Ratluk (Turkish delight)

Ingredients: 1 kg of sugar cubes + 750 ml water, 150g cornstarch + 1 liter cold water, juice of 1 lemon, bergamot extract, 125g boiled almonds (or walnuts, hazelnuts, peanuts, pistachios), almond oil, powdered sugar.

Preparation:
1. In a bowl mix cornstarch with cold water.
2. In a deep pot frizzle sugar until is brown, add water and cook over low heat until the sugar has melted. Remove from stove.
3. Pour the paste of flour stirring constantly (with wooden spoon) to avoid lumps.
4. Return to the stove and continue mixing constantly. Cook until the mixture thickens, until lumps begin to fall from the wooden spoon. Must not leak! When cooking, keep in mind, that mass must not be burned!
5. At the end of cooking add juice of 1 lemon and bergamot extract.
6. Boil the almonds, peel, dry and cut thinly lengthwise.
7. When the Turkish delight is cooked add almonds.
8. Spread almond oil in a deep pan, turn the pan to fully drain the excess oil, and pour warm Turkish delight. Place to 3-4 cm thickness.
9. Put it in a cool place and leave it to the thighs. Cut after 24 hours.
10. Cut into squares. Each square coat in powder sugar.

Sastojci: 1 kg secera u kockama + 750 ml vode, 150g gustina + 1 l hladne vode, sok od 1 limuna, ekstrakt bergamota, 125g obarenih badema (ili orasi, lesnici, kikiriki, pistaci), bademovo ulje, secer u prahu.

Priprema:
1. U posebnoj posudi izmesati gustin sa hladnom vodom.
2. Secer i vodu kuvati kao za slatko.
3. Kada je secer u serpi dobro uspinovan skinuti ga sa sporeta i sipati masu od brasna mesajuci neprestano da se ne bi stvorile grudvice.
4. Vratiti na sporet i nastaviti neprestano mesanje. Kuvati sve dok se masa ne zgusne toliko, da sa varjace otpada u grudvama. Ne sme da curi! Pri kuvanju strogo voditi racuna da masa ne zagori!
5. Pri kraju kuvanja u ratluk dodati sok od 1 limuna i ekstrat bergamota.
6. Kad je ratluk gotov dodati 125g obarenih, oljustenih, osusenih i tanko po duzini secenih badema.
7. Namazati bademovim ujem duboku tepsiju, okrenuti da ulje potpuno otkaplje, pa jos topao ratluk sipati unutra. Rastanjiti na 3-4 cm.
8. Staviti ga na hladno mesto da se stegne i seci posle 24 sata.
9. Seci na kocke. Svaku kocku uvaljati u prah secer.

Palacinke - osnovni recept (Crepes - basic recipe)


If you fill crepes with sweet stuffing (jam, nutella, nuts, sweet cheese ...) then in the mixture you can add a little cinnamon, vanilla sugar (or vanilla extract), grated lemon or orange rind and rum, for better flavor. If you fill crepes with salty stuffing, observe the following ingredients.

Ingredients: 2 1/2 cups flour, 2 cups milk, 1 cup water, 1 cup of mineral water, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 3 eggs and a pinch of baking soda.

Preparation:
1. First, whisk eggs, then add the other ingredients. Stir and leave for half an hour in the refrigerator.
2. Crepes (pancake) pan coat with butter, pour the mixture and fry crepes.


Ako punite palacinke slatkim nadevom (marmelada, nutella, orasi, slatki sir...) tada u smesu mozete dodati malo cimeta, vanilin secer, naribanu koricu limuna, narandze i rum, za bolju aromu. Ako palacinke punite slanim nadevom pridrzavajte se dole navedenih sastojaka.

Sastojci: 2 1/2 soljice brasna, 2 solje mleka, 1 soljica vode, 1 soljica kisele vode, 1/2 kasicice soli, 3 jaja i prstohvat sode bikarbone.

