Sastojci: 2 kelerabe, 2 tikvice, 2 krompira, 2 komada celera oko 3cm, 1 crni luk, 2 cena brelog luka, 2 kasike sveze mirodjije ili 2 kasicice suve, 4 kasike maslinovog ulja.
Priprema:
1) Koren kelerabe oljustiti i iseci na kocke, a listovima iseci drske kao kod blitve. Tikvice i krompir oljustiti i iseci na kocke. Crni i beli luk oljustiti i sitno iseckati. Celer oljustiti i ostaviti u komadu. Mirodjiju sitno iseckati.
2) U serpi na ulju kad se zagreje proprziti crni i beli luk. Dodati kelerabu, tikvice, krompir i celer i na srednjoj tempearuti prziti oko 8 minuta. Dodati vodu i kuvati oko 30 minuta.
3) Viljuskom izgnjeciti povrce. Pustiti da prokljuca i skloniti sa sporeta.
4) Posluziti uz kiselo mleko.
Ingredients: 2 kohlrabi, 2 zucchini, 2 potatoes, 2 pieces of celery about 3cm, 1 onion, 2 cloves of garlic, 2 tablespoons of fresh dill or 2 tsp of dried, 4 tablespoons of olive oil.
Preparation:
1) Peel the root of the kohlrabi and cut it into cubes, and cut the leaves of the kohlrabi like swiss chard. Peel zucchini and potatoes and cut into cubes. Peel the onions and chop. Peel the celery and leave it in a piece. Finely chop the dill.
2) In a pot on oil when heated fry the onion and garlic. Add the kohlrabi, zucchini, potatoes and celery and fry for about 8 minutes over medium heat. Add water and cook for about 30 minutes.
3) Use a fork to mash the vegetables. Allow to boil and remove from the stove.
4) Serve with sour milk (yogurt).
