Cokoladni kokos-lesnik keksi (Chocolate coconut-hazelnut cookies)

Sastojci: 200g mlevenih lesnika, 100g kokosovog brasna, 2 jaja, 120g gi putera, 80g cokolade za kuvanje (iscekanu na kockice),  2 kasike stevije.

Priprema:
1) Mikserom penasto umutiti gi puter i steviju. Dodati jaja i ponovo mutiti dok se masa ne izjednaci.
2) Dodati kokosovo brasno i lesnike. Promesati pa dodati cokoladu. Dobro sjediniti. Staviti u foliju, zamotati i ostaviti u frizider 2 sata.
3) Formirati kekse, staviti u pleh oblozen papirom za pecenje i peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 180C oko 20 minuta. 

Ingredients: 200g ground hazelnuts, 100g coconut fllakes, 2 eggs, 120g ghee butter, 80g chocolate for cooking - black chocolate (diced), 2 tablespoons of stevia.

Preparation:
1) With hamd mixer whisk the ghee butter and stevia until foamy. Add the eggs and whisk again until the mass is even.
2) Add coconut flakes and hazelnuts. Stir and add the chocolate. Mix well. Put in foil, wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours.

3) Form cookies, place in a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180C for about 20 minutes.



Piletina sa karfiolom u rerni (Chicken with cauliflower in the oven)

Sastojci: 400g pilecih grudi, 1 srednji karfiol, 1 srednji brokoli, 2 mladog luka, 2 cena belog luka, 2 belanceta, pstohvat soli, prstohvat muskatnog oraha, 2 kasike seckanog persuna, maslinovo ulje.

Priprema: 
1) Piletinu iseci na kocke. Karfiol i brokoli ocistiti i razfvojiti na cvetice. Mladi i beli luk oljustite i sitno iseckajte. Belanca penasto umutiti.
2) U serpu staviti vodu i pustiti da prokljuca. Smanjiti na srednju temperaturu i dodati cvetove karfiola. Nakon 7 minuta dodati cvetove brokolija. Kuvati jos 3 minuta pa skloniti sa sporeta. 
3) Resetkastom kasikom izvaditi karfiol i brokoli i potopiti u hladnu vodu na 3 minuta. Procediti.
4) Na malo maslinovog ulja, na srednje-niskoj (3) temperaturi prziti mladi i beli luk nekoliko minuta. Dodati piletinu i prziti nekoliko minuta. Dodati vodu i persun i krckati jos 15 minuta.
5) Skloniti sa sporeta. Dodati karfiol, brokoli i belanca i sve dobro izmesati.
6) Sipati u blago podmazan pleh maslinovim uljem i peci na 200C oko 30 minuta.

Napomena: kao sto cistite i pripremate brokoli tako isto se cisti i priprema karfiol.

Ingredients: 400g chicken breasts, 1 medium cauliflower, 1 medium broccoli, 2 green onions, 2 cloves of garlic, 2 egg whites, a pinch of salt, a pinch of nutmeg, 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley, olive oil.

Preparation:
1) Cut the chicken into cubes. Clean cauliflower and broccoli and separate into flowers. Peel the green onions and garlic and finely chop. Whisk egg whites until foamy.
2) Put water in the pot and let it boil. Reduce to medium temperature and add cauliflower flowers. After 7 minutes, add the broccoli flowers. Cook for another 3 minutes and take off the stove.
3) Remove the cauliflower and broccoli with a griddle and soak in cold water for 3 minutes. Drain.
4) On little olive oil, fry the green onions and garlic over medium-low (3) temperature for a few minutes. Add the chicken and fry for a few minutes. Add water and parsley and simmer for another 15 minutes.
5) Remove from the stove. Add cauliflower, broccoli and egg whites and mix well.

6) Pour in a lightly oiled pan with olive oil and bake at 200C for about 30 minutes.

Note: as you clean and prepare broccoli, so does cauliflower.

Tuna salata za dijabeticare (Tuna salad for diabetics)

Sastojci: 1 glavica zelene salate, 2 paradajza, 150g rukole, 5 zelenih maslina, 1 kasika mlevenog lanenog semena, konzerva tune, 5 rotkvica, malo maslinovog ulja.

Priprema:
1) Oprati zelenu salatu i rukolu i iseci na rebarca. Paradajz oljustiti i iseci na kockice. masline iseci na polovine. Tunu ocediti od ulja. Rotkvice oljustiti i iseci na kockice.
2) Pomesati sve i preliti sa nekoliko kapi maslinovog ulja.

Ingredients: 1 head of lettuce, 2 tomatoes, 150g arugula, 5 green olives, 1 tbsp of ground flax seed, a can of tuna, 5 radishes, some olive oil.

Preparation:
1) Wash lettuce and arugula and cut into strips. Peel tomatoes and dice. Olives cut into halves. Drain the tuna from the oil. Peel the radishes and cut into cubes.

2) Mix everything and drizzle with a few drops of olive oil.

Curece pljeskavice sa zacinima (Turkey burgers with spices)

Sastojci: 600g mlevenog cureceg mesa, 120g spanaca, 60g ovsenih pahuljica, 2 belanceta, 2 stabljike celera, 1 zelena paprika babura, 3 cena belog luka, 1/2 glavice crnog luka, 3 kasike persuna seckanog, 1/2 kasicice kima u prahu, 1 kasicica majcine dusice, prstohvat kurkume i soli.

