Torta od spanaca i sargarepe (Spinach and carrots cake)

Sastojci: 500g spanaca, 400g sargarepe, 2 jaja, 1 solja besamel sosa, margarin, prezle, so i biber.
Priprema:
1) Posebno skuvati spanac i sargarepu. Spanac ocediti i iseckati i proprziti na margarinu, a sargarepu ispasirati i proprziti na margarinu.
2) Pola besamel sosa dodati spanacu i jedno jaje, a pola sargarepi i drugo jaje. Dobro izmesati.
3) Podmazati pleh margarinom, posuti prezlama, rasporediti spanac, a preko sargarepu. Peci na 150°C oko 40 minuta.

Ingredients: 500g spinach, 400g carrots, 2 eggs, 1 cup of bechamel sauce, margarine, bread crumbs, salt and pepper.

Preparation:
1) Separately cook spinach and carrots. Drain, chop spinach and fry in margarine. Blend carrots and fry margarine.
2) Half of bechamel sauce add to spinach, and add one egg. MIx well. Second half of bechamel sauce add to carrots, also add one egg. Stir well.
3) Grease baking pan with margarine, sprinkle with bread crumbs, arrange spinach and carrot on top. Bake at 150°C for about 40 minutes.

Pica pita (Pizza pie)

Sastojci: 300g kackavalja, 300g sunke, 300ml kisele pavlake, 2 jaja, kecap, kore (8 listova), kisela voda, ulje.

Priprema:
1) U podmazan pleh staviti dve kore, namazati kecap, kora, poredjati sunku, kora, namazati pavlaku, kora, poredjati kackavalj, kora, premazati umucenim jajima, staviti dve kore.
2) Iseci na kocke i preliti mesavinom kisele vode i ulja (u solji, prst ulja i resto voda). Ostaviti da odstoji pola sata pa peci na umerenoj temperaturi.

Ingredients: 300g of cheese, 300g ham, 300ml sour cream, 2 eggs, ketchup, phyllo dough (8 sheets), sparkling water, oil.

Preparation:
1) In a greased baking pan put two sheets, spread ketchup, sheet, arrange the ham, sheet, spread sour cream, sheet, arrange the cheese, sheet, brush with beaten eggs, put the two sheets on top.
2) Cut into cubes and pour with mixture of sparkling water and oil (in a cup, finger of oil and remaining water). Allow to stand for half an hour and bake at medium heat.

Kokos kiflice (Coconut rolls)

Sastojci: 250g kokosa, 125g masti + 125g margarina ili 250g margarina, 2 jaja, 5g praska za pecivo, 250g secera, 2 kasike mleka, 500g brasna, secer u prahu. Opciono: 100g cokolade, malo margarina, 50g kokosa.

Priprema:
1) Pomesati prasak za pecivo i brasno.
2) Umutiti margarin sa secerom, dodati kokos, jaja i mleko. Dobro izmesati. Dodati brasno i zamesiti testo.
3) Podeliti na jufke, svaku razvuci u krug, seci i zaviti rolnice.
4) Peci na umerenoj temperaturi.
5) Kiflice u valjati u prah secer ili cokoladu i margarin otopiti. Umakati kiflice u cokoladu a zatim u kokos.

Ingredients: 250g coconut, 125g lard  + 125g or 250g butter or margarine, 2 eggs, 5g baking powder, 250g sugar, 2 tablespoons of milk, 500g flour, powdered sugar. Optional: 100g chocolate, a little margarine, 50g coconut.

Preparation:
1) Mix the baking powder and flour.
2) Beat butter with sugar, add the coconut, eggs and milk. Stir well. Add flour and knead dough.
3) Divide dough in small balls, develop each into the circle, cut and wrap rolls.
4) Bake at medium heat.
5) Roll coconut rolls in powdered sugar or melt chocolate and butter. Dip rolls in chocolate and then in coconut.

Katarina torta (Katarina cake)

Sastojci: za koru - 6 jaja, 250g secera u prahu, 7 kasika mlevenih oraha, 1 kasika brasna, 1 kasika ulja, za fil - 300g margarina, 300g secera u prahu, 6 zumanaca, 225g obicnog keksa (plazma, ptiber, bevita), malo mleka, 150g seckanih oraha, za dekoraciju - 3x40g slaga (u prahu).
Priprema:
1) Kora - umutiti jaja sa secerom, dodati orahe, brasno i ulje. Izmesati i peci na 200C.
2) Fil - penasto umutiti margarin sa secerom, dodati zumanca. Izmesati. Keks izdrobiti i potopiti u mleko, pa dodati filu. Na kraju dodati orahe. Sve dobro izmesati.
3) Ohladjenu koru filovati i ukrasiti slagom.

Ingredients: For crust - 6 eggs, 250g powdered sugar, 7 tablespoons ground walnuts, 1 tablespoon flour, 1 tablespoon oil, for filling - 300g butter, 300g powdered sugar, 6 egg yolks, 225g plain biscuits (plasma, ptiber, bevita), a little milk, 150g chopped walnuts, for decoration - whipped cream 3x40g (powder).

Preparation:
1) Crust - whisk eggs with sugar, add the walnuts, flour and oil. Stir well and bake at 200C.
2) Filling - whisk butter with sugar until creamy, add egg yolks. Mix. Crush biscuits and soak in milk, then add to the filling. At the end, add the walnuts. Stir all together.
3) Spred filling evenly over cooled crust and decorate with whipped cream.

Soja snicle (Soy steaks)

Sastojci: 100g soja snicle, 1 kocka za supu, majoran, mirodjija, kim, origano, lorber, so, biber, brasno, prezle, 2 jaja.
Priprema:
1) Staviti 400ml vode i kocu za supu da provri. Dodati majoran, mirodjiju, kim, origano, lorber, so i biber po ukusu i sojine snicle. Kuvati 15 minuta.
2) Ocediti, uvaljati u brasno, pa u jaja, pa u prezle i prziti na ulju.

