Krem od bundeve (Pumpkin cream)

Sastojci: 400g kuvane bundeve, 80g meda, 60ml mleka, 100g mlevenog keksa, 3 kasike slaga.

Priprema:
1. Bundevu, med i mleko dobro izmiksirati.
2. Dodati mleveni keks. izmesati.
3. Postepeno dodavati slag i mesati. Dobro izjednaciti masu.
4. Krem sipati u odgovarajuce case i po zelji ukrasiti.


Ingredients: 400g cooked pumpkin, 80g honey, 60ml milk, 100g plain ground biscuits, 3 tablespoons of whipped cream.

Preparation:
1. Put pumpkin, honey and milk in food processor and mix well..
2. Add ground biscuits. Stir.
3. Gradually add cream and mix well after each addtion..
4. Pour cream into the appropriate glasses and decorate if desired.

Kesten kocke (Chestnut cubes)

Sastojci: 1 kg mlevenog kestena, 250g margarina, 300g secera u prahu, 100g cokolade za kuvanje, malo ruma, za preliv - 100g cokolade, 1 kasika ulja.

Priprema:
1. Malo omeksati margarin, pa izmesati sa kestenom. Dodati secer i rum i dobro umesiti.
2. Razviti na dasci debljine 2-3 cm.
3. Za preliv - cokoladu otopiti i dodati kasiku ulja.
4. Vruce preliti preko kestena i nozem brzo rasiti po celom kolacu. Ostaviti da se stegne.
5. Pre sluzenja iseci na kocke.

Predlog: takodje mozete napraviti Kesten kvadratice.


Ingredients: 1 kg minced chestnuts, 250g maragarine (butter), 300g powdered sugar, 100g dark chocolate, a little rum, for topping - 100g dark chocolate, 1 tablespoon of oil.

Preparation:
1.  Soften butter first, then stir in the chestnut. Add sugar and rum and knead well.
2. On the board, develop chestnut, thickness of 2-3 cm.
3. For topping - melt chocolate and add the tablespoon of oil.
4. Pour hot topping over chestnut and quickly spread evenly with a knife. Allow to tighten.
5. Before serving cut into cubes.

Suggestion: you can prepare Chestnut squares.

Oblande sa alvom (Wafers with halva)


Sastojci: 500g alve, 250g secera, 1 casa vode, 200g samlevenih oraha, 10g vanilin secera, 1 pakovanje manjih oblandi.

Priprema:
1. Uspinovati secer kao za slatko, dodati alvu i kuvati da bude gusto. 
2. Skloniti sa sporeta i umesati orahe i vanilin secer.
3. Toplom masom filovati oblande. Prekriti najlon kesom i poredjati knjige.
4. Ostaviti da se stegne i seci zeljene oblike.


Ingredients: 500g halva, 250g sugar, 1 cup water, 200g ground walnuts, 10g vanilla sugar, 1 package of small wafers.

Preparation:
1. Cook sugar and water (about 5 minutes), add halva and cook until thickened.
2. Remove from stove and stir in walnuts and vanilla sugar.
3. Fill wafers with warm fill (spread evenly). Cover with plastic bag and arrange the books.
4. Allow to tighten and cut the desired shapes.

Krem od limuna (Lemon Cream)

Sastojci: 250g griza, 250g secera, sok i kora od 2 limuna, 500ml vode.

Priprema:
1. Kada voda provri, dodati secer i griz i kuvati uz neprestano mesanje.
2. Kada je skuvano, dodati sok i koru od limuna.
3. Kada se ohladi mutiti mikserom dok se ne zgusne i postane beo.
4. Sipati u posudice. Opciono ukrasiti vocem.


Ingredients: 250g of semolina, 250g sugar, juice and rind of 2 lemons, 500 ml of water.

Preparation:
1. When water boils, add sugar and semolina and cook with constant stirring.
2. When cooked, add the juice and rind of lemon.
3. When cool, use hand mixer until it thickens and becomes white.
4. Pour into trifle bowls. Optional garnish with fruit.

Ratluk oblande (Turkish delight wafers)

Sastojci: 500g secera, 500g seckanog ratluka, 200g mlevenih oraha, sok i kora od jednog limuna, 2 kore oblandi, 250ml vode.

Priprema:
1. Uspinovati secer dodati ratluk.
2. Kad se ratluk istopi dodati orahe, sok i koru od limuna.
3. Staviti jedan list oblande na tacnu ili posluzavnik, rasporediti fil ravnomerno, preklopiti drugom oblandom. Prekriti najlon kesom i poredjati knjige.
4. Ostaviti da se stegne i seci zeljene oblike.


Ingredients: 500g sugar, 500g Turkish delight (chopped), 200g ground walnuts, juice and rind of one lemon, 2 wafer sheets, 250 ml of water.

Preparation:
1. Cook sugar and water. Add Turkish delight. Stir constantly, until you get smooth mass.  
2. Add  walnuts, lemon juice and grated lemon peel.
3. Place one wafer sheet on a tray, spread filling evenly, cover with another. Put the plastic bag over and arrange the books.
4. Allow to tighten and cut into desired shapes.

