih oraha.

Priprema:
1. Pomesati brasno i secer sa vodom i kuvati.
2. Kada masa postane cvrsta dodati orahe, izmesati i skloniti sa vatre.
3. Ohladjen slatkis seci na komade.
