Ingredients: 20 red roasted peppers (steps 1. 2. and 3.), 300g yellow cheese (gouda, trappist), for filling: 400g sour cream, 300g feta cheese, 300g ham.
Preparation:
1. Finely chop ham, mash feta cheese and combine with sour cream.
2. Sort 10 peppers on a larger plate, put cream filling, cover with remaining peppers and finally put the cream filling.
3. Decorate with grated cheese.
Sastojci: 20 crvenih pecenih paprika (koraci 1. 2. i 3.), 300g kackavalja, za fil: 400g kisele pavlake, 300g sunke i 300g fete.
Priprema:
1. Sunku sitno iseckati, fetu izgnjeciti i spojiti sa kiselom pavlakom.
2. Poredjati 10 paprika na veci tanjir, staviti fil, pokriti preostalim paprikama i na kraju staviti fil.
3. Ukrasiti rendanim kackavaljem.