Priprema:
1. Prvo umutiti jaja, a zatim dodati ostale sastojke. Izmesati i ostaviti pola sata u frizideru.
2. Tiganj za palačinke premazati maslacem, sipati kutlacom smesu i peci.

Rolat od piletine (Chicken roll)

Ingredients for the dough - 1 / 2 l milk, 3 tablespoons of flour, 4 eggs, salt, for the filling - 1 chicken, 1-2 onions, 2 eggs, 2 sour cream.

Preparation:
1. For the dough - Cook flour in the milk, like cream and mix until it has cooled.
2. Add salt, well-beaten egg yolks, after that add well-beaten egg whites.
3. Bake dough at 200 C degrees in greased and floured baking pan.
4. Baked dough put in the napkin (cloth) and twist roll. When cooled fill each.
5. For the filling - cook the chicken in the soup, separate meat from bones and cut into small pieces (or grind).
6. Sauté onion, add chicken.
7. Whisk egg yolks and egg whites separately and add 1 sour cream.
8. Mix, pour over the dough, and then wrap into a roll.
9. Spread the second coat with 1 sour cream.
10. Put in preheated oven at 200 C degrees and bake for 10-15 minutes.


Sastojci: za testo - 1/2 l mleka, 3 kasike brasna, 4 jaja, malo soli, za fil - 1 kokoska, 1-2 glavice crnog luka, 2 jaja, 2 kisele pavlake.

Priprema:
1. za testo - u mleku skuvati brasno, kao krem i mesati dok se ne ohladi.
2. Dodati so, umucena zumanca, a zatim umucena belanca.
3. Testo peci na 200 stepeni u podmazanom i pobrasnjenom plehu.
4. Peceno testo staviti na salvet (krpu) i uviti rolat. Kada se ohladi filovati.

6. Proprziti luk, dodati piletini.
7. Posebno umutiti zumanca i belanca i dodati 1 kiselu pavlaku.

9. Rolat premazati drugom kiselom pavlakom
10. Staviti u zagrejanu rernu na 200 stepeni i peci 10-15 minuta.

Cufte (Meatballs)

Ingredients: 500g minced meat, 4 eggs, 1 onion, 1-2 cloves of garlic, salt, pepper, 4 tablespoons oil, 1 cup warm water, 4 tablespoons flour, 1/2 pack of baking powder (5g).

Preparation:
1. Mix baking powder with flour.
2. Finely chop onions and garlic.
3. Whisk the eggs.
4. Add salt and pepper to the meat, then add whisked eggs, onions, garlic, oil, water and flour.
5. Stir all together and let stand 1 hour.
6. Take a small spoon of meat and fry.

Tip: you can serve meatballs with Buttermilk sauce.

Sastojci: 500g mlevenog mesa, 4 jaja, 1 crni luk, 1-2 cena belog luka, so, biber, 4 kasike ulja, 1 casa tople vode, 4 kasike brasna, 1/2 kesice praska za pecivo (5g).

Priprema:
1. Izmesati prasak za pecivo sa brasnom.
2. Crni i beli luk iseckati.
3. Umutiti jaja.
4. Meso posoliti, pobiberiti, dodati jaja, luk, ulje, vodu i brasno.
5. Sve dobro izmesati i ostaviti da stoji 1 sat.
6. Vaditi manjom kasikom i prziti.

Savet: uz cufte mozete posluziti Sos od jogurta.

Lazanje (Lasagna)

Ingredients: 10 ready-made crepes or 1 larger or 2 smaller packs of puff pastry, the filling - 500g minced meat, 1-2 onions, salt, pepper, 100g of ketchup, the dressing - 2 sour cream (2x200g), 1/2 l milk, 200g shredded cheese (or crumble feta cheese), 3 tablespoons of flour, salt.

Preparation:
1. Sauté meat and onions as for the moussaka, at the end add ketchup, stir and remove from heat.
2. Arrange pancakes in deep pot or long pan (in two places pancakes) and fill each one.
3. For the dressing - mix all ingredients and pour over the lasagna.
4. Put into oven and bake at 200 C degrees for 15 minutes.