Priprema:
1) Crni i beli luk oljustite i sitno iseckajte. Papriku ocistite i sitno iseckajte. Celer sitno iseckajte. Spanac sitno iseckajte. Belanca penasto umutite.
2) Pomesati curece meso, belanca, ovsene pahuljice i zacine.
3) Dodati crni i beli luk, papriku, spanac i celer.
4) Formirajte pljeskavice. U pleh staviti papir za pecenje i poredjati pljeskavice.
5) Peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 200C 20 minuta pa smanjiti na 180C.

Ingredients: 600g turkey minced meat, 120g spinach, 60g oatmeal flakes , 2 egg whites, 2 celery stalks, 1 green bell pepper, 3 garlic cloves, 1/2 onion, 3 tablespoons chopped parsley, 1/2 tablespoon cumin powder, 1 tablespoon Breckland thyme. a pinch of turmeric and salt.

Preparation:
1) Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Clean pepper and finely chop. Finely chop the celery. Finely chop the spinach, whisk egg whites until foamy.
2) Mix turket meat, egg whites, oatmeal and spices.
3) Add the onion and garlic, pepper, spinach and celery.
4) Form burgers. Put baking paper in a baking pan and place the burgers.

5) Bake in a preheated oven at 200C for 20 minutes, then reduce to 180C.


Rafaelo kocke od griza (Raffaello semolina squares)

Sastojci: 300g griza, 500ml mleka, 150ml kisele vode, 40g puding od vanile, 20g vanilin secera, 2 kasike meda, 2 kasike secera, 200g kokosa, bademi ili lesnici.

Priprema:
1) Pomesati griz, puding i kiselu vodu.
2) U serpu staviti mleko i pustiti da prokljuca. Dodati secer i mesati dok se ne otopi. 
3) Smanjiti na srednju temperaturu i polaku stalno mesajuci dodati mesavinu iz koraka 1). Kuvati uz mesanje nekoliko minuta.
4) Kad je skuvano dodati med, vanilin secer i kokos. Povremeno mesati da se ohladi. Sipati u pleh.
5) Kad se ohladilo staviti lesnike ili bademe i staviti u frizider da se stegne. 
6) Seci na kocke.

Ingredients: 300g semolina, 500ml milk, 150ml carbonated water, 40g vanilla powder pudding, 20g vanilla sugar, 2 tablespoons of honey, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 200g of coconut flakes, almonds or hazelnuts.

Preparation:
1) Mix the semolina, pudding and carbonated water.
2) Put the milk in the pot and let it boil. Add sugar and stir until melted.
3) Reduce to medium temperature (4) and stirring slowly add the mixture from step 1). Cook with stirring for a few minutes.
4) When cooked add honey, vanilla sugar and coconut. Sir occasionally to cool. Pour into a baking pan.
5) When cooled, put hazelnuts or almonds and place in the fridge to tighten.

6) Cut into cubes.

Banana-keks kocke (Banana-biscuit cubes)

Sastojci: 600g mlevenog keksa, 250g margarina, 180g secera u prahu, 20g vanilni secera, 250ml soka od pomorandze, 2 banane.

Priprema:
0) Banane izgnjeciti viljuskom.
1) Pomesati keks, margarin, secer u prahu, vanilin secer, sok od pomorandze i banane. Dobro sjediniti.
2) Smesu staviti na pek papir i rastanjiti na debljinu oko 2 cm. Staviti u frizider da se stegne. 
3) Seci na kocke.

Ingredients: 600g ground plain biscuits, 250g margarine, 180g powdered sugar, 20g vanilla sugar, 250ml orange juice, 2 bananas.

Preparation:
0) Mash bananas with fork.
1) Mix biscuits, margarine, powdered sugar, vanilla sugar, orange juice and bananas. Mix well.
2) Place the mixture on baking paper and spread it to a thickness of about 2cm. Put in the fridge to tighten.

3) Cut into cubes.

Cokoladne jaffa kocke (Chocolate jaffa cubes)

Sastojci: 500g mlevenog keksa, 250ml soka od pomorandze, 20g vanilin secera, 4 kasike dzema od pomorandze, 100g cokolade za kuvanje + 1 kasika margarina, rendana kora od pomorandze, 2 kasike meda, za posipanje - secer u prahu ili rendana cokolada.

Priprema:
1) Teglu sa medom staviti u serpu sa toplom vodom i sacekati da se med otopi malo. Cokoladu otopiti sa margarinom. 
2) Keks preliti sokom od pomorandze. Dodati med, dzem, vanilin secer, cokoladu, koricu pomorandze. Sve dobro sjediniti. 
3) Ostaviti pola sata u frizider.
4) Na tacnu rasporediti smesu. Posuti secerom u prahu ili rendanom cokoladom.

Ingredients: 500g of ground plain biscuits, 250ml of orange juice, 20g of vanilla sugar, 4 tablespoons of orange jam, 100g of cooking chocolate + 1 tablespoon of margarine, grated orange peel, 2 tablespoons of honey, for sprinkling - powdered sugar or grated chocolate.

