Smuti od banane, kivija i matče (Matcha kiwi banana smoothie)

Sastojci: 3 banane (isečene, zamrznute), 3 kivija (isečena, zamrznuta), 1 kašika praha matče, 200 ml ovsenog mleka ili nekog biljnog mleka za posipanje - mak, susam, pinjoli ili orasi, sveži kivi ili banana, bademi, seme suncokreta, kokosovo brasno, čia seme, rendana čokolada.

Priprema:

1. Stavite banane, kivi, mleko i prah matče u blender ili procesor hrane i blendajte dok ne postane glatko.

2. Podelite smuti u dve šolje.

3. Dodajte prelive koje želite.

Ingredients: 3 bananas (sliced, frozen), 3 kiwis (sliced, frozen), 1 tbsp matcha powder, 200 ml oat milk or other nut milk, for toppings - poppy seeds, sesame seeds, pine nuts, fresh kiwi or banana, almonds, sunflower seeds, coconut flakes, chia seeds, chocolate shavings.

Preparation:

1. Place bananas, kiwis, milk, and matcha powder in a blender or food processor and process until smooth.

2. Divide the smoothie between two cups.

3. Add toppings you like.