Note:
Puff pastry - larger package divided into 4 portions, smaller divided into two, and fill each and pour over dressing. Put into oven and bake at 200 C degrees for half an hour or until baked (depending on oven).

Sastojci: 10 gotovih palacinki ili 1 vece ili 2 manja pakovanja lisnatog testa, za fil: 400g mlevenog mesa, 1-2 glavice crnog luka, so, biber, 100g kecapa, za preliv - 2 kisele pavlake, 1/2 l mleka, 200g kackavalja (feta sir), 3 kasike brasna, vegeta.

Priprema:
1. Proprziti meso i luk kao za musaku, na kraju dodati kecap, izmesati i skloniti sa sporeta.
2. Redjati palacinke u duboku serpu ili u duzu tepsiju (na dva mesta palacinke) i filovati svaku.
3. Za preliv - sir izrendati, dodati ostale sastojke i preliti preko lazanje.
4. Staviti u rernu i peci na 200 stepeni oko 15 minuta.

Napomena:
Lisnato testo - ako je vece pakovanje podeliti na 4 dela, ako je manje podeliti na 2, pa filovati i preliti prelivom. Staviti u rernu i peci na 200 stepeni oko pola sata ili dok ne bude ispeceno (zavisno od rerne).

Rolat - Kuglice (Roll - Ball cookies)

Ingredients: black part - 200g walnuts (120g ground, 80g finely chopped), 180g sugar, 2 egg white, five bars of chocolate, white part - 100g butter, 100g sugar powder, 2 egg yolks and more - a bit of ground nuts.

Preparation:
1. Black part - melt chocolate, add nuts and sugar. Combine.
2. White part - melt butter in microwave, add sugar and egg yolks and put on stove to melt and unite the masses, and then remove.

a) For rolls - on a rectangular plate or a platter sprinkled with ground nuts, spread the black part - 1 cm thick, then spread the white part and twist roll.
b) For ball cookies - form black balls and roll in the white part (coat black balls with white part) and roll in the ground nuts.

Sastojci: crni deo - 200g oraha (120g mleveni, 80g sitno seckani), 180g secera, 2 belanceta, 5 stangli cokolade, beli deo - 100g margarina, 100g secera u prahu, 2 zumanceta i jos - malo mlevenih oraha.

Priprema:
1. Crni deo - cokoladu otopiti i dodati orahe i secer. Sve dobro sjediniti.
2. Beli deo - otopiti margarin na pari, dodati secer i zumance i staviti na sporet da se istopi i masa sjedini, a zatim skloniti.

a) Za rolat - na nekoj cetvrtastoj ploci ili posluzavniku posuti mlevene orahe, rastanjiti crni deo na 1 cm debljine, zatim premazati belim delom i uviti rolat.
b) Za kuglice - od crnog dela formirati kuglice i uvaljati u beli deo pa u mlevene orahe.

Rolat sa sunkom (Roll with ham)

Ingredients: for the dough - 2 tablespoons of lard (margarine or butter), 5 eggs, 1 / 4 kg flour, for filling - ham in one piece 300g, 350g grated cheese, 2 sour cream (2x200g).


Preparation:
1. For the dough - whisk yolks, add the lard (butter) and flour, mix and finally add whites of egg whites.
2. Spread baking tray with grease (margarine or butter), pour the dough and bake.
3. For the filling - cut ham into small cubes and mix with 200g of cheese.
4. When the dough is half baked and put the filling and put back into the oven to bake throughly.
5. Baked dough put on a board to knead, spread a sour cream, slowly roll in to roll.
6. Coat the second sour cream and sprinkle with the rest of the grated cheese.


Sastojci: za testo - 2 kasike masti (margarina), 5 jaja, 1/4 kg brasna, za fil - 300g sunke u komadu, 350g rendanog kackavalja, 2 kisele pavlake.