Preparation:
1) Put the jar of honey in a pot with warm water and wait for the honey to dissolve slightly. Melt chocolate with margarine.
2) Soak biscuits with orange juice. Add honey, jam, vanilla sugar, chocolate, orange peel. Mix well.
3) Leave half an hour in the refrigerator.

4) Arrange the mixture on the platter. Sprinkle with powdered sugar or grated chocolate.

Mleko sa zacinima protiv demencije (Milk with spices against dementia)

Mleko sa zacinima za jacanje mozdanih celija i u borbi protiv demencije i Alchajmera, smanjuje rizik od raka, srcanog i mozdanog udara. 

Sastojci: 250ml vode, 125ml mleka, 1/2 kasicice djumbira u prahu, 1/2 kasicice karanfilica u prahu, 1/2 kasicice cimeta u prahu, prstohvat kurkume, prstohvat kardamona, 1 kasicica meda.

Priprema:
1) Pomesati djumbir, karanfilic, cimet, kurkumu i kardamon.
2) U dzezvu staviti vodu da prokljuca. U solju staviti mesavinu zacina i preliti prokljucalom vodom. Promesati i ostaviti da stoji 5 minuta. 
3) Procediti. Dodati toplo mleko i med. Promesati.

Ingredients: 250ml of water, 125ml of milk, 1/2 teaspoon of ginger powder, 1/2 teaspoon of cloves powder, 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon powder, a pinch of turmeric, a pinch of cardamom, 1 teaspoon of honey.

Preparation:
1) Mix ginger, cloves, cinnamon, turmeric and cardamom.
2) Put water in the metal coffee pot or saucepan and let it boil. Put the spice mixture in cup and pour with boiling water. Stir and allow to stand for 5 minutes.

3) Drain. Add warm milk and honey. Stir.



Sirup za jacanje imuniteta (Immunity boost syrup)

Sastojci: 500g meda, 4 limuna, 300g svezeg korena djumbira.

Priprema:
1) Djumbir oljustiti i izredndati na krupno. Limun dobro oprati i zajedno sa korom iseci na manje komade. 

Napomena: ako dajete ovaj sirup deci izvadite kostice pre nego sto stavite u blender.

2) U blender staviti djumbir i limun sa sve kosticama i usitnite.
3) Pomesati mesavinu djumbira i limuna sa medom. Dobro izmesati.

Napomena: ako je med previse gust stavite teglu sa medom u toplu vodu da se malo istopi, zatim pomesajte sa mesavinom.

4) Svaki dan casi tople vode dodajte jednu kasicicu i dobro promesajte.
5) Nije za decu ispod 3 godine.
6) Cuvati u frizideru.

Ingredients: 500g of honey, 4 lemons, 300g of fresh ginger root.

Preparation:
1) Peel ginger and grind to a large. Wash the lemon well and cut it into smaller pieces with the peel.

4) Izvaditi djumbi. Dodati med i sok od limuna. Promesati.

Sirup od koprive (Nettle syrup)

Dobije se oko 4 L sirupa.

Sastojci: 60 vrhova lista koprive, 3 L vode, 2 manja limuna, 1.2 kg meda, 60g limunske kiseline.

Priprema:
1) Oprati vrhove lista koprive, ako vec niste. Limun oljustiti i iseci na kocke.
2) U serpu staviti vrhove kopriva i preliti sa vodom. Ostaviri da prokljuca pa skloniti sa sporeta. 
3) Dodati limun i ostaviti da stoji 1 dan.
4) Procediti. Sipati u serpu i dodati med. Kuvati i mesati dok se med ne otopi.  
5) Ostaviti da se ohladi. Dodati limunsku kiselinu i mesati dok se ne otopi. 
6) Kada se sirup potpuno ohladio sipati u oprane i suve flase.

About 4 L of syrup is obtained.

Ingredients: 60 tops of nettle leaf, 3 L of water, 2 smaller lemons, 1.2 kg of honey, 60g of citric acid.

Preparation:
1) Wash the tops of nettle leaf, if you haven't already. Peel the lemon and cut into cubes.
2) Put the tops of the nettle in the pot and pour over the water. Allow it to boil and remove from the stove.
3) Add lemon and leave to stand for 1 day.
4) Drain. Pour in pot and add honey. Cook and stir until the honey has dissolved.
5) Allow to cool. Add citric acid and mix until dissolved.

Za ciscenje pluca (To clean the lungs)

Sastojci: 500g crnog luka, 500ml vode, 200g meda, 1 kasika kurkume
1 koren djumbira oko 2.5 cm.

Priprema:
1) Oljustite crni luk i iseci na manje komade. Djumbir oljustiti i iseci na tanje kolutove.
2) U serpicu staviti vodu i pustiti da prokljuca. Dodati med i kuvati dok se med ne istopi.
3) Dodati luk i djumbir i pustiti da prokljuca. Smanjiti na srednje-nisku temperaturu (3) i dodati kurkumu. Kuvati dok se kolicina ne prepolovi.
4) Procediti ili izvaditi luk i djumbir. Sipati u teglu i ostaviti da se ohladi. 
5) Cuvati u frizideru.
6) Uzeti 2 kasike pre dorucka i kafe na prazan stomak kao i uvece 2 sata posle jela.