Przeni rolat (Toasted roll)

Sastojci: 1 kg jabuka, 2 kg secera, 300g sargarepe, 500g mlevenih oraha, 100g cokolade.

Priprema:
1. Jabuke i sargarepu oljustiti i izrendati. Kuvati sa 1 kg secera, na tihoj vatri dok se ne zgusne, pa dodati orahe i skloniti sa vatre. 
2. Podeliti na dva dela. U jedan deo staviti otopljenu cokoladu. Izmesati. 
3. Deo bez cokolade rastanjiti na najlon kesu, pa staviti sloj sa cokoladom.
4. Uviti u rolnu, ostaviti da se stegne, pa seci.


Ingredients: 1 kg of apples, 2 kg sugar, 300g carrots, 500g ground walnuts, 100g chocolate.

Preparation:
1. Peel apples and carrots and grate them. Cook with 1 kg of sugar, over low heat until thickened, then add the walnuts and remove from heat.
2. Divide into two parts. In one part put melted chocolate. Stir.
3. The second part without the chocolate spread evenly over the plastic bag, and put a layer of chocolate.
4. Wrap in a roll, let it cool in fridge and cut.

Rolat od ratluka (Turkish delight roll)

Sastojci: 500g ratluka, 100g mlevenih oraha, secer u prahu.


Priprema: 
1. Umesiti ratluk sa secerom u prahu da bi se mogla razviti kora.
2. Razvijenu koru posuti orasima i uviti u rolnu.
3. Staviti da se osusiti i onda seci.



Ingredients: 500g of Turkish delight (store bought or homemade), 100g ground walnuts, powdered sugar.


Preparation:
1. Knead Turkish delight with powdered sugar to be able to develop a crust.
2. Developed crust sprinkle with walnuts and wrap in a roll.
3. Let it dry and then cut.

Neobicne puslice (Unusual meringues)

Sastojci: 300g korn-fleksa, 200g seckanih oraha, 150g cokolade, 250g margarina, 8 kasika meda, 100g secera, 200ml vode.

Priprema:
1. Secer uspinovati, dodati cokoladu, med i margarin. Mesati da se sjedini u glatku masu (smanjiti vatru) pa staviti pahuljice i orahe i dobro izmesati.
2. Kad se prohladi, vaditi kasicicom puslice i stavljati na podmazan pleh da se ohladi.


Ingredients: 300g of corn-flakes, 200g chopped walnuts, 150g chocolate, 250g margarine (butter), 8 tablespoons of honey, 100 g of sugar, 200ml of water.

Preparation:
1. Cook sugar and water until the sugar has melted, add the chocolate, honey and margarine. Stir until smooth (reduce heat) and put the cereal and walnuts and mix thoroughly.
2. When cool down, with spoon take out small meringues and place them on greased baking sheet to dry.

Cokoladne bombice (Chocolate balls)

Sastojci: 250g mlevenih oraha, 200g secera u prahu, 200g rendane cokolade, 150g margarina, malo ruma.

Priprema:
1. Izmesati cokoladu sa omeksalim margarinom, pa dodati orahe, secer i rum.
2. Dobro umesiti, praviti bombice i redjati ih u korpice od papira.


Ingredients: 250g ground walnuts, 200g powdered sugar, 200g grated chocolate, 150g butter (or margarine), a little rum.

Preparation:
1. Stir the chocolate with the softened margarine, then add the walnuts, sugar and rum.
2. Mix well, make balls and arrange them in paper cake cases.

Vocne bombice (Fruit balls)

Sastojci: 200g suvih smokava, 200g urmi, 200g suvog grozdja, 250g oraha, 200g secera, 100ml vode, strugana kora od pomorandze.

Priprema:
1. Ukuvati secer sa vodom.
2. Krupno samleti smokve, urme i suvo grozdje. Iseckati orahe. 
3. Sve izmesati sa secerom i dobro sjediniti.
4. Praviti bombice uvaljati u secer i redjati u korpice od papira.


Ingredients: 200g dried figs, 200g date palm, 200g raisins, 250g walnuts, 200g sugar, 100ml water, grated orange peel.

Preparation:
1. Cook sugar with water.
2. Coarse grind figs, dates and raisins. Finelly chop the walnuts.
3. Stir all in the sugar and combine well.
4. Make balls roll in sugar and arrange in paper cake cases.


Bombice sa visnjama (Cherry balls)

Sastojci: 100g mlevenog keksa, 100g rendane cokolade, 100g mlevenih oraha, 3 kasike secera, 20g vanilin secera, sok od 2 pomorandze i visnje iz slatka.

Priprema:
1. Izmesati sve sastojke (osim visnja i oraha), dobro sjediniti i praviti bombice.
2. Razviti svaki bombicu, staviti visnju i formirati opet bombicu, a zatim uvaljati u mlevene orahe.