Priprema:
1. Za testo - umutiti zumanca, dodati mast (margarin) i brasno, izmesati i na kraju dodati cvrst sneg od belanaca.
2. Pleh namazati sa mascu (margarinom), sipati testo i peci.
3. Za fil - Sunku iseci na sitne kockice i pomesati sa 200g kackavalja.
4. Kada je testo upola peceno staviti fil i vratiti u rernu da se dopece.
5. Peceno testo staviti na dasku za mesenje, premazati 1 pavlakom, polako uviti u rolnu.
6. Rolat premazati drugom pavlakom i posuti ostatkom rendanog kackavalja.

Fil za oblande (Filing for the wafers)

Ingredients: 500ml milk, 200g sugar, 1 package of margarine (250g), some ground nuts (specify the amount as you wish), 2 bars of chocolate for cooking, 1pouch of vanilla sugar (10g) or 1-2 tablespoons of vanilla extract.

Preparation:
1. Whisk the butter with nuts.
2. Melt chocolate and add the vanilla sugar.
3. Melt sugar until it is brown, then add milk and cook briefly over low heat, stirring constantly. Add butter to the nuts and melted chocolate. Stir well.
Note: for smaller wafers

Sastojci: 500ml mleka, 200g secera, 1 pakovanje margarina (250g), malo mlevenih oraha (kolicinu odredite po zelji), 2 stangle cokolade za kuvanje, 1 vanilin secer.

Priprema:
1. Umutiti margarin sa orasima.
2. Cokoladu otopiti i dodati vanilin secer.
3. Uspinovati secer sa mlekom i dodati margarin sa orasima i otopljenu cokoladu. Sve dobro sjediniti.

Kolac sa visnjama (Cake with sour cherries)

Ingredients: 5 eggs, 200g sugar, 100g butter (100 ml of oil), 200g flour, 750g - 1 kg of sour cherries (cherries), 1/2 cup sugar, 1 vanilla sugar (10g) or 1-2 tablespoons of vanilla extract, powdered sugar

Slani puzici (Salty snails)

Ingredients: 1kg flour, 250g butter, 1 tsp sugar, pinch of salt, 1 fresh yeast (20g), 1/2 liters of warm milk, egg yolks, cumin.

Preparation:
1. In a cup of milk add sugar, yeast and let it rest.
2. Knead dough of flour, margarine, milk, salt and risen yeast.
3. Divide dough into 3 balls and develop with rolling pin.
4. Each round fold into rolls, cutting into snails half inches wide, aline in greased pan and let it sit for half an hour to an hour.
5. Before baking, brush them with egg yolk, sprinkle with salt and cumin.

4. Svaki krug uviti u rolnice, seci na puzice debljine prsta, poredjati u podmazan pleh i ostaviti da odstoje pola sata do sat.
5. Pre pecenja premazati ih zumancetom, posoliti i posuti kimom.

Kiflice bez jaja 2 (Rolls without eggs 2)

Ingredients: 250g margarine (butter), 1/2 kg of soft flour, 1 cup of warm milk, 2 tablespoons sugar, 1 fresh yeast (20g), powdered sugar, 1 vanilla sugar (10g) or 1-2 tsp of vanilla extract.

Preparation:
1. Knead well the margarine with the flour.
2. In a cup of milk add sugar, yeast and let it rest.
3. When yeast rises, knead the dough.
* If the dough is hard to add a few more tablespoons of milk.
4. Make balls, develop with rolling pin, cutting into 6 sections, form rolls and bake.
5. While still hot roll them in powdered sugar mixed with vanilla sugar.

Sastojci: 250g margarina, 1/2 kg mekog brasna, 1 soljica mlakog mleka, 2 kasike secera, 1 svezi kvasac, secer u prahu, vanilin secer.

Priprema:
1. Dobro umesti margarin sa brasnom.
2. U mleko sipati secer i dodati kvasac.
3. Kada kvasac nadodje, zamesiti testo.
*Ako je testo tvrdo dodati jos koju kasiku mleka.
4. Praviti loptice, svaku rastanjiti oklagijom, seci na 6 delova, formirati kiflice i peci.
5. Jos dok su vruce uvaljati ih u prah secer pomesan sa vanilin secerom.

