Losos sa povrcem u rerni (Salmon with vegetables in the oven)

Sastojci: 500 g fileta lososa, malo soli, malo bibera, malo ljute aleve paprike (opciono) ili malo slatke aleve paprike u prahu, 2 kašike maslinovog ulja, 1 kasicica soka od limuna, 1 grancica svezeg ruzmarina (poskidajte listice I malo izmrvite rukama), 1 ½ kasicice svezeg timijana (sitno seckanog), ½ kasicice svezeg mirodjije (sitno seckane), povrce - 150 g paradajza, 3 cena belog luka, 1 tikvica, 1 crvena paprika, 1 zelena paprika, origano, 2 kašike maslinovog ulja.

Priprema:

1. Paradajz oljustiti. Tikvicu oljustiti. Paprike ocistiti. Beli luk oljustiti. Sve iseci na kocke. Paprike mozete iseci na stapice. Beli luk sitno iseckati. Losos operite I osusite papirnim ubrusom.

2. Pomesati maslinovo ulje I origano.

3. Pomesati povrce sa uljem da se prekrije ravnomerno.

4. Pleh oblozite papirom za pecenje. Poredjati povrce.

5. Pomesati maslinovo ulje, so, biber, alevu papriku ili ljutu alevu papriku, sok od limuna, ruzmarin, timijan I mirođiju. 

6. Premazati filete lososa.

7. Staviti filete lososa izmedju povrca.

8. Peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 180 C oko 15 do 20 minuta ili dok losos ne bude gotov.


Ingredients: 500 g of salmon fillets, a little salt, a little pepper, a little cayenne pepper powder (optional) or a little sweet paprika powder, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, 1 sprig of fresh rosemary (tear off the leaves and crush them with your hands), 1 ½ teaspoons of fresh thyme (finely chopped), ½ teaspoon of fresh dill weed (finely chopped), vegetables - 150 g of tomatoes, 3 cloves of garlic, 1 zucchini, 1 red pepper, 1 green pepper, oregano, 2 tablespoons of olive oil.

Preparation:

1. Peel the tomatoes. Peel the zucchini. Clean the peppers. Peel the garlic. Cut everything into cubes. You can cut the peppers into sticks. Finely chop the garlic. Wash the salmon and dry it with a paper towel.

2. Mix olive oil and oregano.

3. Mix the vegetables with oil to cover them evenly.

4. Cover the baking tray with baking paper. Arrange the vegetables.

5. Mix olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika powder or cayenne pepper, lemon juice, rosemary, thyme and dill.

6. Coat the salmon fillets.

7. Place the salmon fillets between the vegetables.

8. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 C for about 15 to 20 minutes or until the salmon is baked though.
