Przene kobasice sa povrcem (Fried sausages with vegetables)


Sastojci: 300g kobasica, 200g brokolija, 200g karfiola, 100g sargarepe, 100ml pasiranog paradajza ili soka od paradajza ili sosa od paradajza, vegeta. 

Priprema:
1) Kobasice oljustiti. Iseci na pola pa svaku polovinu po duzini. Pripremiti brokoli i karfiol.
2) Na malo ulja, na srednje visokoj temperaturi (5) proprziti kobasice sa obe strane. Izvaditi kobasice i ostaviti da se cede na papirnom ubrusu.
3) U tiganj dodati sargarepu i proprziti nekoliko minuta. Naliti vodu i dodati brokoli i karfiol.  Dodati vegetu. Krckati 10 minuta. 
4) Dodati kobasice i sok od paradajza ili pasirani paradajz ili sos od paradajza i jos malo vode i krckati jos 10 minuta.

Ingredients: 300g sausage, 200g broccoli, 200g cauliflower, 100g carrots, 100ml tomato paste or tomato juice or tomato sauce, vegeta.

Preparation:
1) Peel the sausages. Cut in half and then each half lengthwise. Prepare broccoli and cauliflower.
2) Fry the sausages on both sides in a little oil at a medium high temperature (5). Take out the sausages and leave them to drain on a paper towel.

Pita sa tikvicama i sirom (Phyllo dough pie with zucchini and cheese)


Sastojci: 3 jaja (sobne temperature), 350g sira (belog kravljeg ili fete), 500g kora, 3 manje tikvice, 10g praska za pecivo, 120ml ulja, 250ml jogurta, so.

Priprema:

1) Tikvice oprati, oljustiti i oprati. Izrendati na krupno. Posoliti i ostaviti pola sata da odstoji. Ocediti. Sir izgnjeciti viljuskom.
2) U ciniju sipati prasak za pecivo i preko njega razbiti jaja. Ostaviti 15 minuta.
3) Umutiti jaja. Dodati sir i promesati. Dodati tikvice i promesati. Dodati ulje i jogurt i promesati.
4) U pleh staviti dve kore. Prvu premazati uljem a na drugu naneti fil i razmazati kasikom. Ponovoti postupak dok ne utrosite pola kora.. Zadnju koru premazati sa malo fila. Iseci na kocke.
5) Peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 200 C. 
6) Sa drugom polovinom kora ponoviti postupak iz koraka 4).

Napomena: zavisno od velicine tikvica mozda ce vam trebati jos malo jogurta jer smesa treba da bude redja. Ja imam trofaznu struju pa mi je jako da pecem na 200 C, moja pita se ispekla na 170 C za 30 minuta.

Ingredients: 3 eggs (room temperature), 350g cheese (white cow or feta), 500g phyllo dough, 3 small zucchini, 10g baking powder, 120ml oil, 250ml butermilk, salt.

Preparation:
1) Wash, peel and wash the zucchini. Grate coarsely. Add salt and leave to stand for half an hour. Drain. Mash the cheese with a fork.
2) Pour the baking powder into the bowl and break the eggs over it. Leave for 15 minutes.
3) Whisk the eggs. Add cheese and stir. Add zucchini and stir. Add oil and buttermilk and stir.
4) Put two sheets in the tray. Coat the first with oil and apply the filling on the second and spread with a spoon. Repeat the process until you have used up half of the phyllo dough. Coat the top sheet with a little filling. Cut into cubes.
5) Bake in a preheated oven at 200 C.
6) Repeat the procedure from step 4) with the other half of the phyllo dough.

Note: depending on the size of the zucchini, you may need more buttermilk because the mixture needs to be thinner. I have three-phase electricity, so it was too high to bake at 200 C, my pie is baked at 170 C in 30 minutes. First pie was baked at 220 for 20 minutes and it was a case for fire department :)

Przeno svinjsko meso sa zacinima (Fried pork with spices)


Sastojci: 500g svinjskog buta, 1 kasicica krem supe, 1 kasicica suve mirodjije, 1 kasicica suvog bosiljka, 1 kasicica suvog persuna, 1 kasicica suvog celera, 1 kasicica suvog origana, prstohvat kurkume u prahu i 100 do 150ml ulja.  

Priprema:
1) Meso oprati hladong vodom. Iseci na manje komade.
2) U ciniji pomesati ulje i sve zacine. Promesati.
3) Umakati meso u mesavinu ulja i zacina sa svih strana.
4) U tiganj staviti malo ulja i zagrejati na srednje visoku temperaturu (5). Poredjati meso i prziti sa svake strane oko 2 minuta. Dodati 300ml vode i ostaviti dok voda ne ispari. 

Ingredients: 500g pork thighs, 1 teaspoon cream soup (dried), 1 teaspoon dried dill, 1 teaspoon dried basil, 1 teaspoon dried parsley, 1 teaspoon dried celery, 1 teaspoon dried oregano, a pinch of turmeric powder and 100 to 150ml of oil.

Preparation:
1) Wash the meat with cold water. Cut into smaller pieces.
2) In a bowl, mix the oil and all the spices. Stir.
3) Dip the meat into the mixture of oil and spices on all sides.
4) Put a little oil in the pan and heat to a medium high temperature (5). Arrange the meat and fry on each side for about 2 minutes. Add 300ml of water and leave until the water evaporates.





Paradajz corba sa tikvicama i krompirom (Tomato stew with zucchini and potatoes)


Sastojci: 1 tikvica, 1 krompir, 1 sargarepa, 1 koren persuna, 1 kasicica krem supe, 150ml pasiranog paradjza.