Ingredients: 500g onions, 500ml water, 200g honey, 1 tablespoon of turmeric, 1 root ginger about 2.5 cm.

Preparation:
1) Peel the onions and cut into smaller pieces. Peel ginger and cut into thinner rings.
2) Put water in the saucepan and let it boil. Add honey and cook until honey is melted.
3) Add onion and ginger and let it boil. Reduce to medium-low heat (3) and add turmeric. Cook until the amount is halved.
4) Drain or remove onions and ginger. Pour into a jar and allow to cool.
5) Store in the refrigerator.
6) Take 2 tablespoons before breakfast and coffee on an empty stomach as in the evening 2 hours after dinner.

Koktel za ciscenje jetre (Cocktail for liver cleansing)

Sastojci: 1 kasika maslinovog ulja, 1 kasika soka od svezeg limuna.

Priprema:
1) Pomesati maslinovo ulje i sok od limuna.
2) Popiti pre dorucka i kafe, na prazan stomak.
3) Najmanje 30 dana. Najduze - koliko god dugo mozete da izdrzite da pijete maslinovo ulje :)

Ingredients: 1 tbsp of olive oil, 1 tbsp of fresh lemon juice.

Preparation:
1) Mix olive oil and lemon juice.
2) Drink before breakfast and coffee, on an empty stomach.

3) At least 30 days. Longest - how long you can stand to drink olive oil :)

Caj od kamilice i nane sa lavandom (Chamomile and mint tea with lavender)

Sastojci: 1 kasicica kamilice suve ili 3 kasicice sveze, 1/2 kasicice lavande suve ili 1 1/2 kasicice sveze, 1/2 kasicice nane suve ili 1 1/2 kasicice sveze.  

Priprema:
1) Prokuvati 250ml vode. Pomesati sve cajeve.
2) U solju staviti mesavinu i preliti vrucom vodom. Ostaviti da stoji 10 minuta pa procediti.

Ingredients: 1 teaspoon dry chamomile or 3 teaspoons fresh, 1/2 teaspoon dry lavender or 1 1/2 teaspoon fresh, 1/2 teaspoon dry mint or 1 1/2 teaspoon fresh.

Preparation:
1) Boil 250ml of water. Mix all teas.

2) Put tea mixture in cup and pour over hot water. Steep 10 minutesand drain.

Sok od kora od jabuka (Apple peel juice)

Sastojci: kore od 8 jabuka, 1 L vode, 3-4 kasike meda, 3 karanfilica, 2 kasicice cimeta, 

Priprema: 
1) U serpu staviti kore od jabuka, med i sipati vodu. Pustiti da prokljuca i smanjiti na nisku temperatutu (2) ili (3) i kuvati 1 sat. Nakon 10 minuta dodati karanfilice i cimet.
2) Ostaviti da stoji jos pola sata. Izvaditi kore i karanfilice.
3) Cuvati u frizideru.

Predlog:  od jabuka mozete napraviti Pitu od jabuka bez jaja.

Ingredients: peel from 8 apples, 1 L of water, 3-4 tablespoons of honey, 3 cloves, 2 teaspoons of cinnamon,

Preparation:
1) Put the apple peel, honey and pour water into the pot. Allow to boil and reduce to low temperature (2) or (3) and cook for 1 hour. After 10 minutes, add the cloves and cinnamon.
2) Let it stand for another half hour. Remove the peel and cloves.

3) Store in the refrigerator.

Sirup za iskasljavanje i bol u grudima (Syrup for cough and chest pain)

Sastojci: 5 limuna, 500g meda, 5 glavica belog luka. 

Priprema:
1) Limun oljustiti i iseci na kocke. Beli luk oljustite i sitno iseckati. 
2) Pomesati med sa limunom i belim lukom.
3) Staviti u dobro zatvorenu staklenu teglu da stoji 7 dana.
4) Uzimati po tri kasicice dnevno otapajuci lagano u ustima.

Predlog: mozete napraviti Domace bombone protiv kaslja.

Ingredients: 5 lemons, 500g honey, 5 whole garlic.

Preparation:
1) Peel the lemon and cut into cubes. Peel the garlic and finely chop.
2) Mix honey with lemon and garlic.
3) Put in a tightly closed glass jar for 7 days.
4) Take three teaspoons a day, dissolving slightly in the mouth.

Caj od kamilice, bosiljka i zalfije (Chamomile, basil and sage tea)

Sastojci: kamilica, bosiljak, zalfija, cimet, med, limun, koren svezeg djumbira (opcionalno).

Priprema:
0) Oljustiti djumbir i iseci na tanke kolutove.
1) Pomesati jednake kolicine kamilice, bosiljka zalfije.
2) Cuvati u dobro zatvorenoj tegli.
3) Dodati jednu kasiku u solju. Preliti sa prokljucalom vodom. Ostaviti da stoji 15 minuta pa procediti.
4) Ako koristite djumbir, dodati u vodu i ostaviti da kljuca nekoliko minuta pa izvaditi djumbir. Onda korak 3).
5) Mozete dodati limun na dva nacina. Prvi - u vodu koja kljuca sa djumbirom dodati koru od jednog limuna. Izvaditi kore limuna. Drugi nacin - iseci limun na kolutive i dodati u gotov caj.
6) U gotov caj mozete dodati med. Koristite drvenu kasicicu i staviti u topao caj. Cimet po zelji. 

