Torta s kandiranim vocem (Cake with candied fruit)

Sastojci: biskvit testo, 1 L umucenog slaga, 200g mesanog usecerenog voca, 150g rendane crne cokolade, 100g seckanih badema, 100g seckanih lesnika, 300ml konjaka, 300ml ruma, za posipanje: 50g kakaoa, 50g secera u prahu.

Priprema:
1) Pripremiti biskvit. Ohladiti i iseci na kocke.
2) Pomesati konjak i rum. Poprskati biskviti.
3) Pomesati cokoladu, slag, bademe, lesnike i usecereno voce.
4) Pola isecenog biskvita staviti u kalup, premazati kremom pa pokriti preostalim biskvitom. Ostaviti u frizideru preko noci.
5) Pre sluzenja posuti mesavinom kakaoa i secera u prahu.

Ingredients: biscuit dough, 1 L whipped cream, 200g of mixed candied fruits, 150g grated dark chocolate, 100g chopped almonds, 100g chopped hazelnuts, 300ml cognac, 300ml of rum, for sprinkling: 50g cocoa, 50g powdered sugar.

Preparation:
1) Prepare biscuit. Cool and cut into cubes.
2) Mix the brandy and rum. A sprinkle over biscuits.
3) Mix the chocolate, whipped cream, almonds, hazelnuts and candied fruits.
4) Half of cut biscuits put into the mold, spread the cream and cover with the remaining biscuits. Leave in the refrigerator overnight.

5) Before serving sprinkle with a mixture of cocoa and powdered sugar.

Tiramisu

Sastojci: 600g krem sira, 500g piskota, 6 jaja, 170g secera, 300ml skuvane kafe, 60ml ruma, kakao.

Priprema:
1) Kafu pomesati sa 2 kasike secera. Pazljivo odvojiti zumanca od belanca.

Napomena: ako Vam prilikom odvajanja zumanca od belanca u belance ostane malo zumanca, belanca se nece lepo umutiti.

2) Mikserom dobro umutiti zumanca i secer. Umutiti belanca pa dodati zumancima.
3) Piskote umakati u kafu i redjati u posudu. Sipati krem, pa staviti red piskota i odozgo krem. Ostaviti preko noci u frizideru. Pre sluzenja posuti kakaoom.

Ingredients: 600g cream cheese, 500g biscuits, 6 eggs, 170g sugar, 300ml brewed coffee, 60ml of rum, cocoa.

Preparation:
1) Mix coffee with 2 tablespoons sugar. Carefully separate the egg yolks from the whites.

Note: If you when separating the egg yolks from the egg whites, drop some egg yolks into egg whites, egg whites will not form creamy and fluffy.

2) With hand mixer whisk egg yolks and sugar well. Whip the egg whites and add to the egg yolks.

3) Dip biscuits in coffee and arrange in a bowl. Pour the cream, put layer of biscuits and top with cream. Leave overnight in the fridge. Before serving sprinkle with cocoa.

Kuglice od kore od pomorandze (Orange peel bomblets)

Sastojci: kore od 6 pomorandzi, 180g mlevenih badema, 160g secera, 1 kasika ruma, vanilin secer.

Priprema:
1) Pomorandze dobro oprati, pa ih oljustiti. Kore popariti vrelom vodom i ostaviti da omeksa. Zatim ocediti i samleti.
2) Zatim dodati secer, bademe i rum. Oblikovati kuglice i uvaljati u vanilin secer. 

Ingredients: peel of 6 oranges, 180g ground almonds, 160g sugar, 1 tablespoon of rum, vanilla sugar.

Preparation:
1) Oranges wash good and peel them. Pour hot water and leave to soften. Then drain and grind orange peel.

2) Then add the sugar, almonds and rum. Make balls and roll in vanilla sugar.

Snezni trouglovi (Snow triangles)

Sastojci: 400g secera, 100ml vode, 250g margarina (isecen na listice), 400ml mleka u prahu, 40g vanilin secera, 1 pakovanje manjih oblandi.

Priprema:
1) Secer staviti u serpu, preliti vodom i pustiti da provri. a zatim odmah skloniti sa sporeta. Dodati margarin, vanilin secer i mleko u prahu. Sve brzo izmesati.
2) Premazati sve oblande osim zadnje. Odozgo staviti celofan  (ili najlon kesu). Poredjati teske knjige. 
3) Ostaviti preko noci, pa seci trouglove.

Ingredients: 400g sugar, 100ml of water, 250g butter (thinly sliced), 400ml milk powder, 40g vanilla sugar, 1 pack of smaller wafers.

Preparation:
1) Put sugar in a saucepan, pour water and let it boil. and then immediately remove from the stove. Add margarine, vanilla sugar and milk powder. All quick stir.
2) Coat all the wafers except the last. From above put the cellophane (or plastic bag). Sort heavy books.

3) Leave overnight and cut triangles.

Kompot od visanja (Compote of cherries)

Sastojci: 800g visanja, 100g secera, 300ml vode,1-2 kasike ruma i 1 kasicica cimeta.