Priprema:

1) Oljustiti krompir, tikvicu, sargarepu i koren persuna. Iseci na kocke.
2) Staviti povrce u serpu osim tikvica i naliti vodom (ostaviti 2 prsta prazno do vrha serpe; serpa je od 2.4 L). Dodati krem supu. Kuvati 15 minuta. Dodati tikvice i kuvati jos 10 minuta.
3) Dodati pasirani paradajz i kuvati jos 5 minuta.

Napomena: ako zelite da jedete corbu odmah, kao ja :) dodajte malo hladnog jogurta. Pilece meso sa zacnima je isto kao i przeno svinjsko meso sa zacinima.

Ingredients: 1 zucchini, 1 potato, 1 carrot, 1 parsley root, 1 teaspoon cream soup, 150ml tomatoe puree.

Preparation:
1) Peel the potato, zucchini, carrot and parsley root. Cut into cubes.
2) Put the vegetables in the pot except the zucchini and pour water (leave 2 fingers empty to the top of the pot; the pot is 2.4 L). Add cream soup. Cook for 15 minutes. Add zucchini and cook for another 10 minutes.
3) Add tomatoe puree and cook for another 5 minutes.

Note: if you want to eat stew right away, like me :) add some cold buttermilk. Chicken with spices is the same as fried pork with spices.

Mediteranski zacin (Mediterranean spice)

Sastojci: 1 1/2 kasicice suvog origana, 1 kasicica suvog majorana, 1 kasicica suvog timijana, 1/2 kasicice suvog bosiljka, 1/2 kasicice suvog ruzmarina, 1/2 kasicice suve zalfije.

Priprema:
1) Pomesati sve sastojke.

Cuvati u hermeticki zatvorenoj posudi.

Ingredients: 1 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano, 1 teaspoon dried marjoram, 1 teaspoon dried thyme, 1/2 teaspoon dried basil, 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary, 1/2 teaspoon dried sage.

Preparation:
1) Mix all the ingredients.


Store in a hermetically sealed container.

Mango, chia, cvekla frape (Mango, chia, beetroot frappe)

Sastojci: 2 manga, 400ml soka od pomorandze (svezeg), rendana kora od pomorandzi, 3 kasike chia semenki, 2 banane (smrznute), 350ml bademovog ili kokosovoog mleka + jos ako je potrebno, 200g malina (svezih ili smrznutih), 200g jagoda (svezih ili smrznutih), 1 cvekla, 2 kasicice svezeg korena djumbira (rendanog) ili 1 kasicica u prahu, 2 kasike meda.

Priprema:
1) Mango i cveklu oljustiti i iseci na kocke.
2) U blender staviti mango i 200ml soka od pomorandze i koru od pomorandze i usitniti. Dodati bananu i nastaviti sa bledniranjem uz dodatak soka od pomorandze. 
3) Kad postane glatko dodati cia semenke i kratko blendirati.
4) U blender staviti maline, jagode, cveklu, djumbir, med i bademovo ili kokosovo mleko i usitniti dok ne postane glatko. Dodati jos mleka ako je potrebno.
5) U case sipati crveni frape do pola, pa dodati narandzasti. Malo kasikom promesati.

Ingredients: 2 mangoes, 400ml orange juice (fresh), grated orange peel, 3 tablespoons chia seeds, 2 bananas (frozen), 350ml almond or coconut milk + more if needed, 200g raspberries (fresh or frozen), 200g strawberries (fresh or frozen), 1 beetroot, 2 teaspoons fresh ginger root (grated) or 1 teaspoon powder, 2 tablespoons honey.

Preparation:
1) Peel a mango and beets and cut them into cubes.
2) Put mango and 200ml of orange juice and orange peel in a blender and chop. Add the banana and continue to blend with the addition of orange juice.
3) When it becomes smooth, add chia seeds and blend briefly.
4) Put raspberries, strawberries, beets, ginger, honey and almond or coconut milk in a blender and chop until smooth. Add more milk if needed.
5) Pour the red frappe in half into the glass, then add the orange. Stir a little with a spoon.

Corba od spanaca (Spinach chowder)

Sastojci: 1kg spanaca, 100ml pavlake za kuvanje, 2 kasike mleka.

Priprema:
1) Blansirati spanac.
2) Pripremiti besamel sos. U pripremi zamenite obicno brasno sa integralnim brasnom.
3) U blenderu usitniti spanac.
4) U gotov besamel sos dodati spanac i mleko i toliko vode koliko zelite gustu corbu i kuvati 10 minuta.

Ingredients: 1 kg of spinach, 100 ml of heavy cream, 2 tablespoons of milk.

Preparation:
1) Blanch the spinahch.
2) Prepare bechamel sauce. In preparation, replace plain flour with wholemeal flour.
3) Chop the spinach in a blender.
4) In the finished bechamel sauce add spinach and milk and as much water as you want to a thick chowder and cook for 10 minutes.

Chia frape sa cokoladom (Chia frappe with chocolate)

Sastojci: 500ml bademovog mleka (bez secera), 2 kasike cia semenki, 1/2 kasicice cimeta, 2 banane (smrznute), 2 kasike mlevenog rogaca, 2 kasike putera od kikirikija.

Priprema:
1) U solju staviti 250ml mleka i cia semenke. Ostaviti 15 minuta.
2) U blender staviti ostatak bademovog mleka, cimet, banane, rogac i puter od kikirija. Usitniti dok ne postane glatko.
3) Dodati cia mesavinu i promesati.