Napomena: jedan koren djumbira oko 2cm je dovoljan za 500ml vode.

Ingredients: chamomile, basil, sage, cinnamon, honey, lemon, fresh ginger root (optional).

Preparation:
0) Peel ginger and cut into thin rings.
1) Mix equal amounts of chamomile, sage basil.
2) Store in a tightly closed jar.
3) Add one tablespoon of tea blend in mug. Pour over with boiling water. Allow to stand for 15 minutes then drain.
4) If using ginger, add to water and allow to boil for a few minutes and remove the ginger. Then step 3).

Note: one ginger root about 2cm is enough for 500ml of water.

Pekmez od kajsija (Apricot jam)

Sastojci: 2 kg kajsija, 500g secera, 3 zrna karanfilica. 

Priprema: 
1) Pripremiti kajsije. Izblendirati.
2) U serpu staviti kajsije I postepeno dodavati secer. Kuvati dok postane gust uz povremeno mesanje da ne zagori. Proveriti varjacom da li je pekmez kuvan, tako sto kad povucete varjacom po sredini dna serpe I ako ostane vidljiv trag pekmez je gotov. 
3) Vreo pekmez sipati u oprane I tople (sterilisane) tegle I staviti u rernu na 80 C. Kada se zagreje iskljuciti I ostaviti da se uhvati korica. Sacekati oko pola sata da se ohladi.
4) Ostaviti do sutra da se potpuno ohlade uviijeno u cebe, pa povezati celofanom namocenim u alkohol ili rum.

Ingredients: 2 kg apricots, 500g sugar, 3 flowers of clove.

Preparation:
1) Wash apricots, remove pits and blend in blender.

Kakao kuglof (Cocoa kugelhopf)

Sastojci: 300g brasna, 180g secera, 20g vanilin secera, 4 jaja, 125g margarina, 100g mlevenih lesnika, 3 kasike ruma, 150ml mleka, 10g praska za pecivo, 3 kasike kakaoa, rendana kora od jedne pomorandze.

Priprema: 
1) Odvojiti belanca od zumanaca. Ako vam deo zumanca upadne u belanca, belanca se nece penasto umutiti. Pomesati brasno sa praskom za pecivo.
2) Penasto umutiti zumanca sa secerom i vanilin secerom. Dodati margarin. Dodati brasno, rendanu koru pomorandze, rum, mleko i lesnike. Dobro izmesati.
3) Penasto umutiti belanca. Dodati prethodnoj smesi i ponovo dobro promesati.
4) Kalup za kuglof namazati margarinom, posuti brasnom i sipati pola mase. U drugu polovinu dodati kakaoa, preliti preko prve mase i lagano promesati. 
5) Peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 180 C oko 50 minuta. 

Ingredients: 300g flour, 180g sugar, 20g vanillin sugar, 4 eggs, 125g margarine, 100g ground hazelnuts, 3 tbsp of rum, 150ml milk, 10g baking powder, 3 tbsp cocoa, one grated orange peel.

Preparation:
1) Separate the egg whites from the egg yolks. If part of the egg yolk strikes the egg whites, the egg whites will not foam. Mix flour with baking powder.
2) Whisk the egg yolks with sugar and vanilla sugar until foamy. Add margarine. Add flour, grated orange peel, rum, milk and hazelnuts. Mix well.

Pekmez od krusaka (Pear jam)

Sastojci: 2 kg krusaka, 500g secera, sok od 1 limuna, sok od 1 pomorandze.

Priprema:
1) Pripremiti kruske. Ocediti I izblendirati. 
2) U serpu staviti kruske, dodati I sok od limuna, sok od pomorandze I kuvati dok postane gusto, uz povremeno mesanje.
3) Vreo pekmez sipati u oprane I tople (sterilisane) tegle I staviti u rernu na 80 C. Kada se zagreje iskljuciti I ostaviti da se uhvati korica. 
4) Ostaviti do sutra da se potpuno ohlade uvijeno u cebe, pa povezati celofanom namocenim u alkohol ili rum.

Ingredients: 2 kg pears, 500g sugar, juice of one lemon, juice of one orange.

Sastojci: 3 kg visanja, 2.5 kg secera, 15g cimeta.

Priprema:
1) Visnje oprati, skinuti peteljke I izvaditi kostice. 
2) U serpu slagati red visanja, red secera I sve tako dok se ne utrose sve visnje I secer. Secer mora biti na kraju.
3) Zagrejati rernu na 150 C I staviti serpu da visnje puste sok. Izvaditi iz rerne. 
4) Kuvati na jakoj temperaturi stalno mesajuci da ne zagori. Kad je dzem skuvan (proveriti sa varjacom, kada se povuce varjaca po dnu serpe I kada ostane vidljiv trag dzem je gotov), dodati cimet I dobro promesati.
5) Vruc dzem sipati u oprane I sterilisane tegle. Staviti u rernu I zagrejati na 80 C I pustiti da se uhvati korica. Ostaviti da se ohladi.
6) Povezati celofanom namocenim u alkohol.

