Ingredients (for 4 servings):
- 600 g lamb meat: leg, shoulder, fillet (without bones)
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic (finely chopped)
- 1 teaspoon of dry oregano
- 1 teaspoon of dry rosemary or 1 teaspoon of fresh rosemary (finely chopped)
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon of mustard
- A pinch of salt
- A pinch of pepper
Preparation:
1. Cut the lamb meat into smaller pieces, 3-4 cm in size.
2. Put the meat in a bowl and add olive oil, oregano, rosemary, lemon juice, mustard, salt and pepper. Stir and coat meat well.