Ingredients: 500ml almond milk (without sugar), 2 tablespoons chia seeds, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, 2 bananas (frozen), 2 teaspoons ground carob, 2 teaspoons peanut butter.

Preparation:
1) Put 250ml of milk and cia seeds in bowl. Leave for 15 minutes.
2) Put the rest of the almond milk, cinnamon, bananas, carob and peanut butter in a blender. Blend until smooth.

3) Add chia mixture and stir.

Integralne makarone sa povrcem i piletinom (Integral macaroni with vegetables and chicken)

Sastojci: 300g belog mesa, 200g integralnih makarona, 300g graska, 1 mlad luk, 150g majoneza (light), tri kasike soka od paradajza, prstohvat djumbira u prahu, 60g badema (pecenih).

Priprema:
1) Belo meso isprati hladnom vodom i iseci na kocke. Mladi luk ocistiti i iseci na kocke. Bademe iseci na listice.
2) U serpicu staviti belo meso preliti vodom i pustiti da prokljuca. Smanjiti na srednju temperaturu (4) i kuvati 20 minuta. Procediti.
3) Grasak sipati u serpicu, preliti vodom i kuvati 20 minuta. Procediti.
4) Makarine obariti u vodi. Isprati hladnom vodom i ocediti.
5) Pomesati majonez, sok od paradajza i djumbir.
6) U ciniji pomesati belo meso, grasak, mladi luk, makarone i sos. Ostaviti preko noci u frizderu.
7) Pre posluzivanja posuti bademima.


Ingredients: 300g chicken breast (boneless, without skin), 200g wholemeal macaroni, 300g peas, 1 green onion, 150g mayonnaise (light), three tablespoons of tomato juice, a pinch of ginger powder, 60g almonds (roasted).

Preparation:
1) Wash the chicken with cold water and cut it into cubes. Peel a onion and cut it into cubes. Cut almonds into slices.
2) Put chicken in a saucepan, pour water over it and let it boil. Reduce to medium heat (4) and cook for 20 minutes. Drain.
3) Pour the peas into a saucepan, pour over the water and cook for 20 minutes. Drain.
4) Boil the macaroni in water. Rinse with cold water and drain.
5) Mix mayonnaise, tomato juice and ginger.
6) In a bowl, mix chicken, peas, onions, macaroni and sauce. Leave in the fridge overnight.
7) Sprinkle with almonds before serving.

Kolac od indijskih oraha (Cashew cake)

Sastojci: 250g indijskih oraha, 150ml bademovog mleka, 1 kasicica cimeta, jaje, 2 kasicice stevije, 2 kasike kokosovog ulja (otopljenog), za krem - 250g indijskih oraha, 150ml bademovog mleka, 2 kasike kokosovog ulja (otopljenog). 1 kasicica cimeta.

Priprema:
1) Indijske orahe potopiti u vodu u dve cinije i ostaviti preko noci. Procediti. Umutiti jaje.
2) U blender staviti indijske orahe, bademovo mleko, cimet i steviju i ustiniti. Dodati jaje i kokosovo ulje i dobro promesati.
3) U pleh staviti papir za pecenje i sipati smesu. Peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 170 C oko 20 minuta.
4) U blender staviti indijske orahe sa bademovim mlekom i usitniti dok ne dobijete kremastu smesu. Dodati kokosovo ulje i cimet.
5) Staviti preko ohladjene kore i ostaviti u frizider 3 sata.

Ingredients: 250g cashews, 150ml almond milk, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, egg, 2 teaspoons stevia, 2 tablespoons coconut oil (melted), for cream - 250g cashews, 150ml almond milk, 2 teaspoons coconut oil (melted). 1 teaspoon cinnamon.

Preparation:
1) Soak cashews in water in two bowls and leave overnight. Drain. Whisk the egg.
2) Put cashews, almond milk, cinnamon and stevia in a blender and grind. Add egg and coconut oil and mix well.
3) Put baking paper in the baking pan and pour the mixture. Bake in a preheated oven at 170 C for about 20 minutes.
4) Put cashews with almond milk in a blender and chop until you get a creamy mixture. Add coconut oil and cinnamon.

5) Place over chilled crust and refrigerate for 3 hours.

Gulas za dijabeticare (Goulash for diabetics)

Sastojci: 250g junetine bez masnoce, 250g mladog krompira, 200g paradajza, kasicica ulja, glavica crnog luka, cen belog luka, jedna paprika, aleva paprika, kasika paradajz pirea, 150ml govedje supe

Priprema:
1) Junece meso iseci na kocke. Krompir, paradajz, crni i beli luk, papriku oprati, oljustiti i iseci na kocke.
2) Na ulju, na srednjoj temperaturi (4) dinstati crni luk. Posle 5 minuta dodati beli luk i prziti jos 5 minuta. Dodati junetinu i uz dodatak malo vode kuvati dok ne omeksa. 
3) Dodati papriku, krompir i kuvati jos 15 minuta. Dodati paradajz, alevu papriku, paradajz pire i supu i kuvati jos 10 minuta. 

Savet: junece meso mozete zameniti tofu sirom a supu vodom.

Ingredients: 250g fat-free beef, 250g baby potatoes, 200g tomatoes, a teaspoon of oil, 1 onion, 1 clove of garlic, one pepper, sweet parika, a tablespoon of tomato puree, 150ml beef soup

Preparation:
1) Cut the beef into cubes. Potatoes, tomatoes, onions and garlic, and peppers wash, peel and cut into cubes.
2) Saute onion in oil, at medium temperature (4). After 5 minutes, add the garlic and fry for another 5 minutes. Add the beef and cook with a little water until soft.
3) Add pepper and potatoes and cook for another 15 minutes. Add the tomatoes, sweet paprika, tomato puree and soup and cook for another 10 minutes.


