Sastojci: palacinke, 6 snita sunke ili neki drugi delikates, 120 g cedar sira ili mocarela sira (rendanog), 6 jaja.
Priprema:
1. Napraviti palacinke.
2. U pleh za mafine za 6 mafina (vece rupe), staviti po jednu palacinku da se oblozi svaka rupa sa svih strana.
3. U svaku rupu staviti po jednu snitu sunke I po jednu kasiku cedar sira ili mocarele.
4. Razbiti po jedno jaje u svaku rupu.
5. Peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 200 C dok se jaje isprzi.
Ingredients: crepes, 6 slices of ham or some other deli meat, 120 g of cheddar cheese or mozzarella cheese (shredded), 6 eggs.
Preparation:
1. Make crepes.
2. In a muffin tray for 6 muffins (larger holes), put one crepe to cover each hole on all sides.
3. Put one slice of ham and one tablespoon of cheddar cheese or mozzarella in each hole.
4. Crack one egg into each hole.
