Zeleni sok sa djumbirom (Green juice with ginger)

Sastojci: 200g spanaca, 100g persuna, 1 veza celera, 1 krastavac, 1 sok od limete ili limuna, 1 komad od oko 2cm djumbira, 10 kockica leda, hladna voda (ako zatreba).

Priprema:
1) Oprati spanac, persun, celer i krastavac. Krastavac oljustiti i iseci na kocke. Djumbir oljustiti.
2) Staviti sve sastojke u blender osim leda. Blendirati. Dodati led i ponovo blendirati.
3) Ako je pregusto dodati malo vode. Pa opet blendirati.

Ingredients: 200g spinach, 100g parsley, 1 bunch of celery, 1 cucumber, 1 lime or lemon juice, 1 piece of about 2cm ginger, 10 cubes of ice, cold water (if necessary).

Preparation:
1) Wash the spinach, parsley, celery and cucumber. Peel cucumber and cut into cubes. Peel ginger.
2) Put all ingredients in a blender except ice. Blend. Add ice and again blend.

3) If it is too thick add a little water. Again blend.

Caj za ciscenje (Cleansing tea)

Sastojci: 1 limun, 1 kasika agave sirupa, 1 kasicica kurkume (ravna), 1 kasicica djumbira u prahu (ravna).

Priprema:
1) Pomesati 500ml hladne vode, sok od limuna, agava sirup, kurkumu i djumbir.
2) Prokuvati 1litar vode i dodati caju. 
3) Dobro promesati i sluziti. 

Ingredients: 1 lemon, 1 tablespoon agave syrup, 1 teaspoon turmeric (flat), 1 teaspoon ginger powder (flat).

Preparation:
1) Mix 500ml of cold water, lemon juice, agave syrup, turmeric and ginger.
2) Boil 1 litre of water and add to tea.

3) Mix well and serve.

Frape sa zelenim cajem (Smoothie with green tea)

Sastojci: 2 grejpfruta, 2 pomorandze, 1 limeta ili limun,  250ml zelenog caja (bez secera, iz frizidera), 250ml jogurta (sa niskim procentom masti), 1 banana, 1 kasika agavinog sirupa ili meda, 10 kockica leda.

Priprema:
1) Kada skuvate zeleni caj ostavite da se ohladi, pa stavite u frizider. 
2) Grejprfut, pomorandzu, limetu ili limun oprati, pa oljustiti kore. Bananu oljustiti i iseci na kocke.
3) Sve staviti u blender osim leda. Blendirati. Zatim dodati led i blendirati.

Ingredients: 2 grapefruits, 2 oranges, 1 lime or lemon, 250ml green tea (no sugar, from the fridge), 250ml of buttermilk (low-fat), 1 banana, 1 tablespoon agave syrup or honey, 10 ice cubes.

Preparation:
1) When you cook green tea, let it cool, then put in the fridge.
2) Wash grapefruits, oranges, lime or lemon and peel. Peel banana and cut into cubes.

3) Put all in blender except ice. Blend. Then add ice and blend again.

Letnji sok (Summer juice)

Sok protiv dehidratacije.

Sastojci: 4 krastavca, 2 crvene jabuke, 200g jagoda.

Priprema:
1) Krastavac i jabuke oprati i iseci na kocke. Jagode oprati i ocistiti od peteljki.
2) Staviti sve u sokovnik.

Juice against dehydration.

Ingredients: 4 cucumbers, 2 red apples, 200g strawberries.

Preparation:
1) Wash cucumbers and apples and cut into cubes. Wash strawberries and clean of stems.
2) Put everything in the juicer.

Detoks voda (Detox water)

Sastojci: 2 l hladne vode, 1 limun, pola krastavca, pola veze zelja (bez peteljki), pola veze persuna (bez peteljki), 200g brusnica (smrznutih).

Priprema:
1) Limun i krastavac oprati i iseci na tanke kolutove. Zelje i persun oprati i iseckati.
2) U hladnu vodu dodati limun, krastavac, zelje, persun i brusnice. 
3) Promesati i ostaviti u frizideru od 6-8h.

Ingredients: 2 liters of cold water, 1 lemon, half a cucumber, half a bunch of greens  (no stems), half bunch of parsley (no stems), 200g cranberries (frozen).

Preparation:
1) Wash lemon and cucumber and cut into thin rings. Wash cabbage and parsley and chop.
2) To the cold water add lemon, cucumber, greens, parsley and cranberries.
3) Mix and leave in the fridge of 6-8h.

Zeleni djus (Green juice)

Sastojci: 500g spanaca, 150g zelja, 1 krastavac, pola veze persuna, pola veze korijandera, 2 zelene jabuke, sok od pola limete ili limuna.

Priprema:
1) Oprati svo povrce, a limetu ili limun iscediti.
2) Na nisku brzinu u sokovniku staviti sve povrce.
3) Sipati u bokal i dodati sok od limete ili limuna.

Ingredients: 500g spinach, 150g of greens, 1 cucumber, half bunch of parsley, half bunch of coriander, 2 green apples, juice of half a lime or lemon.

Preparation:
1) Wash all vegetables and squeeze juice from lime or lemon.
2) On low speed in a juicer put all the vegetables.

3) Pour into a pitcher and add the lime juice or lemon juice.