Tip: you can replace beef with tofu cheese and soup with water.

Dzem za ciscenje (Cleansing jam)

Sastojci: 150 g suvih sljiva (bez kostica), 150g urmi (bez kostica), 150g suvih smokava, 260-340ml vode.

Priprema: 
1) Suve sljive, suve smokve i urme iseci na kocke. 
2) U serpicu sipati 260ml vode i pustiti da prokljuca. Dodati suvo voce i urme i kuvati mesajuci dok se ne zgusne. Ako zelite redji dzem dodati ostatak vode.

Ingredients: 150 g prunes (pitted), 150g dates (pitted), 150g dried figs, 260-340ml water.

Preparation:
1) Cut into cubes prunes, dried figs and dates.
2) Pour 260ml of water into the saucepan and let it boil. Add dried fruits and dates and cook, stirring, until thickened. If you want thinner jam add the rest of the water.

Mamina supa sa knedlama (Mom's soup with dumplings)

Sastojci: 1 jaje, 5 kasika griza (ravnih), 1 kasicica ulja, 2 sargarepe, 1 koren persuna, 1 koren paskanata, komad korena celera oko 2cm, 2 kasike lista persuna (sitno seckanog), 300g pileceg mesa, rezanca, vegeta, malo ulja.

Priprema:
1) Oljustiti sargarepu, koren persuna, koren paskanata i koren celera. Iseci na kockice sve osim celera. Belo meso isprati hladnom vodom. Iseci na kocke.
2) Belo meso staviti u vrelu vodu i kuvati oko 15 minuta. Povremeno skidati penu koja se nakupi. Procediti.
3) Za knedle - odvojiti belance od zumanca. Penasto umutiti belance. Dodat zumance i ulje i promesati. Dodati griz i dobro promesati i ostaviti 15 minuta.
3) U serpi na malo ulja proprziti sargarepu, koren persuna i koren paskanata. Naliti vodom i dodati celer i vegetu. Poklopiti i pustiti da prokljuca. Smanjiti na srednju vatru (4) i kuvati 10 minuta.
5) Kasikom vaditi knedle i spustati u vrelu supu. Kuvati 10 minuta. Nakon 5 minuta dodati belo meso, rezanca i list persuna. Kuvati sve zajedno jos 5 minuta. Izvaditi celer.


Ingredients: 1 egg, 5 tablespoons of semolina (flat), 1 teaspoon of oil, 2 carrots, 1 parsley root, 1 parsnip root, a piece of celery root about 2cm, 2 tablespoons of parsley leaves (finely chopped), 300g chicken breasts or white meat, noodles, vegeta (vegetable seasoning), a little oil.

Preparation:
1) Peel a carrots, parsley root, parsnip root and celery root. Dice everything except celery. Rinse the white meat with cold water. Cut into cubes.
2) Put white meat in boiling water and cook for about 15 minutes. Occasionally remove any foam that has accumulated. Drain.
3) For dumplings - separate the egg whites from the egg yolks. Whisk the egg whites until foamy. Add egg yolks and oil and stir. Add semolina and mix well and leave for 15 minutes.
3) Fry the carrots, parsley root and parsnip root in a bowl with a little oil. Pour water and add celery and vegeta to taste. Cover and bring to a boil. Reduce to medium heat (4) and cook for 10 minutes.

5) Take out the dumplings with a spoon and put them in the hot soup. Cook for 10 minutes. After 5 minutes add white meat, noodles and parsley leaf. Cook everything together for another 5 minutes. Remove celery.

Slatke kuglice od susama (Sweet sesame seeds balls)

Sastojci: 250g susama, 125g kokosovog brasna, 125g mlevenog rogaca, kasicica meda, 1/2 kasicice ekstrakta od vanile.

Priprema:
1) Na niskoj temperaturi proprziti susam mesajuci. Samleti susam.
2) Pomesati susam kokosovo brasno, rogac, med i vanilu. Dobro sjediniti.
3) Praviti loptice i ostaviti da odstoje nekoliko sati.

Ingredients: 250g sesame seeds, 125g coconut flour, 125g ground carob, a teaspoon of honey, 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract.

Preparation:
1) Fry sesame seeds at low temperature, stirring. Blend sesame seeds.
2) Mix sesame seeds, coconut flour, carob, honey and vanilla. Combine well.

3) Make balls and let them stand for a few hours.

Hrskava salata (Crunchy salad)

Sastojci: 300g brokolija, 300g karfiola, 150g kupusa svezeg, 150g sargarepe, 4 kasike lista persuna (sitno seckanog), 2 kasike lista celera (sitno seckanog), 1 stabljika celera, 100g badema (na listice), 100g semenki suncokreta, 100g semenki bundeve, za preliv - 3 kasike maslinovog ulja, 4 kasike svezeg soka od limuna, 60ml vode, 1 kasika svezeg djumbira (rendanog) ili 1/4 kasicice djumbira u prahu, 2 kasike meda, so po ukusu.

Priprema:
1) Pripremiti brokoli i karfiol. Kupus na krupno izrendati. Sargarepu oljustiti i izrendati. Stabljiku celera iseckati na kockice. 
2) U ciniji pomesati sve sastojke.
3) Sastojke za preliv staviti u teglicu, zatvoriti i promuckati. Preliti preko salate.
4) Ostaviti u frizider 2 sata. 