Ingredients: 100g ground plain biscuits, 100g grated chocolate, 100g ground walnuts, 3 tablespoons sugar, 20g vanilla sugar, juice of 2 oranges and preserved cherries.

Preparation:
1. Stir all ingredients (except cherries and walnuts), combine well and make balls.
2. Develop each ball, put cherry in middle and form ball again, then roll in ground nuts.

Vanilice sa orasima (Vanilla circles with walnuts)

Sastojci: 500g mlevenih oraha, 250g secera, 250ml ulja, 10g vanilin secera, brasno po potrebi, 1/2 casice ljute rakije, dzem.

Priprema:
1. Umutiti ulje sa secerom i vanilin secerom. 
2. Dodati orahe, rakiju i brasna koliko da se umesi glatko testo (da ne bude suvise tvrdo).
3. Od dobijenog testa razviti koru 3 do 4 mm debljine. Malom modlom vaditi vanilice (ili casicom), redjati na papir za pecenje i peci na srednjoj temperaturi.
4. Pecene vanilice sastavljati sa dzemom, dve po dve, a zatim ih uvaljati u prah secer.

Savet: mozete pogledati kako se priprema dzem za mekano voce ili kako se priprema dzem za cvrsto voce.

Ingredients: 500g ground walnuts, 250g sugar, 250ml oil, 10g vanilla sugar, flour as needed, 1/2 small glass of hot brandy and jam.

Preparation:
1. Whisk the oil with sugar and vanilla sugar.
2. Add walnuts, flour and brandy to get smooth dough (should not be too hard).
3.  Develop dough to 3 to 4 mm thick. With small mold (or glass with thin edges) cut out vanilla circles, arrange on a baking sheet and bake at medium temperature.
4. When it cooled down a bit remove from the baking sheet and "glue" two vanilla circles with jam and then roll in powder sugar.

Pita sa mesom i prazilukom (Meat pie with leek)

Sastojci: 1 pakovanje smrznutog lisnatog testa, za nadev200g mlevenog mesa, 1 praziluk, 1 krompir (oljusten i narendan), 1 kasika celerovog lista (sitno seckano), ulje, biber, so, za preliv - 250ml jogurta.

Priprema:
1. Lisnato testo odmrznuti i sasvim tanko ga razvuci. 
2. Praziluk iseckati, posoliti, preliti vrelom vodom i ocediti.
3. Na ulju proprziti meso, dodati krompir i praziluk. Prziti na tihoj vatri, posoliti i pobiberiti. 
4. Skloniti sa vatre i dodati celerov list. Izmesati.
5. Ovim nadevom nafilovati pitu, uviti je, staviti u podamazan pleh, preliti jogurtom i peci u zagrejanoj rerni na umerenoj temperaturi.


Ingredients: 1 package frozen puff pastry (thawed), for filling - 200g minced meat, 1 leek, 1 potato (peeled and shredded), 1 tablespoon celery leaf (finely chopped), oil, pepper and salt, 250ml yogurt.

Preparation:
1. Thinly stretch puff pastry.
2. Chop leeks, season with salt and pour boiling water. Drain.
3. Fry meat in oil, add shredded potatoe and chopped leek. Fry over low heat, add salt and pepper to taste.
4. Remove from heat and add celery leaf. Stir.
5. This filling spread over stretched puff-pastry, roll, place in greased baking pan, pour over yogurt and bake in preheated oven at medium temperature.

Savijaca od mesa (Meat strudel)

Sastojci: za testo - 1kg brasna, 125g margarina, 3 zumanceta, malo ulja, malo secera, 20g svezeg kvasca, 500ml mleka, za nadev - 200g mlevenog mesa, 250-300g graska (prokuvan ili iz konzerve), 1 koren sargarepe, 1 koren paskanata, biber, so i ulje.

Priprema:
1. U toplo mleko staviti kvasac sa malo secera i pustiti da naraste.
2. U brasno dodati zumanca, rastopljen margarin, ulje, so i kvasac. Zamesiti glatko testo.
3. Testo prekriti i ostaviti na toplom mestu da nadodje. 
4. Iseckati sargarepu i paskanat na kockice.
5. Na ulju proprziti meso, dodati sargarepu, paskanat, grasak, biber i so. Izmesati i ostaviti da se prohladi.
6. Naraslo testo razvuci, premazati nadevom, uviti i ispeci u zagrejanoj rerni.


Ingredients: for the dough - 1kg flour, 125g margarine, 3 egg yolks, a little oil, a little sugar, 20g fresh yeast, 500ml milk, for stuffing - 200g minced meat, 250-300g green peas (boiled or canned), 1 carrot root, 1 parsnip root, pepper, salt and oil.