Ingredients: 3 kg sour cherries, 2.5 kg sugar, 15g cinnamon.

Preparation:

Prokelj sa dimljenom slaninom (Brussel sprouts with smoked bacon)

Sastojci: 500g prokelja, 200g dimljene slanine, 1 glavica crnog luka, 2 cena belog luka, 200ml kisele pavlake, 2 sargarepe, 1 koren persuna, komad korena celera, so.

Priprema:
1) Ocistiti prokelj i iseci na pola. Crni i beli luk oljustiti i sitno iseckati. Slaninu iseckati na kocke. Sargarepu, koren persuna i koren celera oljustiti. Sargarepu i koren persuna isckati na kocke.
2) Na malo ulja propržiti crni i beli luk. Dodati slaninu i proprziti dok se slanina ne istopi.

Priprema:
1) Breskve I sljive oljustiti, izvaditi kostice I samleti ili na masini za meso ili u secku. Zelatin pomesati sa 4 kasicice secera i malo vode i ostaviti 10 minuta. Limun iseci na kolutove. 
2) U serpu staviti breskve I sljive, dodati cimet, rum I zelatin. Sacekati da provri I dodati limun. Promesati. Postepeno dodavati secer stalno mesajuci. Sacekati da prokljuca pa skloniti sa sporeta.
3) Vruc dzem sipati u oprane I sterilisane tegle. Povezati celofanom namocenim u alkohol. Uviti u cebe I ostaviti do sutra da se potpuno ohladi.

Ingredients: 2 kg of peaches, 1 kg of plums, 1.8-2 kg of sugar, 15 g of cinnamon, 1 lemon, 2 tablespoons of rum, 20 g of gelatin.

Preparation:

Dzem od sljiva iz rerne (Plum jam from the oven)

Sastojci: 5 kg sljiva, 1.7 kg secera, 2 kasike ruma.

Priprema:
1) Sljive oprati I ocistiti od kostica. 
2) U dublji pleh redjati red sljiva, red secera dok se ne utrosi sav materijal. 
3) Ostaviti da stoji 12h pa staviti u prethodno zagrejanu rernu na 150 C da se kuvaju uz povremeno mesanje. Kuvati 5h. 
4) Dodati rum (po ukusu) I dobro promesati.
5) Vruc dzem sipati u orpane I sterilisane tegle. Povezati celofanom namocenim u alkohol, uviti u cebe I ostaviti do sutra dan da se potpuno ohladi.

Ingredients: 5 kg plums, 1.7 kg sugar, 2 tablespoons rum.

Preparation:
1) Wash the plums and remove pits.
2) Place a row of plums in a deeper baking tray, then a row of sugar until all the material is used up.
3) Leave to stand for 12 hours and place in preheated oven at 150 C to cook with occasional stirring. Cook 5h.

Musaka od krompira, slanine, luka i kackavalja (Potato, bacon, onion and cheese moussaka)

Sastojci: 1 kg crvenog krompira, 400g slanine, 3 glavice crnog luka, 3-5 cena belog luka 300g kackavalja (lako topljivog), 200ml kisele pavlake, 200ml belog vina, so, margarin, ulje.

Priprema:
1) Oljustiti krompir. Crni i beli luk oljustiti i sitno iseckati. Slaninu iseckati na kocke. 
2) U serpu staviti ceo krompir da se kuva. Posle 15 minuta ga izvadite i ocedite. 
3) Na malo ulja prziti crni i beli luk oko 8 do 10 minuta. Kad omeksa i porumeni dodati slaninu i jos malo prziti.
4) Krompir iseci na krugove i redjajti u pleh podmazan margarinom. Na krompir stavite malo fila od luka i slanine, pa preko krompir. Ponovite postupak dok ne utrosite sav materijal. Zadnji red treba da bude fil koji cete premazti kiselom pavlakom, posuti kackavaljem i preliti vinom.
5) Peci 15 minuta u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 220 C. Kad se sir rastopi izvaditi iz rerne.

Ingredients: 1 kg of red potatoes, 400g of bacon, 3 onions, 3-5 cloves of garlic 300g of yellow cheese (soft), 200ml of sour cream, 200ml of white wine, salt, margarine, oil.

Preparation:
1) Peel the potatoes. Peel the onions and chop. Chop the bacon into cubes.
2) Put whole potatoes in the pot, add water to cover the potatoes and cook for 15 minutes, remove and drain it.

Krompir punjen slaninom i krem sirom (Potatoes stuffed with bacon and cream cheese)

Sastojci: 1 kg krompira, 200g dimljene slanine, 200g krem sira, 80g maslaca ili margarina, seckani peršun, so.

Priprema:
1) Krompir oljustiti. Slaninu iseckati na kocke. Krem sir pomesati sa persunom i solju.
2) U serpu stavitivodu i kad prokljuca dodati krompir. Kuvati 15 minuta, paziti da se ne prekuva. Preseci na pola i izdubiti sredinu. 
3) Pomesati krem sir, margarin, slaninu, iseckanu sredinu od krompira. Izdubljene polovine punite filom. 
4) Peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni oko 20 minuta na 180 C. Kad fil dobije zlatnu boju izvadite iz rerne.