Ingredients: 300g broccoli, 300g cauliflower, 150g fresh cabbage, 150g carrots, 4 tablespoons parsley leaves (finely chopped), 2 tablespoons celery leaves (finely chopped), 1 stalk of celery, 100g almonds (cut on the leaves), 100g sunflower seeds, 100g seeds pumpkin, for dressing - 3 tablespoons of olive oil, 4 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice, 60ml of water, 1 tablespoon of fresh ginger (grated) or 1/4 teaspoon of powdered ginger, 2 teaspoons of honey, salt to taste.

Preparation:
1) Prepare broccoli and cauliflower. Grate the cabbage coarsely. Peel and shred carrots. Chop the celery stalk into cubes.
2) In a bowl, mix all ingredients.
3) Put the topping ingredients in a jar, close and shake. Pour over salad.

4) Leave in the fridge for 2 hours.

Krem od limuna (Lemon cream)

Sastojci: 400ml jogurta, 100g kisele pavlake, 50ml soka od svezeg limuna, rendana kora limuna, 150ml mleka, 50g secera, 5 listica belog zelatina, 40g slaga + 100ml hladne vode..

Priprema:
1) Umutiti jogurt, kiselu pavlaku, sok od limuna, koru od limuna, mleko i secer.
2) Otopiti zelatin sa malo vode i ostaviti da nabubri. 
3) Dodati zelatin smesi od jogurta i promesati.
4) Umutiti slag sa vodom.
5) Dodati slag u prethodnu smesu i dobro izmesati.

Ingredients: 400ml buttermiik, 100g sour cream, 50ml fresh lemon juice, grated lemon peel, 150ml milk, 50g sugar, 5 sheets of white gelatin, 40g whipped cream powder + 100ml cold water.

Preparation:
1) Whisk buttermilk, sour cream, lemon juice, lemon peel, milk and sugar.
2) Dissolve the gelatin with a little water and leave it to swell.
3) Add gelatin to buttermilk mixture and stir.
4) Whisk the whipped cream powder with water.

5) Add the whipped cream to the previous mixture and mix well.

Ledeni frape od lubenice (Freezing watermelon smoothie)

Sastojci: 200g lubenice, 200g sladoleda od vanile, 500ml hladnog mleka, 2 kasike secera u prahu, 1 kasika ruma.

Priprema:
1) U blenderu usitniti lubenicu sa secerom u prahu.
2) U ciniji pomesati sladoled od vanile sa lubenicom. Dodati mleko i mikserom sve dobro sjediniti.

Ingredients: 200g watermelon, 200g vanilla ice cream, 500ml cold milk, 2 tablespoons powdered sugar, 1 tablespoon rum.

Preparation:
1) Chop watermelon with powdered sugar in a blender.

2) In a bowl, mix vanilla ice cream with watermelon. Add milk and mix everything well with a mixer.

Kore za tortu od kestena (Chestnut crust for cake)

Sastojci: 500g kesten pirea, 6 jaja, 250g cokolade za kuvanje, 150g margarina, 2 kasike ruma, prstohvat soli.

Priprema:
1) Odvojiti belanca od zumanaca. Cokoladu izlomiti na kocke.
2) Penasto umutiti belanca i so.
3) Umutiti zumanca. Dodati margarin i kesten pire i dobro sjediniti.
4) U belanca postepeno dodavati mesavinu zumanaca i kesten pirea mesajuci svaki put. 
5) Dodati rum i otopljenu cokoladu. Sve dobro sjediniti.
6) Peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 200 C oko 40 minuta.

Napomena: belanca se nece dobro umutiti ako zumanac upadne u belance i ako su vam ciniija i viljuska ili drske miksera mokre od vode.

Ingredients: 500g chestnut puree, 6 eggs, 250g cooking chocolate, 150g margarine, 2 tablespoons rum, a pinch of salt.

Preparation:
1) Separate the egg whites from the egg yolks. Break the chocolate into cubes.
2) Whisk the egg whites and salt until foamy.

Vocni dezert (Fruit dessert)

Sastojci: 4og pudinga u prahu + 450ml hladnog mleka, 300ml hladnog mleka, 100g slatke pavlake, 150g kisele pavlake, za vocni fil - 350g voca, 180g kisele pavlake (20%), 150 kisele pavlake, 2 kasike lucume u prahu, kakao u zrnu.

Priprema:
1) Umutiti mleko sa slatkom i kiselom pavlakom.
2) Umutiti obe kisele pavlake sa vocem i lucuma prahom.
3) U 100ml mleka razmutiti puding, da nema grudvica. U 350ml mleka staviti 2 kasike secera i pustiti da prokljuca. Smanjiti na srednju temperaturu (4) i dodati puding. Povremeno mesajuci kuvati 5 minuta.
4) U case ili cinije staviti fil od voca, preliti pudingom a odozgo belim filom. Ukrasiti zrnima kakaoa.

Ingredients: 40g pudding powder + 450ml cold milk, 300ml cold milk, 100g heavy cream, 150g sour cream, for fruit filling - 350g fruit, 180g sour cream (20%), 150 sour cream, 2 tablespoons lucuma powder, cocoa in beans.

Preparation:
1) Whisk the milk with sweet and sour cream.
2) Whisk both sour cream with fruit and lucuma powder.
3) Stir the pudding in 100 ml of milk so that there are no lumps. Put 2 tablespoons of sugar in 350 ml of milk and let it boil. Reduce to medium heat (4) and add pudding. Stir occasionally, cook for 5 minutes.