Preparation:
1. In the warm milk put yeast with a little sugar and let it grow.
2. Add egg yolks to the flour, melted margarine, oil, salt and yeast. Knead smooth dough.
3. Cover the dough and leave in a warm place to grow.
4. Cut carrot and parsnip into small cubes.
5. Fry meat on oil over medium heat, add carrots, parsnip, peas, pepper and salt. Stir and leave to cool.
6. Stretch dough, spread the stuffing, roll and bake in preheated oven.

Kroketi od spanaca (Croquettes with spinach)

Sastojci: 300g mlevenog mesa, 350g kuvanog ili zamrznutog spanaca, 2 kasike prezli, 3 kasike brasna, 1 cen belog luka, so, ulje.

Priprema:
1. Sitno iseckati beli luk.
2. Spanac skuvati u posoljenoj vodi. Ocediti i iseckati.
3. Dodati mleveno meso, beli luk, prezle, kasiku brasna i so.
4. Od ove mase praviti krokete, uvaljati ih u brasno i prziti na vrelom ulju sa svih strana.

Predlog: uz krokete od spanaca mozete posluziti Sos od jogurta.

Ingredients: 300g minced meat, 350g cooked or frozen spinach, 2 tablespoons bread crumbs, 3 tablespoons flour, 1 clove garlic, salt, oil.

Preparation:
1. Finely chop garlic.
2. Cook the spinach in salted water. Drain and chop.
3. Add minced meat, garlic, bread crumbs, 1 tablespoon of flour and salt.
4. From this mass make croquettes, roll them in flour and fry in hot oil on all sides.

Suggestion: you can serve croquettes with spinach with Buttermilk sauce.

Krompir pire (Mashed potatoes)

Sastojci: 500g krompira, 100ml mleka, 50g margarina (putera), so.


Priprema:
1. Margarin iseci na kocke.
2. Krompir oprati, oljustiti i iseci na cetvrtine.
3. Kuvati u posoljenoj vodi. Ocediti.
4. Izgnjeciti viljuskom ili usitniti rucnim mikserom.
5. Dodati kockice margarina i nastaviti sa gnjecenjem ili miksanjem.
6. Postepeno dodavati mleko neprestano mesajuci. 
7. Posoliti po ukusu i promesati.


Opciono: mozete dodati vise mleka, zavisno koju gustinu pirea zelite.


Predlog 1: mozete jos dodati 1 glavicu sitno seckanog crnog luka, 1 kasiku svezeg timijana (sitno seckanog), 2 kasike persuna (list, sitno seckanog), 3 zrna pimenta (smrvljenog), 2 cena belog luka (zgnjecenog).

Predlog 2: mozete jos dodati 1 sok od limuna, bibera, 2 cena belog luka (sitno iseckanog), 2 kasike persuna (list, sitno seckanog), 1 kasicica kima, malo maslinovog ulja.

Savet: uz krompir pire mozete posluziti Sos od jogurta.





Ingredients: 500g potatoes, 100ml milk, 50g margarine (butter), salt.


Preparation:
1. Cut  margarine (butter) into cubes.
2. Wash potatoes, peel and cut into quarters.
3. Cook in salted water. Drain.
4. Mash potatoes with fork or chop with hand mixer.
5. Add diced butter and continue mashing or mixing.
6. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly.
7. Add salt to taste and mix well.


Optional: you can add more milk, depending on the density of puree you want.


Suggestion 1: You can also add 1 onion (finely chopped), 1 tablespoon fresh thyme (finely chopped), 2 tablespoons parsley (leaf, finely chopped), 3 grains allspice (crushed), 2 garlic cloves (crushed).

Suggestion  2: You can also add the juice of 1 lemon, pepper, 2 cloves garlic (finely chopped), 2 tablespoons parsley (leaf, finely chopped), 1 teaspoon cumin, a little olive oil.

Tip: you can serve mashed potatoes with Buttermilk sauce.


Juneca pasteta (Beef pate)

Sastojci: 300g kuvane junetine (moze preostale iz supe), 3 tvrdo kuvana jajeta, 3 kisela krastavcica, kasika senfa, 2 kasike kisele pavlake, so, biber.


Priprema:
1. Junetinu, jaja i krastavcice dobro samleti u secku. 
2. Zaciniti solju, biberom, senfom i kiselom pavlakom.
3. Sve dobro izmesati.

Predlog: mozete napraviti Pastetu od belog mesa.


Ingredients: 300g of cooked beef (or from soup), 3 hard-boiled eggs, 3 pickles, tablespoon mustard, 2 tablespoons sour cream, salt and pepper.


Preparation:
1. Beef, eggs and pickles grind well in food processor.
2. Season with salt, pepper, mustard and sour cream.
3. Stir well.

Suggestion: you can make Chicken breasts pate.

Predjelo od jaja i mesa (Eggs and meat appetizer)

Sastojci: 300g mlevenog mesa, 6 tvrdo kuvanih jaja, 1 glavica crnog luka, 150g kackavalja, so, biber, besamel sos (skuvati redji besamel), sitno seckani persun, ulje.