Ingredients: 100g soy steaks, 1 bouillon cube, marjoram, dill, cumin, oregano, bay leaf, salt, pepper, flour, bread crumbs, 2 eggs.

Preparation:
1) Put 400ml water and bouillon cube to boil. Add marjoram, dill, cumin, oregano, bay leaf, salt and pepper to taste and soy steaks. Cook for 15 minutes.
2) Drain, roll in flour, then in egg, then in bread crumbs and fry in oil.

Jafa torta (Biscuits with orange filling cake)


Sastojci: 800g jafa keksa, 1 L + 200ml kasastog soka od jagoda, 5 pudinga (5x40g u prahu) od jagode, 5 kasika gustina, 500g margarina, 350g secera u prahu, 400g slag krema, mleko ili sok.

Priprema:
1) Razmutiti puding i gustin u 200ml soka od jagode. Pa kuvati u preostalom soku od jagode. Podeliti na 2 dela. Umutiti slag krem i podeliti na 2 dela.
2) Penasto mutiti margarin sa secerom.
3) Jafa keks dobro natopiti u toplo mleko ili sok, pa redjati: jafa, pola fila, pola slaga, opet jafa, fil i slag.
4) Ostaviti u frizideru do sluzenja.

Ingredients: 800g of biscuits with orange filling, 1 L + 200ml pulpy strawberry juice, 5 strawberry pudding (5x40g powder), 5 tablespoons cornstarch, 500g margarine, 350g sugar, 400g whipping cream, milk or juice.

Preparation:
1) Stir in cornstarch, pudding and strawberry juice 200ml. Cook in the remaining strawberry juice. Divide into 2 parts. Whisk the whipping cream and divide into 2 parts.
2) Stir butter with sugar until fluffy.
3) Soak well biscuits in warm milk or juice, and arrange: Biscuits, half-filling, half whipped cream, again biscuits, filling and whipped cream.
4) Leave in the fridge until serving.

Tulumbe


Sastojci: 2 case vode, malo soli, 2 case brasna, 2/3 case ulja, 4 jaja, za sirup - 2 case vode, 3 1/2 case secera, 20g vanilin secera, 1/2 limuna.

Priprema:
1) Staviti vodu, ulje i so da provri. U vruce dodati brasno i dobro izmesati.
2) Kada se ohladi, dodavati jedno po jedno jaje.
3) Testo stavljati u spric za tulumbe i redjati u pleh.
4) Ugrejati rernu na 250C, smanjiti na 200C i peci 20-25 minuta. Ne otvarati rernu.
5) Pomesati secer i vanilin secer sipatu serpu dodati vodu i kuvati. Kada se secer otopi dodati limun isecen na krugove. Ohladjenim sirupom preliti vruce tulumbe. Ostaviti da stoji nekoliko sati dok tulumbe upiju sirup.

Ingredients: 2 cups of water, pinch of salt, 2 cups of flour, 2/3 cup oil, 4 eggs, for syrup - 2 cups water, 3 1/2 cup sugar, 20g vanilla sugar, 1/2 lemon.

Preparation:
1) Put water, oil and salt to boil. In hot, add flour and stir well.
2) When cool, add eggs one by one.
3) Place the dough in the syringe for tulumbe, and place in baking pan.
4) Heat oven to 250C then reduce to  200C and fro for 20-25 minutes. Do not open oven.
5) In a saucepan, mix sugar and vanilla sugar, add water and cook. When the sugar has melted add the lemon cut into circles. Chilled syrup pour over hot tulumbe. Let stand several hours until tulumbe absorb syrup.

Kikiriki stanglice (Peanut bars)


Sastojci: 500g posnog keksa, 250g slanog kikirikija, oko 250g margarina.

Priprema:
1) Izdrobljeni keks i kikiriki preliti rastopljenim margarinom.
Napomena: dodati onoliko margarina koliko je potrebno da se zamesi kolac.
2) Oblikovati masu u tepsiju ostaviti u frizideru. Ohladjeno seci na stapice.

Ingredients: 500g low fat biscuits, 250g salted peanuts, about 250g margarine.

Preparation: 
1) Pour melted margarine over crushed cookies and peanut.
Note: add as much butter as needed to mix the cake.
2) Form a mass in the pan and left in the fridge. Chilled cut in bars.

Kakao kolac s jogurtom (Cocoa cake with buttermilk)


Sastojci: 2 solje jogurta, 2 solje secera, 1 solja ulja, 3 solje brasna, 1 kasicica sode bikarbone, 2 kasike kakaoa, za glazuru - 2 kasike vode, 2 kasike secera, malo margarina, 100g cokolade (izlomljena na kocke).

Pirprema: 
1) Pomesati sodu bikarbonu, secer, kakao i brasno.
2) Dodati jogurt i ulje. Izmesati i peci u podmazanom plehu na 180C.
3) U serpu staviti vodu, secer i margarin, kad se istopi dodati cokoladu.
4) Vruc kolac preliti vrucim filom.

Ingredients: 2 cups buttermilk, 2 cups sugar, 1 cup oil, 3 cups flour, 1 teaspoon baking soda, 2 tablespoons cocoa, for glaze - 2 tablespoons water, 2 tablespoons of sugar, a little margarine, 100g chocolate (broken into pieces).

Priprema:
1) Mix baking soda, sugar, cocoa and flour.
2) Add buttermilk and oil. Stir well and bake in a greased baking pan at 180C.
3) In a saucepan put water, sugar and butter, when melted add the chocolate.
4) Hot filling pour over hot cake.