Vocni fil sa gustinom (Fruit filling with starch)

Sastojci: 500g voca, 3 kasike vode, 3 kasike gustina, 1 kasika ruma, 20g vanilina secera.

Priprema:
1) Voce ocistiti i iseci na sitnije.
2) U serpu staviti voce i dodati vodu, gustin, rum i vanilin secer. Povremeno mesajuci kuvati 10 minuta.

Ingredients: 500g fruit, 3 tablespoons water, 3 tablespoons starch, 1 tablespoon rum, 20g vanilla sugar.

Preparation:
1) Peel the fruits and cut it into small pieces.
2) Put fruits in a bowl and add water, starch, rum and vanilla sugar. Stirring occasionally, cook for 10 minutes.

Praline

Sastojci: 200g cokolade za kuvanje, 80g margarina, za fil - 180g secera, 20g vanilin secera, 3 kasike meda, 120g margarina, 80ml vode, 1 kasicica ekstrata. 

Priprema:
1) Otopiti cokoladu na pari, na srednjoj temperaturi (4). Dodati margarin i mesati da se otopi i sve sjedini.
2) U modle za cokoladu sipati po jednu kasiku cokolade.
3) Za fil - u serpicu staviti vodu. Dodati secer i kuvati da se malo zgusne. Dodati med i i margarin i mesati da se otopi i sjedini. Skloniti sa sporeta.
4) Mutiti mikserom dok se ne ohladi.
5) Dodati ekstrakt i mutiti minut dva da se sjedini.
6) Sipati preko cokolade do 2/3 kalupa. Preliti cokoladom. Ostavti da se stegne.


Ingredients: 200g cooking chocolate, 80g margarine, for filling - 180g sugar, 20g vanilla sugar, 3 tablespoons honey, 120g margarine, 80ml water, 1 teaspoon extract.

Preparation:
1) Melt over steam chocolate, at medium temperature (4). Add the margarine and mix to melt and combine everything.
2) Pour one tablespoon of chocolate into the chocolate molds.
3) For the filling - put water in the bowl. Add sugar and cook until slightly thickened. Add honey and margarine and stir to melt and combine. Remove from the stove.
4) Stir with a mixer until cool.
5) Add the extract and stir for two minutes to combine.
6) Pour over chocolate to 2/3 of the mold. Drizzle with chocolate. Allow to set.

Sok za ciscenje jetre (Liver cleansing juice)

Sastojci: 3 sargarepe, 2 zelene jabuke, 1 cvekla, pola limuna, 2 lista zelene salata, 1 do 1.5 cm korena djumbira, 2 case vode.

Priprema:
1) Povrce i voce oljustiti i staviti u blender. 
2) Dodati 2 case prokuvane vode i samleti.
3) Sipati u bokal i cuvati u frizideru.
4) Jedna casa dnevno.

Ingredients: 3 carrots, 2 green apples, 1 beetroot, half a lemon, 2 lettuce leaves, 1 to 1.5 cm ginger root, 2 cups water.

Preparation:
1) Peel the vegetables and fruits and put them in a blender.

Rostiljsko pilece belo meso (Barbecue chicken white meat)

Sastojci: domaci rostilj sos, 1 kg belog mesa, 2 glavice crnog luka, 2 kasike maslinovog ulja.

Priprema:
1) Pripremiti domaci rostilj sos. Odvojiti 1/3 sosa za kasnije. Crni luk oljustiti i iseci na reznjeve.
2) Belo meso iseci na zalogaj kocke.  
3) Belo meso staviti u ciniju, dodati 2/3 rostilj sosa i promesati. Staviti u frizider na 3 sata a bolje preko noci.
4) U pleh staviti papir za pecenje poredjati luk i poprskati maslinovim uljem i promesati. Preko staviti belo meso i peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 160 C oko 35 minuta. Pomesati meso i premazati sa preostalim domacim rostilj sosom i peci jos 5 do 10 minuta.

Predlog: ovako mozete pripremiti pilece batake i karabatake i pileca krilca.

Ingredients: homemade barbecue sauce, 1 kg of chicken white meat, 2 onions, 2 tablespoons of olive oil.

Preparation:
1) Prepare homemade barbecue sauce. Separate 1/3 of the sauce for later. Peel the onions and cut into slices.
2) Cut the white meat into a bite size.
3) Put the white meat into the bowl, add 2/3 of the barbecue sauce and stir. Put in the fridge for 3 hours and better overnight.
4) Put baking paper in a baking tray and line with onion and drizzle with olive oil. Stir. Put the white meat and bake in a preheated oven at 160 C for about 35 minutes. Stir and coat meat with the remaining homemade bbq sauce and bake for another 5 to 10 minutes.

Kako napraviti mladi sir (How to make farmer cheese)

Sastojci: 2 L mleka 3.2%, 250ml neutralne pavlake 20%, sok od 2 limuna, oko 200ml alkoholnog sirceta, najmanje 6 kasicica soli.


Priprema:
1) Zagreajti mleko do kljucanja na (4) da ne zagori. Dodati neutralnu pavlaku, sok od limuna i sirce. Promesati. Skloniti sa sporeta. Ostaviti 5 minuta.
2) Jedna gaza (velicine bebine pelene). Posuda, cediljka u nju, gaza u zediljku. Gazu malo pokvasiti vodom. Sipati masu. Iscediti surutku. 
3) Surutku presuti u drugu serpicu. Dodati 3 kasicice soli u sir. Dodati 3 kasicie soli u surutku i prokuvati, do kljucanja pa skloniti sa sporeta. 
4)Zamotati sir. I staviti u posudu. 
5) Preko staviti tanjir i serpu sa vodom. Ostaviti 5 minuta. Zavrnuti gazu i iscediti surutku. 6) Presuti u posudu sa surutkom. Vratiti sir i umotati ga (sa sve cetiri strane, u kvadrat) tj. oblikovati. Preko staviti tanjir i serpu sa vodom. Ostaviti 5 minuta. Ponoviti postupak cedjenja i umotavanja. Ostaviti da odstoji 30 minuta. Jos jednom ponovte postupak i ostavte 1 sat. 
7) Iseci na kriske i potopiti u surutku.

Napomena: za pravljenje mladog sira potrebno je mleko sa velikim masnocama. Takodje, potrebno je i da neutralna pavlaka bude sa sto vise masnoca. Ako zelite mozete dodati jos soli.

Predlog: mozete napraviti mocarelu.

Ingredients: 2 L milk 3.2%, 250ml neutral cooking cream 20%, juice of 2 fresh lemons, about 200ml alcohol vinegar, at least 6 teaspoons salt.

Preparation:

Sastojci: 5 jaja, 2 kutije petit ber keksa ili domaceg keksa, malo mleka, 150g secera, 100ml vode, za krem - 700ml mleka, 50g mekog brasna, 130g secera, 20g vanilina secera, 125g margarina (sobne temperature).

Priprema:
1) Odvojiti belanca od zumanaca. Skuvati mleko.
2) Zumanca penasto umutiti sa secerom i vanilin secerom.
3) U serpu staviti mleko i na srednjoj temperaturi (4) pustiti da prokljuca. Dodati zumanca sa secerom i promesati. Dodati brasno i kuvati dok se ne zgusne povremeno mesajuci. Ostaviti da se ohladi.
4) Dodati margarin i umutiti sve zajedno.
5) U serpicu sipati secer i vodu i kad se secer otopi kuvati jos 2 minuta.
6) Penasto umutiti belanca. Postepeno u belanca dodavati uspinovan secer i nastaviti sa mucenjem.
7) U mlako mleko potapati keks i slagati u pleh, u jedan red. Staviti krem. Poredjati drugi deo keksa. Prekriti umucen belancima.


Predlog: mozete napraviti Brzu vocnu krempitu.


Ingredients: 5 eggs, 2 boxes of petit ber biscuits or homemade plain biscuits, a little milk, 150g sugar, 100ml water, for cream - 700ml milk, 50g soft flour, 130g sugar, 20g vanilla sugar, 125g margarine (room temperature).

Preparation:

Kremasti kolac sa vocem (Creamy fruit cake)

Sastojci: biskvit, krem od cokolade - 200g cokolade, 200ml slatke pavlake, krem od voca - 500g voca, 100g secera, 150g maskarpone sira, 1 list zelatina, 200ml slaga (umucenog).

Priprema:
1) Pripremiti biskvit testo.
2) Na srednjoj temperaturi (4) otopiti cokoladu sa slatkom pavlakom.
3) Otopiti zelatina sa nekoliko kasika vode. Zagrejati blago da se otopi. Ostaviti da se ohladi.
4) Pomesati voce sa secerom. Dodati maskarpone, zelatin i umutiti mikserom. 
5) Podeliti biskvit na 2 dela. Kora, krem od voca, kora, krem od cokolade.

Ingredients: biscuit, chocolate cream - 200g chocolate, 200ml heavy cream, fruit cream - 500g fruit, 100g sugar, 150g mascarpone cheese, 1 leaf of gelatin, 200ml of whipped cream.

3) Zelatin otopiti u 100ml hladne vode i blgao zagrevati da se otopi. Ostaviti da se ohladi.
4) Dodati u kajsije i promesati.
5) Dodati bademe i promesati.
6) Na jakoj vatri (6) kuvati 5 minuta sa konstantnim mesanjem.
7) Sipati u tegle, zatvoriti i okrenuti naopako. Ostaviti da se ohladi.
8) Cuvati naopako u frizideru dok ne pojedete dzem (da se ne stvori budj na vrhu).

Ingredients: 2.5 kg of apricots (peeled and pitted), 1 kg of sugar, 20g of gelatin, 100g of almonds.

Preparation:

Sastojci: 1 L mleka (punomasnog), 4 jaja, 300g secera, 20g vanilin secera, 100ml ruma, 50g cokolade (na kockice), 100g suvog grozdja, 100g pistaca.

Priprema:
1) Penasto umutiti jaja sa secerom i vanilin secerom.
2) Na srednjoj temepraturi (4) kuvati mleko sa jajima dok se ne zgusne.
3) Mesati dok se ne ohladi.
4) Dodati rum, cokoladu i pistace i promesati.
5) Sipati u posude i staviti u zamrzivac.

Ingredients: 1 L milk (full fat), 4 eggs, 300g sugar, 20g vanillin sugar, 100ml rum, 50g chocolate (diced), 100g dried grapes, 100g pistachios.

Preparation:
1) Whisk eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar until foamu.

Sastojci: 1 L mleka (punomasnog) , 220g secera, 20g vanilin secera.

Priprema:
1) U serpu sipati mleko i pustiti da prokljuca kad pena podcne da se (brzo) dize skloniti sa sporeta.
2) Smanjiti na srednje nisku temperaturu (3) ili nisku (2) i sacekati da se temperatura snizi.
3) Dodati secer i kuvati najmanje 1 sat povremeno mesajuci. Mozete kuvati do 1 sat i 20 minuta.
4) Ostaviti da se ohladi.