Ingredients: 1 kg of potatoes, 200g of smoked bacon, 200g of cream cheese, 80g of butter or margarine, chopped parsley, salt.

Preparation:
1) Peel the potatoes. Chop the bacon into cubes. Mix cream cheese with parsley and salt.

Dzem od bresaka sa stapicima vanile (Peach jam with vanilla sticks)

Sastojci: 3 kg bresaka (ociscenih), 2 kg secera, 3-4 stapica vanile, 500 ml vode.

Priprema:
1) Breskve oljustiti, izvaditi kostice I iseci na kocke. 
2) Secer staviti u serpu I preliti vodom. Kuvati oko 45 minuta ili dok se dobije gust sirup. 
3) Dodati breskve I kuvati jos 45 minuta, stalno mesajuci da ne zagori. 
4) Oprane tegle sterilisati I sipati vruc dzem. Povezati celofanom.

Ingredients: 3 kg of peaches (cleaned), 2 kg of sugar, 3-4 sticks of vanilla, 500 ml of water.

Preparation:
1) Peel peaches, remove pits and cut into cubes.

Sastojci: 300g brasna, 180g secera, 20g vanilin secera, 4 jaja, 125g margarina, 100g mlevenih lesnika, 3 kasike ruma, 150ml mleka, 10g praska za pecivo, 3 kasike kakaoa, rendana kora od jedne pomorandze.

Priprema:

Krem corba od tikvica i krompira (Creamy zucchini and potato chowder)

Sastojci: 500g tikvica, 200g krompira, 2 glavice crnog luka, 2 cena belog luka, 60g margarina, 100ml pavlake za kuvanje, 1 L pilece supe, prstohvat mlevenog kima.

Priprema:
1) Crni i beli luk oljustiti i sitno iseckati. Krompir i tikvice oljustiti i iseci na kocke.
2) Na ulju prziti crni i beli luk dok ne dobiju zlatnu boju. Dodati krompir, tikvice, so i kim. Preliti supom, poklopiti i na laganoj vatri krckati oko 20 minuta. 
3) Sve dobro usitniti u blenderu. 
4) Dodati slatku pavlaku. Vratiti u serpu i pustiti da prokljuca. Skloniti sa sporeta i ostaviti da se ohladi. 

Ingredients: 500g zucchini, 200g potatoes, 2 onions, 2 cloves of garlic, 60g margarine, 100ml cooking cream (or sour cream), 1 L chicken soup, a pinch of ground cumin.

Preparation:
1) Peel the onions and garlic and finely chop. Peel potatoes and zucchini and cut into cubes.
2) Fry the onion and garlic over medium heat (4) in the oil until they are golden. Add potatoes, zucchini, salt and cumin. Pour over the soup, cover and simmer for about 20 minutes on low heat.
3) Blend everything well in a blender.

4) Add the cooking cream. Return to the pot and let it boil. Remove from the stove and allow to cool.

Rolovani pileci zalogaji (Rolled chicken bites)

Sastojci: 6 pilecih filea, 1/2 kasicice belog luka u prahu, 6 kasika senfa, 500g slanine (isecene na trake), so, maslinovo ulje.

Priprema:
1) Piletinu iseci na vece kocke. 
2) Staviti piletinu u ciniju, dodajti so, beli luk, senf i ulje, pa sve promesati. Pokriti foljom i drzati u frizideru 4 sata ili preko noci.
3) Svaki komad piletine uvijati u slaninu i staviti u pleh namazan uljem. Peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 200 C oko 40 minuta. Na pola pecenja okrenuti piletinu da bi porumenela i s druge strane.

Ingredients: 6 chicken fillets, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 6 tablespoons mustard, 500g bacon (cut into strips), salt, olive oil.

Preparation:
1) Chicken cut into larger cubes.
2) Put chicken in the bowl, add salt, garlic, mustard and oil, then stir. everything. Cover with a foil and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.

Sastojci: 500g makarona, 200g dimljene slanine, 2 praziluka, 30g margarina, 200ml belog vina, 200ml pavlake za kuvanje, so, parmezan.

Priprema:
1) U serpu sipati vode i posoliti po ukusu. Kad provri dodati makarone i kuvati od 10 do 15 minuta. Slaninu iseci na kocke. Ocediti. Praziluk oljustiti i iseci na kockice.
2) U tiganj staviti slaninu i prziti dok ne pocne da rumeni. Dodati praziluk i margarin. Smanjiti temperaturu na nisku i prziti 10 minuta. Sipati belo vino i kuvati 2 minuta. Dodati pavlaku i makarone. Promesati. Posuti parmezanom.

Ingredients: 500g macaroni, 200g smoked bacon, 2 leeks, 30g margarine, 200ml white wine, 200ml sour cream, salt, parmesan.

Preparation:

5) U prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 180 C zapeci dok pirinac ne porumeni.

Ingredients: 500g chicken fillet, 150g basmati rice, 2 eggs, 100g sour cream, 50g pistachios, 50g almonds, a pinch of saffron, a pinch of turmeric, some margarine.