Kolac sa jabukama bez jaja (Apple cake without eggs)

Ingredients: for the dough - 1 cup oil, 3 cups shredded sweet apples, 1 cup sugar, 3 1/2 cup flour, 1/2 baking powder (5g), for sorbet - 250g sugar, 1 cup of water, for sprinkling - ground nuts.


Preparation:
1. For the dough - mix flour and baking powder, add oil and apples and combine well.
2. Bake dough in greased baking pan.
3. For the sorbet - frizzle sugar in a saucepan until is brown, add water and cook over low heat until the sugar has melted.
4. Baked cake overflow with dense sorbet, sprinkle with ground walnuts and cut into cubes.


Sastojci: za testo - 1 solja ulja, 3 solje rendanih slatkih jabuka, 1 solja secera, 3 1/2 solje brasna, 1/2 praska za pecivo, za serbet - 250g secera, 1 solja vode, za posipanje - mleveni orasi.


Priprema:
1. Za testo - pomesati brasno i pp, dodati ulje i jabuke i masu dobro sjediniti.
2. Peci testo u podmazanom plehu.
3. Za serbet - uprziti secer u serpi, da bude braon boje, dodati vodu i kuvati na tihoj vatri dok se secer ne istopi.
4. Peceno preliti gustim serbetom, posuti mlevenim orasima i seci na kocke.

Gibanica (Phyllo pastry pie)

Ingredients: 1/2 kg phyllo dough, 500g feta cheese, 1 sour cream (200g), 1 cup of buttermilk, 5 eggs, 1 baking powder (10g), salt and oil.

Preparation:
1. In bowl pour the baking powder, break eggs and leave for half an hour.
2. Whisk eggs with fork, add cracked cheese, 1/2 cup of buttermilk, half of sour cream, and salt.
3. Put two sheets in the pan, brush with some oil and then with mixture.
4. Then line up in this order until you have used all the crust and filling - fillo dough + brush with oil + fillo dough + brush with oil + spread mixture.
5. Cut cheese pie into squares.
6. Whisk 1 egg, add half of sour cream and half cup of buttermilk, stir and pour over the pie.
7. Bake at 200 C degrees.

Note: If phyllo dough sheets are too thin you can put 2 or 3 sheets instead of one.

Sastojci: 1/2 kg kora za pitu, 500g sira, 1 kisela pavlaka, 1 šolja jogurta, 5 jaja, 1 prasak za pecivo, so i ulje.

Priprema:
1. U ciniju sipati prasak za pecivo, razbiti jaja i ostaviti pola sata.
2. Viljuskom umutiti jaja, dodati izdrobljen sir, pola solje jogurta, pola pavlake, i so.
3. Staviti dve kore u pleh, premazati sa malo ulja a zatim sa smesom.
4. Odozgo staviti jednu koru, pa je posuti sa malo ulja, pa drugu, pa staviti ulje i smesu i tako sve dok ne potrošite sve kore.
5. Iseci gibanicu na kvadrate.
6. Umutiti 1 jaje, dodati pola pavlake i pola solje jogurta, izmesati i preliti preko gibanice.
7. Peci na 200 stepeni.

Napomena: ako su kore tanke, mozete staviti 2-3 kore umesto jedne.

Pasulj (Kidney beans)

Ingredients: 300g dried beans, dried meat, dried ribs, 1 large onion, several cloves of garlic, 1 carrot, oil, salt, cayenne pepper, flour.

Preparation:
1. Put the beans in a pot, pour water and leave overnight.
2. Wash carrots, peel them and cut into circles. Peel and finely cut onions and garlic, and let it cook in a little oil.

Sastojci: 300g pasulja, suvo meso, rebarca, 1 veća glavica crnog luka, nekoliko češnja belog luka, 1 šargarepa, ulje, so, vegeta, aleva paprika, brašno.