Priprema:
1. Jaja iseci po duzini, a luk sitno iseckati.
2. Na ulju proprziti luk, dodati meso, pobiberiti i propirjaniti.
3. Skloniti sa sporeta, dodati persun i so i izmesati.
4. U podmazanu vatrostalnu posudu poredjati jaja, preko njih staviti meso.
5. Spremiti besamel sos i preliti preko mesa.
6. Posuti krupno narendanim kackavaljem i peci oko 10 minuta, u zagrejanoj rerni.



Ingredients: 300g minced meat, 6 hard boiled eggs, 1 onion, 150g cheese, salt, pepper, bechamel sauce (cook bechamel more liquid than usual), finely chopped parsley, oil.


Preparation:
1. Cut eggs lengthwise and finely chop onion.
2. Fry onion in oil, add meat, pepper to taste and braise a bit.
3. Remove from stove, add the parsley and salt and stir well.
4. In greased ovenproof dish, arrange the eggs, put the meat over eggs.
5. Prepare bechamel sauce and pour over meat.
6. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake about 10 minutes in the preheated oven.

Rolne od sunke (Ham rolls)

Sastojci: 200g sunke, 250g samlevenog pileceg belog mesa (moze preostalo od pecenja ili iz supe), 2 tvrdo kuvana jajeta, 2-3 kisela krastavcica, 3 kasike sitno seckanog persuna, so, biber, 200ml kisele pavlake, malo senfa.


Priprema:
1. Iseckati jaja i krastavcice, izmesati sa mesom.
2. Posoliti, pobiberiti i dobro izmesati sa umucenim senfom, kiselom pavlakom i persunom.
3. Na svaku snitu sunke staviti nadev, zaviti u rolnu i do sluzenja drzati u frizideru.



Ingredients: 200g of ham, 250g minced chicken white meat (can be left over from baking or soup), 2 hard boiled eggs, 2-3 pickles, 3 tablespoons finely chopped parsley, salt, pepper, 200ml sour cream, a little mustard.


Preparation:
1. Finely chop eggs and pickles. Mix with the meat.
2. Add salt, pepper to taste and mix thoroughly with the beaten mustard, sour cream and parsley.
3. On each slice of ham, put stuffing, wrap in a roll and keep in  refrigerate until serving.

Paprike sa mesom i pecurkama (Peppers with meat and mushrooms)

Sastojci: nekoliko crvenih i nekoliko zelenih babura, 250g mlevenog mesa, 250g sampinjona, glavica crnog luka, besamel sos, ulje, biber, so.


Priprema:
1. Paprike oprati, iseci na pola po duzini i ocistiti od semenki i zilica. 
2. Luk iseci na kockice. Sampinjone iseci na pola, zajedno sa nozicama.
3. Na ulju proprziti luk, kada omeksa dodati meso i prziti mesajuci. Pred kraj dodati sampinjone.
4. Ovim nadevom napuniti paprike, poredjati ih u vatrostalni, uljem premazan sud i naliti dno vodom.
5. Peci u umereno zagrejanoj rerni oko 20 minuta.
6. Kada su paprike gotove preliti ih besamel sosom.



Ingredients: few red and few green bell peppers, 250g minced meat, 250g mushrooms, 1 onion, bechamel sauce, oil, salt, pepper.


Preparation:
1. Wash peppers, cut in half lengthwise and clean it of seeds and veins.
2. Cut onion into small cubes. Mushrooms cut in half, along with the handles.
3. Sautee onions in oil, when it becomes vitreous add the meat and fry stirring constantly. Towards the end add the mushrooms.
4. With this stuffing fill the peppers, arrange the them in the casserole, coated with oil, pour the bottom with water.
5. Bake in moderately heated oven for about 20 minutes.
6. When peppers are ready pour over bechamel sauce.

Paradajz punjen testeninom (Tomatoes stuffed with pasta)

Sastojci: nekoliko vecih, cvrstih paradajza, 2 solje kuvane testenine, solja seckanog ili mlevenog mesa preostalog iz supe ili pecenja, 2 deblja snita sunke, 200g majoneza, iseckan persun, biber, so.


Priprema:
1. Oprati paradajz, osusiti, iseci im gornji deo, izdubiti sredinu i ostaviti da se ocede.
2. Sunku iseci na kockice.
3. Izmesati testeninu, meso, sunku, sredinu paradajza, persun, biber i so. Dodati majonez i dobro promesati.
4. Nadevom napuniti paradajze i drzati na hladnom mestu do sluzenja.



Ingredients: several large, firm tomatoes, 2 cups cooked pasta, salt, chopped or minced meat left over from the soup or baking, 2 thicker slices of ham, 200g mayonnaise, chopped parsley, salt, pepper.


Preparation:

Rolat od spanaca (Spinach rolls)

Sastojci: za koru - 6 jaja, 6 kasika brasna, 1 kasicica praska za pecivo, 6 kasika griza, 500g spanaca, 2 kasike ulja, so; za fil - 300g sunke, 500g krem sira, 200ml kisele pavlake.