Preparation:
1) Cook the rice in salted water and drain.

Kuvane cufte od spanaca (Cooked spinach balls)

Sastojci: 500g spanaca, 250g starog hleba, 100g belog sira, 2 cena belog luka, glavica crnog luka, 3 kasike prezli, 30g margarina, prstohvat muskat oraha, 1 kasicica origana, 3 jaja, 150 ml mleka.

Priprema:
1) Hleb iseckati na kockice. Umutiti jaja sa mlekom. Crni i beli luk oljustiti i sitno iseckati.
2) Spanac blansirati. Ocediti i sitno iseckati.
3) Potopiti hleb u mesavinu jaja i mleka.
4) Na margarinu proprziti crni i beli luk oko 5 minuta. Dodati spanac. Skloniti sa sporeta i promesati. Dodati hleb, 50g izmrvljenog sira, muskat orah, origano, prezle, so. Sve dobro izmesati i navlazenim rukama formirati cufte.
5) Kuvati u slanoj kljucaloj vodi na tihoj vatri oko 8 minuta. Izvaditi i posuti sa 50g izmrvljenog sira. Preliti rastopljenim margarinom.


Ingredients: 500g of spinach, 250g of old bread, 100g of white cheese, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 onion, 3 tbsp breadcrumbs, 30g margarine, a pinch of nutmeg, 1 tablespoon of oregano, 3 eggs, 150 ml of milk.


Preparation:
1) Slice the bread into cubes. Whisk eggs with milk. Peel the onion and garlic and finely chop.
2) Blanch spinach. Drain and chop finely.
3) Dip the bread into the egg and milk mixture.
4) Fry the onion and garlic on the margarine for about 5 minutes. Add spinach. Remove from the stove and stir. Add bread, 50g of crushed cheese, nutmeg, oregano, breadcrumbs, salt. Mix everything well and form balls with moistened hands.
5) Boil in salted boiling water over low heat for about 8 minutes. Remove and sprinkle with 50g of crushed cheese. Topped with melted margarine.

Pljeskavice od pasulja (Beans burgers)

Sastojci: 500g pasulja (kuvanog), 1/2 crnog luka, 2 cena belog luka, 100g cedar sira (rendanog), brasno, 2 jaja, prezle, paradajz, zelena salata, lepinje ili somun, maslinovo ulje.

Priprema:
1) U ciniju staviti pasulj i izgnjeciti ga viljuskom. Ocistiti crni luk i beli luk i sitno iseckati.
2) U tiganj zagrejati 1 kasiku ulja i dodati crni i beli luk. Prziti 5 minuta, dok ne omeksa.
3) Dodaie smesu luka u pasulj. Promesati. Dodati sir, a zatim zacniti solju po ukusu. Napraviti 4 burgera.
4) Brasno, jaja i prezle stavite u tri odvojene posude. Svaku pljeskavicu uvaljatu u brasno, otresite visak, umocite u jaja, a na kraju u prezle.

5) Zagrejati ulje u tiganju i staviti burgere. Poci 4-5 minuta sa svake strane do zlatne boje. Ocediti ih na ubrusima i posluziti u lepinji sa salatom i paradajzom.


Ingredients: 500g beans (cooked), 1/2 onion, 2 cloves of garlic, 100g cheddar cheese (shredded), flour, 2 eggs, breadcrumbs, tomatoes, lettuce, bread rolls, olive oil.

Preparation:
1) In bowl, place beans and mash it with fork. Clean onion and garlic and finely chop.
2) Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a frying pan and add the onion and garlic. Fry for 5 minutes, until softened.
3) Add the onion mixture into the beans. Stir. Add the cheese, then season. Shape the mixture into 4 burgers.
4) Put the flour, eggs and breadcrumbs into three separate plates. Roll each patty in the flour, dusting off any excess, roll in the eggs, then finally coat in the breadcrumbs.
5) Heat oil in a non stick frying pan and add burgers. Fry for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden. Drain on kitchen paper and serve with in the bread rolls with lettuce and tomatoes.

Banini (Cookies with jam)

Sastojci: 1 kg brasna, 330g secera, 20 g vanilin secera, 4 jaja, 200ml ulja, 10g praska za brasnapecivo.

Priprema:
1) Prosejati brasno. Dodati prasak za pecivo i promesati. 
2) Umutiti jaja sa secerom i vanilin secerom. Dodati ulje i jos malo mutiti. Dodati mesavinu od brasna i sjediniti. 
3) Praviti loptice. Napraviti udubljenje prstom ili drskom od varjace. 
4) Pleh namazati margarinom. Poredjati banini, napraviti malo veci razmak jer ce da narastu. U udubljenja staviti dzem. Peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 180 C oko 15 minuta. 

Ingredients: 1 kg flour, 330g sugar, 20g vanillin sugar, 4 eggs, 200ml oil, 10g baking powder.

Preparation:
1) Sift flour. Add baking powder and stir.
2) Whisk eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar. Add oil and stir a little more. Add flour mixture and combine.
3) Make balls. Make a dent with the finger or handle of the wooden spoon.

4) Spread the margarine the pan. Place banini in the baking pan, make a little bit more distance because it will grow. Put jam in the dent. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 C for about 15 minutes.