Priprema:
1. staviti pasulj u serpu, naliti vodu i ostaviti preko noci.
2. Luk, crni i beli i šargarepu oprati, očistiti, sitno iseći i staviti da se prodinsta na malo ulja.
3. Suvo meso možete prethodno prokuvati u vodi i onda ga dodati luku i šargarepi.
4. Dodati pasulj koji ste prethodno oprali i naliti vodom. Ostaviti da se kuva sat i po do dva na tihoj vatri.
5. Dodati so i vegetu po želji i napraviti zapršku od pola kašike aleve paprike i 1 kašike brašna koja se razmuti u malo vode.
6. Zapršku dodati u pasulj, sačekati da provri i isključiti.

Domaci sladoled (Homemade ice cream)

Ingredients: 1 liter of milk, 250g sugar, 10g gelatin powder, 3 eggs, 50g margarine (unsalted butter).

Preparation:

1. Whisk eggs with sugar. Whisk margarine until foamy.
2. Place beaten eggs into sauce pan and allow to boil. Allow to cool a little.
3. In the warm (eggs), add the prepared gelatin and margarine and combine well.
4. Make various versions of ice cream.
5. Pour mixture into the appropriate containers for freezing (not too deep) and leave overnight in the freezer.

Preparation of gelatin:

1. Place gelatin into sauce pan and add 4 tablespoons of cold water. Stir and leave for 10 minutes to swell.
2. At low temperature, heat the gelatin, constantly stirring until dissolved, taking care not to boil.

Coffee - in 1/4 of mixture add black coffee (cook 1/2 cup water with 2 tablespoons of coffee and filter).
Vanilla - in 1/4 of mixture stir vanilla 20g vanilla sugar or 1-2 teaspoons of vanilla extract.
Chocolate - in 1/4 of mixture (while warm), stir in 2 bars of grated chocolate.
Lemon - in 1/4 of mixture add 4-5 drops of lemon juice.
Raisins - in 1/4 of mixture add a few drops of rum and 100g raisins.
* Fruit - in 1/4 of mixture add mashed fruit.

Sastojci: 1 l mleka, 250g secera, 10g zelatina u prahu, 3 jaja, 50g margarina.

Priprema:

1. Jaja dobro umutiti sa secerom. Margarin penasto umutiti.
2. Jaja staviti u serpicu i ostaviti da prokljuca. Ostaviti da se malo ohladi.
3. U toplo, dodati pripremljen zelatin i margarin i dobro sjediniti. 
4. Praviti razne varijante sladoleda.
5. Smesu sipati u odgovarajuce posude za zamrzavanje (ne previse duboke) i ostaviti preko noci u zamrzivacu.

Priprema zelatina:

1. Zelatin staviti u serpicu i dodati 4 kasike hladne vode. Promesati i ostaviti 10 minuta da nabubri.
2. Na niskoj temperaturi, zagrevati zelatin, stalno mesajuci dok se ne otopi, pazeci da ne prokljuca.

od kafe - u 1/4 mase umesati crnu kafu (1/2 solje vode sa 2 kasicice kafe se skuva i procedi).
od vanile - u 1/4 mase umesati 20g vanilin secera ili 1-2 kasicice vanila ekstrakta.
od cokolade - u 1/4 mase (dok je toplo) umesati 2 stangle rendane cokolade.

Kolac od oraha (Walnut cake)

Preparation:
1. For the dough - mix all ingredients and put it to bake at 200 C degrees.
2. For topping - frizzle sugar in a saucepan until is brown, add water and cook over low heat until the sugar has melted.
3. Pour topping over baked cake.

3. Knead the dough and divide into 8 parts.

Sastojci: 250ml mleka, 2 jaja, 180g secera, 1/2 svezeg kvasca, so, brasna po potrebi, malo ulja.