Priprema:
1. Brasno pomesajte sa praskom za pecivo i solju. Spanac obarite i sitno iseckajte.
2. Umutite zumanca pa dodajte brasno, griz i spanac. 
3. Umasu lagano umesajte sneg od belanaca.
4. Testo sipajte u podmazan i brasnom posut pleh i pecite oko 20 minuta (zavisno od rerne) na 180°C. 
5. Peceno testo stavite na vlaznu krpu i urolajte.
6. Umutite sir sa kiselom pavlakom, pa premazite rolat. Preko poredjajte listove sunke, pa urolajte. 
7. Zaviti u alu foliju i ohladiti u frizideru.



Ingredients: for crust - 6 eggs, 6 tbsp flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 6 tbsp semolina, 500g spinach, 2 tbsp oil, salt, for filling - 300g ham, 500g cream cheese, 200ml sour cream.


Preparation:
1. Mix flour with baking powder and salt. Cook spinach and chop finely.
2. Beat egg yolks and add the flour, semolina and spinach.
3. Gently stir in the egg whites snow.
4. Pour dough into greased and sprinkled with flour baking pan and bake about 20 minutes (depending on oven) at 180°C.
5. Fried dough put into a wet kitchen cloth and roll.
6. Whip cream cheese with sour cream, and brush roll. Put ham sheets over cheese, and roll again.
7. Wrap in aluminum foil and chill in the refrigerator.

Kocke od sargarepe (Carrot Cubes)

Sastojci: 200g brasna, 10g praska za pecivo, 300g secera, 100ml jogurta, 150ml ulja, 500g sitno rendane sargarepe, 1/2 kasicice cimeta, slag.


Priprema:
1. Prosejte brasno s praskom za pecivo, dodajte secer i cimet i promesajte.
2. Dodajte sargarepu, jogurt i ulje i dobro izmesajte. (Ako je masa gusta, dodajte jos jogurta, kako bi se testo fino izlivalo u pleh)
3. Zagrejte rernu na 180°C i pecite kolac oko 40 minuta. 
4. Kada se ohladi isecite na kocke i premazite umucenim slagom.

Predlog: mozete napraviti Bombice od sargarepe.


Ingredients: 200g flour, 10g of baking powder, 300g sugar, 100ml yogurt (buttermilk), 150ml oil, 500g finely grated carrots, 1/2 tsp of cinnamon, whipped cream.

Preparation:
1. Sift flour with baking powder, add sugar and cinnamon and stir.
2. Add carrots, yogurt and oil and stir well (if the mixture is thick, add more yogurt so it can be poured in the baking pan).

3. Preheat oven to 180°C and bake cake about 40 minutes.

4. When cool, cut into cubes and decorate with whipped cream.


Suggestion: you can  make Carrots bomblets.

Musaka od kelja (Kale moussaka)

Sastojci: 1 1/2 kg kelja, 1 kafena soljica pirinca, 300g mlevenog mesa, 1 glavica crnog luka (iseckanog), 250ml kisele pavlake, 4 jajeta, 125g margarina, vegeta, biber.


Priprema:
1. Kelj ocistite i skuvajte u slanoj vodi. 
2. Kuvane listove kelja, ocedite i ohladite.
3. Skuvati pirinac, ocediti i ohladiti.
4. Luk dinstati na ulju da postane staklast. Dodati mleveno meso i biber, pa dinstati zajedno, a pred kraj dodati pirinac.
5. Pavlaku pomesati sa zumancima i zaciniti vegetom. Dodati masi od mesa.
6. Umutite belanca i lagano umesajte u masu. 
7. Pleh namazite margarinom, poslazite listove kelja, a preko stavite sloj nadeva od mesa. Postupak ponovite sve dok ne utrosite sastojke. 
8. Odozgo narendati margarin i peci 40 minuta na 200°C.



Ingredients: 1 1/2 kg kale, 1 coffee cup rice, 300g minced meat, 1 onion (chopped), 250ml sour cream, 4 eggs, 125g margarine (butter), vegetable seasoning, pepper.


Preparation:
1. Clean the kale and cook in salted water.
2. Drain boiled kale leaves. Cool.
3. Cook rice, drain and cool.
4. Heat oil over medium-low heat and fry onion until lightly brown. Add miced meat and pepper. Simmer together and add the rice at the end. Stir.
5. Mix sour cream with the egg yolks and season with vegetable seasoning. Add to the meat mixture.
6. Whip the egg whites and gently stir in the mixture.
7. Grease the baking pan with margarine, place kale leaves and put a layer of filling. Repeat until you spend all ingredients.
8. Lay pieces of margarine on top and bake 40 minutes at 200°C.

Karfiol sa susamom (Cauliflower with sesame)

Sastojci: 400g karfiola, 1 jaje, 150g brasna, 100ml vode, 75g susama, so, vegeta, korijander (iseckan), djumbir (iseckan), ulje.