Ingredients: 1 L milk (full fat), 220g sugar, 20g vanillin sugar.

Preparation:
1) Pour milk into the pot and let it boil when the foam starts to rise (quickly) remove from stove.

6) Sipati u posude i staviti u zamrzivac.

Ingredients: 600g apricots, 500ml heavy cream, 3 tablespoons of sugar, 2 tablespoons of rum, 2 egg whites.

Kako pripremiti patlidzan? (How to preprare eggplant?)

Sastojci: patlidzan, so, maslinovo ulje.


Ako przite patlidzan-operite patlidzan, iseci na krajeve, pa iseci na kolutove 1 do 1,5cm debljine. Na pleh staviti papirni ubrus, i svako parce patlidzana posoliti sa obe strane. Ostaviti 30 minuta. Dobro isprati hladnom vodom so. Pokupiti vodu papirnim ubrusom. Prziti na ulju.


Ako pecete u rerni- operite patlidzan, iseci na krajeve, pa iseci na pola po duzini. Izbosti na nekoliko mesta viljuskom ili na isecenoj strani zaseci nozem nekoliko puta tako da dobijete rombove, posoliti u zaseke i ostaviti 30 minuta. Obrisati so i malo pritisnuti patlidzan sa strane da izadje tecnost. Premazati maslinovim uljem, staviti na papir za pecenje (isecenom stranom na dole) i peci na 200C oko 1 sat. Kasikom izvaditi sredinu patlidzana.


Ako dinstate patlidzan-operite patlidzan, iseci na krajeve, iseci na kockice. Na pleh staviti papirni ubrus, posoliti po ukusu. Ostaviti 30 minuta. Dobro isprati hladnom vodom so. Pokupiti vodu papirnim ubrusom. U tiganj sipatu ulje, staviti patlidzan i dinstati na srednjoj temperaturi povremeno dolivajuci vodu.


Ingredients: eggplant, salt and olive oil.

Priprema:
1) Dunje oljustiti i ocistiti. Iseckati na kocke.
2) U serpu sipati vodu i pustiti da prokljuca na srednjoj temperaturi (4). Dodati dunje i kuvati sa limutusom dok ne omeksaju.
3) Staviti u blender i usitniti.
4) Vratiti u serpu, dodati secer i kuvati do zeljene gustine. 
5) Sipati u oprane, zagrejane i sterilisane tegle. Pokriti krpom i ostaviti da se ohlade preko noci. Zatvoriti i drzati tegle naopako dok se ne pojede dzem (da se ne bi budj hvatala na povrsini).

Ingredients: 3kg quince, 700ml water, 2 tablespoons citric acid, 700g sugar.

Preparation:
1) Peel and clean the quince. Cut into cubes.
2) Pour water into the pot and let it boil over medium temperature (4). Add quince and cook with citric acid until softened.
3) Put in a blender and finely chop.
4) Return to the pot, add the sugar and cook until thickens as much as you like.

Lazanja s povrcem (Lasagna with vegetables)

Sastojci: 8 listova lazanje, 300g spanaca, 300g pecurki, 1 tikvica, 400g paradajza, 200ml soka od paradajza ili sosa od paradajza, 2 sargarepe, 150g kackavalja (rendanog), 1 stap celera sa listovima, 3 cena belog luka, 1 kasika mesavine suvih biljaka (origano, bosiljak, timijan, persun, celer, ruzmarin, vlasac, korijander, mirodjija).

Priprema:
1) Pecurke, tikvice, sargarepu i paradajz oljustiti. Pecurke iseci na listice, tikvice, sargarepu i paradajz na kocke. Beli luk i oljustiti i sitno iseckati.Celer sitno iseckati. Pripremiti spanac.
2) U serpu pecurke, tikvicu, sargarepu, beli luk, celer i suvo bilje i prziti nekoliko minuta. Ako je potrebno dodati malo vode i kuvati jos 15 miuta.
3) Dodati sok ili sos od paradajza i paradajz i kuvati jos 10 minuta. 
4) U vatrostalnu posudu staviti list lazanje pa sos od povrca. Ponoviti postupak dok se ne utrosi materijal. Posuti kackavaljem. Peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 180 C oko 30 do 40 minuta.

Predlog: mozete napravit Lazanja rolnice sa spanacem.

Ingredients: 8 sheets of lasagna, 300g spinach, 300g mushrooms, 1 zucchini, 400g tomatoes, 200ml tomato juice or tomato sauce, 2 carrots, 150g yellow cheese (shredded), 1 stick of celery with leaves, 3 cloves of garlic, 1 tbsp mixture of dried herbs (oregano, basil, thyme, parsley, celery, rosemary, chives, coriander, dill).

Preparation:
1) Peel mushrooms, zucchini, carrots and tomatoes. Cut mushrooms into slices, zucchini, carrots and tomatoes dice. Peel garlic and finely chop. Celery finely chop. Prepare spinach.
2) In the pot add mushrooms, zucchini, carrots, garlic, celery and dried herbs and fry for a few minutes. Add some water if necessary and cook for 15 more minutes.
3) Add the tomato juice or tomato sauce and tomatoes and cook for another 10 minutes.
4) Put a sheet of lasagna and a sauce of vegetables in a ovenproof dish. Repeat the process until the material has run out. Sprinkle with yellow cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 C for about 30 to 40 minutes.