Priprema:
1. Potopiti kvasac sa mlakim mlekom i malo secera i ostaviti da uskisne.
2. Umutiti jaja sa secerom, dodati uskisli kvasac i brasna po potrebi.
3. Testo umesiti i podeliti na 8 delova.
4. Svaki deo razvuci i premazati uljem i stavljati jedan deo preko drugog, svih 8 delova, zatim razvuci, seci u kocke, spajati suprotne krajeve i prziti na vrelom ulju ili masti.

Damen kapric (Hungarian Cake)

Ingredients: 150g lard, 250ml milk, 12 tablespoons of sugar, 1 fresh yeast (20g), 4 eggs, flour as needed.

Preparation:
1. Whisk egg yolks with 4 tablespoons sugar, add lard.
2. Soak yeast in milk + 1 tablespoon of sugar and allow to rise.
3. Combine all the ingredients and add enough flour to mixture - to be rarely.
4. Pour into pan and let sit for 1 hour.

7. Kada je peceno preliti smesom od belanaca i secera i vratiti u rernu da se jos malo zapece odnosno zasusi.

Baklava

Ingredients: for filling - 250g margarine (or butter), 4 tablespoons sugar, 4 eggs, 200g raisins, 3 cups sharp flour, 1/2 baking powder (5g), 1 cup milk, 150-200g walnuts, for topping - 1/2 kg sugar, 2 glasses of water, and more - 600g phyllo dough, oil + water.

Preparation:
1. For filling - mix butter with sugar, add egg yolks, mix, add the raisins, mix flour with baking powder, and add to the mixture, then add milk, nuts (chopped and / or ground) and at the end add snow whites. Stir well.
3. Divide phyllo dough into 3 parts.
4. Put one part of phyllo dough in a baking sheet spread with oil and half of filling. And second part of phyllo dough, again spread with oil and the other half of filling. Cover with third part of phyllo dough.
5. Before you put in oven, cut in one direction and overflow with mixture of oil and water (1/3 cup oil and 2/3 cup water).
6. Baked baklava cut in a different direction and overflow with topping.

1. Za fil - umutiti margarin sa secerom, dodati umucena zumanca, izmesati, dodati suvo grozdje, pomesati brasno sa pp, pa dodati smesi, zatim dodati mleko, orahe (seckane i/ili mlevene) i na kraju sneg od belanaca. Sve dobro sjediniti.
3. Kore podeliti na 3 dela.
4. Jedan deo kora staviti u pleh, premazati uljem pa polovinom fila. Tako i drugi red i preklopiti trecim delom kora.
5. Pre nego sto se stavi da se pece iseci kore u jednom pravcu i preliti ih measvinom ulja i vode.
6. Kada se ispece iseci kore u drugom pravcu i preliti sa spinovanim secerom.
7. Za preliv - uspinovati secer sa vodom.

Kolac od smokvi i urmi (Fig and date palm cake)

Ingredients: 250g figs, 250g dates, 2 eggs, 2 tablespoons sugar, 2 tablespoons of flour, 2 tablespoons margarine (or butter).

Preparation:
1. Wash figs and dates and cut into small pieces.

Brza torta (Quick Cake)

Ingredients: 1 cup oil, 1 cup sugar, 1 cup milk, 3 eggs, 2 cups of semolina or flour, 1 cup poppy seeds or ground nuts, more milk.


Preparation:
1. Whisk egg yolks with sugar, add milk and oil until well mixed.
2. Add semolina (or flour) and combine well.
3. In separate bowl, mix the egg whites, add the poppy seeds (or ground nuts).
4. Bake cake at 200 C degrees and when is half-baked overflow with mixture of egg whites and poppy seeds (or ground nuts).
5. Return it to bake thoroughly.


Note: if using poppy seeds, soak them in milk.


Sastojci: 1 solja ulja, 1 solja secera, 1 solja mleka, 3 jaja, 2 solje griza ili ostrog brasna, 1 solja maka ili mlevenih oraha, jos mleka.


Priprema:
1. Umutiti zumanca sa secerom, dodati mleko i ulje i sve dobro izmesati.

Napomena: ako se koristi mak, potopiti u mleko.