Priprema:
1) Visnjama skinuti petelje i izvaditi kostice.
2) Staviti vodu u serpu i dodati secer. Pustiti da provri pa dodati visnje, rum i cimet.
3) Kuvati na srednjoj temperaturi, dok visnje ne omeksaju.  

Predlog: sa ovako spremljenim visnjama mozete napraviti:
Dunavske valove, marcipan kuglice, brzi kolac sa visnjama, bombice sa visnjama, kolac sa visnjama, a recepte mozete pogledati ovde

Ingredients: 800g sour cherries, 100g sugar, 300ml of water, 1-2 tablespoons of rum and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. 

Preparation:
1) Remove the stitches of sour cherries and remove pitted.
2) Put the water in a saucepan and add the sugar. Let it boil and add the cherries, rum and cinnamon.

3) Cook over medium heat, until cherries are tender.

Kuglice s medom i cimetom (Honey and cinnamon balls)

Ove kuglice pripremiti dan ili dva pre upotrebe.

Sastojci: 3 jaja, 500g brasna, 250g secera, 100g masti, 50g suvog grozdja, 4 kasike meda, 4 kasike cimeta, 5 g praska za pecivo.

Priprema:
1) Umutit jaja sa secerom. Pomesati brasno sa praskom za pecivo. Mast umutiti.
2) U jaja dodati med, cimet, mast i brasno. Zamesiti testo i praviti kuglice
3) Pleh namazati sa malo ulja, poredjati kuglice, svaku malo pritisnuti i staviti zrno ili dva suvog grozdja. 
4) Rernu zagrejati na 200C i peci pazeci da se ne prepeku. 

Prepare these balls one or two days before use.

Ingredients: 3 eggs, 500g flour, 250g sugar, 100g lard, 50g of raisins, 4 tablespoons honey, 4 tablespoons of cinnamon, 5g baking powder.

Preparation:
1) Whisk the eggs with sugar. mix flour with baking powder. Whisk lard.
2) Add honey, cinnamon, lard and flour to the eggs mixture. Knead dough and make small balls
3) Smear baking pan with a little oil, arrange the balls, press each ball on top and put a grain or two of raisins.

4) Heat oven to 200C and bake, be careful not over bake.

Rum kuglice (Rum balls)

Sastojci: 300g mlevenih oraha, 250g secera u prahu, 80g strugane cokolade, 3 belanca, 5 kasika ruma.

Priprema:
1) Pomesati secer sa orasima.Dodati cokoladu, umucena belanca i rum. Dobro izmesati.
2) Praviti kuglice, uvaljati u secer i ostaviti da se prosuse. 

Ingredients: 300g ground walnuts, 250g of powdered sugar, 80g of grated chocolate, 3 egg whites, 5 tbsp rum.

Preparation:
1) Mix the sugar with walnuts. Add chocolate, well beaten egg whites and rum. Stir well.

2) Form balls, roll in sugar and leave to dry. 

Stanglice sa dva fila (Bars with two fillings)

Sastojci: za testo - 250g brasna+5g praska za pecivo, 150 margarina (omeksao), 100g secera, 1 jaje, strugana kora od jednog limuna; za prvi fil -150g mlevenih oraha, 120g secera, malo mleka i 150g suvog grozdja; za drugi fil - 3 jaja, 3 kasika secera, 5 kasika brasna; dzem.

Priprema:
1) Za testo - pomesati sve sastojke i zamesiti testo. Testo razvuci oklagijom u velicini pleha. Pleh namazati uljem i posuti sa malo brasna. Staviti testo i premazati dzemom.
2) Za prvi fil - pomesati sve sastojke i premazati preko dzema.
3) Za drugi fil - pazljivo odvojiti belanca od zumanaca. Umutiti zumanca sa secerom. Umutiti belanca. U zumanca dodati brasno i umucena belanca. Sjediniti. Sipati preko prvog fila.
4) Peci u rerni na 200C. Ispeceno i ohladjeno iseci na stanglice.

Ingredients: for the dough - 250 g flour + 5g baking powder, 150 margarine (softened), 100g sugar, 1 egg, grated rind of one lemon; for the 1st filling -150g ground walnuts, 120g of sugar, some milk and 150g of raisins; for the 2nd filling - 3 eggs, 3 tbsp of sugar, 5 tablespoons flour; jam.

Preparation:
1) For the dough - mix all ingredients and knead the dough. Stretch the dough with rolling pin in the size of the pan. Smear baking pan with oil and sprinkle with a little flour. Place the dough and spread with jam.
2) For the 1st filling - mix all ingredients and spread over jam.
3) For the 2nd filling - carefully separate the egg whites from egg yolks. Whisk the egg yolks with sugar. Whisk the egg whites. In the yolks, add the flour and egg whites. Combine well. Pour over the first filling evenly.

4) Bake in the oven at 200C. Baked and cooled, cut the bars.