Priprema:
1. Karfiol ocistite, razdvojte na cvetice i kuvajte u posoljenoj vodi oko 5 minuta. Ocedite, isperite ih pod mlazom hladne vode i osusite.
2. U ciniji, prosejte brasno, umesajte jaje, dodajte vodu, vegetu, korijander i djumbir. 
3. Sastojke mesajte sve dok masa ne postane glatka.
4. Komade karfiola uvaljajte u brasno, pa svaki cvet umocite u testo, zatim uvaljajte u susam i przite ih u vrelom ulju.



Ingredients: 400g cauliflower, 1 egg, 150g flour, 100ml water, 75g sesame seeds, salt, vegetable seasoning, coriander (chopped), ginger (chopped), oil.


Preparation:
1.  Clean cauliflower, separate into flowers and cook in salted water for about 5 minutes. Drain, rinse under cold water and pat dry.
2. In a bowl, sift flour, stir in egg, add water, vegetable seasoning, coriander and ginger.
3. Mix the ingredients until the mass becomes smooth.
4. Coat cauliflower pieces in flour, dip each flower in the dough, then roll in sesame seeds and fry in hot oil.

Kolutovi od luka (Onion rings)

Sastojci: 2 vece glavice crnog luka, 1 jaje, 100ml mleka, 150g brasna, so, ulje.


Priprema:
1. U posudi umutite jaje s mlekom i brasnom i posolite po ukusu. 
2. Luk ocistite i isecite na kolutove zeljene debljine.
3. U pripremljeno testo umacite kolutove luka i przite ih u vrucem ulju.



Ingredients: 2 large onions, 1 egg, 100ml milk, 150g flour, salt, oil.


Preparation:
1. In a bowl, beat egg with milk and flour; add salt to taste.
2. Clean and cut onion into slices (desired thickness).
3. Dip onion rings in prepared mixture and fry them in hot oil.

Punjene pecurke (Stuffed mushrooms)

Sastojci: 12 velikih pecuraka, 1 paradajz, 1 paprika, 100g kackavalja (narendan), beli luk u prahu, vegeta, persun (iscekan), maslinovo ulje.


Priprema:
1. Pecurke ocistite, operite, otkinite im drske i ostavite da se prosuse.
2. Drske pecuraka, paradajz i papriku isecite na kockice. sve stavite u ciniju i dodajte beli luk, persun i kackavalj. Zacinite vegetom i dobro izmesajte. 
3. Pecurke napunite pripremljenom smesom i slozite u pleh. Prelijte uljem i pecite 10 minuta u rereni zagrejanoj na 190°C.



Ingredients: 12 large mushrooms, 1 tomato, 1 pepper, 100g cheese (grated), garlic powder, vegetable seasoning, parsley (chopped), olive oil.


Preparation:
1. Clean and wash mushrooms, cut the handles and leave them to dry.
2. Mushroom handles, tomato and pepper cut into cubes. Put all in a bowl and add the garlic, parsley and cheese. Season with vegetable seasoning and stir well.

Palacinke sa spanacem (Spinach crepes)

Sastojci: gotove palacinke, 400 g spanaca, 30 margarina (putera), 2 cena belog luka, 350 ml kisele pavlake, 2 jajeta, muskatni orah, so.


Priprema:
1. Spanac operite, ocistite i blansirajte 3 minuta u posoljenoj kipucoj vodi. Ocedite.
2. Na margarinu proprzite seckani beli luk. Dodati spanac, muskatni orah i so. Dobro promesati i skloniti sa sporeta. Ostavite da se ohladi.
3. U ohladjenu masu umesati 150ml kisele pavlake i jaje.
4. U posebnoj ciniji umutiti jaje sa 200ml kisele pavlake. 
5. Na svaku palacinku staviti nadev od spanaca, presaviti palacinku na pola, pa opet na pola, redjati u podmazanu vatrostalnu posudu. 
6. Sve prelijte jajima sa umucenom kiselom pavlakom i pecite 45 min. na 170°C. 



Ingredients: ready-made pancakes, 400g spinach, 30g margarine (butter), 2 cloves garlic, 350ml sour cream, 2 eggs, nutmeg, salt.


Preparation:
1. Clean and wash spinach; cook 3 minutes in salted boiling water. Drain.
2. In a pan, heat the butter over medium-low heat until melted. Add chopped garlic and fry 1-2 min. Add spinach, grated nutmeg and salt. Stir well and remove from stove. Allow to cool.
3. Stir in 150ml of sour cream and 1 egg.
4. In a separate bowl, whisk egg with 200ml of sour cream.
5. Add spinach stuffing on every crepes, fold crepes in half, then again in half, put in a greased ovenproof dish.
6. Pour with beaten egg+sour cream and bake for 45 minutes at 170°C.

Brokoli u lisnatom testu (Broccoli in a puff pastry)

Sastojci: 250g lisnatog testa, 450g brokolija, 150g trapista, 3 jajeta, 2 kasike kisele pavlake, so, biber, 50g badema iseckanih na listice, malo vode.


Priprema: 
1. Brokoli ocistite i razdvojte na cvetice, operite i kuvajte u posoljenoj vodi oko 5 minuta. Ocedite i prohladite. 
2. U ciniji pomesajte 2 jaja, narendani sir i kiselu pavlaku, posolite, pobiberite pa dodajte brokoli.
3. Lisnato testo razvucite u pravougaonik debljine 3 mm, pa smesu od brokolija rasporedite na jednu polovinu testa. Preklopite testo i stavite u pleh oblozen papirom za pecenje.
4. Umutite jaje sa malo vode, premazite testo, pa pospite bademima.
5. Pecite oko 30 minuta.



Ingredients: 250g puff pastry, 450g broccoli, 150g Trappist cheese, 3 eggs, 2 tablespoons sour cream, salt, pepper, 50g ​​almonds thinly sliced, a little water.


Preparation:
1. Clean the broccoli and separate the flowers, wash and boil in salted water for about 5 minutes. Drain and cool.
2. In a bowl mix 2 eggs, grated cheese and sour cream, salt, pepper and add the broccoli.

Gratinirani karfiol (Gratinated cauliflower)

Sastojci: 500g karfiola, 2 jajeta, 75g narendanog parmezana, besamel sos,  so, biber, muskatni orah i iseckan vlasac.


Priprema:
1. Karfiol ocistite, razdvojte ga na cvetice, operite i skuvajte u posoljenoj vodi (pazite da se ne prekuva). 
2. Ocediti karfiol i staviti u vatrostalnu posudu.
3. U prohladjen besamel dodati razmucena jaja, muskatni orah, parmezan i vlasac. Zatim dodajte so i biber.
4. Ovim sosom prelijte karfiol i pecite sat vremena na 170°C.


Ingredients: 500g cauliflower, 2 eggs, 75g grated Parmesan cheese, bechamel sauce, salt, pepper, nutmeg and chopped chives.


Preparation:
1. Clean cauliflower, separate the little flowers on it, wash and cook in salted water (be careful not to overcook).
2. Drain cauliflower and place in oven-safe baking dish.
3. In chilled bechamel add scrambled eggs, nutmeg, parmesan and chives. Then add salt and pepper.
4. Pour sauce over cauliflower and bake for one hour at 170°C.

Besamel sos (Bechamel sauce)

Sastojci: 30g margarina (putera), 30g brasna, 150ml mleka, prstohvat soli i 1/2 kasicice sveze izrendanog muskatnog oraha.


Priprema:
1. U posudi, istopiti margin na nizoj temperaturi.
2. Dodati brasno i promesati da se sjedini.
3. Kuvati, na srednjoj temperaturi, dok masa ne postane svetla (oko 5 do 6 min.).
4. U medjuvremenu, ugrejati mleko.
5. Postepeno dodajte mleko, masi od margarina (putera), konstantno mesajuci, dok ne postane glatko. Kuvati 10 minuta, a zatim skloniti sa ringle.
6. Posoliti i dodati muskatni orah.


Opciono: mozete dodati vise mleka, zavisno koju gustinu sosa zelite. 


Ingredients: 30g margarine (butter), 30g flour, 150ml milk, pinch of salt and 1/2 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg.


Preparation:
1. In a saucepan, heat the butter over medium-low heat until melted.
2. Add the flour and stir until smooth.
3. Over medium heat, cook until the mixture turns a light (about 5 to 6 minutes).
4. Meanwhile, heat the milk.
5. Gradually add the hot milk to the butter mixture, whisking continuously until smooth. Cook 10 minutes, then remove from heat. 

7. Season with salt and nutmeg.

Optional: you can add more milk, depending on the density of sauce you want.

Lisnato testo (Puff pastry)

Sastojci: 300g mekog brasna, zumance, kasika ulja, kasika sirceta ili limunovog soka, 250g margarina, malo mleka, so.


Priprema: 
1. Brasno, zumanac, ulje, sirce i so zamesite mlakim mlekom.
2. Razviti testo, podeliti na 3 dela, premazati jednom trecinom margarina i preklopiti kao knjigu.
3. Isti postupak ponoviti jos 2 puta (testo uvek preklopiti na isti nacin).
4. Ostavite 2 sata da  odstoji u frizideru.


Napomena: Nakon sto ste pripremili testo, dalja obrada zavisi od toga kako je opisana u receptu. Testo samo jos razvijte (ne mesite), kako bi se odrzali slojevi testa.



Ingredients: 300g soft flour, egg yolk, tablespoon of oil, tablespoon of vinegar or lemon juice, 250g margarine, a little milk, salt.


Preparation:
1. Knead flour, egg yolk, oil, vinegar and salt with lukewarm milk.
2. Develop the dough, divide into 3 parts, spread one-third of margarine and fold like a book.
3. Repeate the same procedure 2 more times (fold dough always in the same way).
4. Leave to rest for 2 hours in refrigerator.