Kesten kvadratici (Chestnut squares)

Ingredients: 500g chestnuts, 2 tablespoons powdered sugar, 100-150g chocolate.

Preparation:
1. Cook chestnuts with shell, until tender.
2. Drain water and remove the shell.

3. Crumble chestnut with hands into tiny pieces, add sugar and with rolling pin roll out dough to finger thickness.

Anina torta (Ana's cake)

Ingredients: for the dough - 6 eggs, 1 cup sugar, 3 tablespoons water, 1 cup flour, for the filling - 2 egg yolks, 4 tablespoons of flour, 1 tablespoon of water, 1 cup sugar, 1 cup water, grated lemon peel, lemon juice, 250g margarine (butter), for decoration - whipped cream.

Preparation:
1. Dough - whisk egg yolks with sugar and water.
2. Add flour and well beaten egg whites.
3. Combine both mixtures and bake.
4. Filling - whisk egg yolks with flour and with spoon of water, add sugar and 1 cup of water, grated lemon rind and lemon juice.
5. Cook cream on medium heat, and when cooled add well beaten butter.
6. Put the filling over crust.
7. Decorate the cake whipped cream.

Sastojci: 160g margarina, 3 jaja, 2 kasike secera, 6g praska za pecivo, 300g mekog brasna, 500g kiselih jabuka, 1 kasika griza, 80g secera, malo ulja.

Priprema:
1) Umutiti zumanca sa 2 kasike secera, dodati umucen margarin, pa dobro izmesati.
2) Dodati brasno sa praskom za pecivo i izmesati.
3) Podmazati pleh i posuti brasnom.
4) Razvuci testo u pleh i peci.
5) Kad je upola peceno, izvaditi i staviti jabuke isecene na krugove.
6) Umutiti belanca sa secerom i dodati griz, pa sjediniti.
7) Preliti preko jabuka i vratiti u rernu da se pece.

Predlog: mozete napraviti i Pitu od jabuka bez jaja sa korama.

Ingredients: 160g margarine, 3 eggs, 2 tablespoons sugar, 6g of baking powder, 300g soft flour, 500g sour apples, 1 tablespoon semolina, 80g sugar, a little oil.

Preparation:
1) Whisk egg yolks with 2 tablespoons of sugar, add the margarine mixture and stir well.
2) Add flour with baking powder and stir.

Sastojci: 1kg kukuruza (moze iz konzerve), 300g sunke, 400ml kisele pavlake, 100-200g majoneza, 300g kackavalja.


Priprema:
1. Obariti kukuruz. Ocediti. Sunku iseckati na kockice. Kackavalj izrendati. Sve izmesati.
2. Dodati pavlaku i majonez i dobro sjediniti.
3. Sipati u cinije i ohladiti.



Ingredients: 1kg of corn (can be canned), 300g of ham, 400ml sour cream, 100-200g mayonnaise, 300g cheese (shredded).


Preparation:

Priprema: 
1) Za testo - staviti kvasac sa mlakim mlekom i secerom, i ostaviti da nadodje - oko 10 minuta.
2) U brasno dodati nadosli kvasac i mast i zamesiti testo. Podeliti na 7 delova.
3) Za fil - pomesati dzem, secer i mlevene orahe.
4) Svaki deo razvuci oklagijom (u krug) i podeliti na 8 delova.
5) Svaki deo filovati, savijati kiflice i peci na umerenoj temperaturi.
6) Vruce uvaljati u kristal ili prah secer.

5) Dodati orahe i promesati.
6) Peci na jacoj vatri (ali paziti da ne izgori).
7) Seci kad je torta potpuno hladna.

2) Jaja umutiti sa secerom, dodati umucen margarin, mleko i koru i sok od limuna. Dodati brasno i izmesati dobro.
3. Peci u kalupu za galete.


Ingredients: 6 eggs, 350-400g sugar, 250g margarine (butter), 500ml milk, 10g baking powder, 1 lemon (peel and juice), 800g of flour.

Preparation:
