Slani kolac sa prsutom i maslinama (Savory cake with prosciutto and olives)

Sastojci: 300 g visenamenskog brašna, 200 ml mleka, 100 g prsute (iscekana na kockice), 100 g rendanog provolone kackavalja (cedar sira ili mocarela sira ili fontina sira), 50 g zelenih maslina (bez koštica, sitno seckanih),  50 g parmezana ili vegan parmezana (rendanog), 50 ml ekstra devičanskog maslinovog ulja, 25 g avokado ulja, 3 jaja, 10 g praška za pecivo, so po ukusu, biber po ukusu.

Priprema: 

0. Pomesati brasno I prasak za pecivo.

1. Stavite jaja, mleko, ekstra devičansko maslinovo ulje, avokado ulje, so i biber u posudu i umutiti viljuskom. 

2. Dodajte parmezan I brašno i dobro promešajte. 

3. Dodajte masline bez koštica, prsutu i provolone sir. 4. Veci pleh oblozite papirom za pecenje ili namazati sa malo ulja ili margarina I posuti sa malo brasna.

5. Sipati smesu I poravnati.

6. Peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 180 C oko 25 do 30 minuta.

Napomena: slani kolac treba da bude debljine oko 1 do 1.5 cm.

Ingredients: 300 g of all-purpose flour, 200 ml of milk, 100 g of prosciutto (cut into cubes), 100 g of shredded provolone cheese (cheddar cheese or mozzarella cheese or fontina cheese), 50 g of green olives (pitted, finely chopped), 50 g of Parmesan cheese or vegan parmesan (grated), 50 ml of extra virgin olive oil, 25 g of avocado oil, 3 eggs, 10 g of baking powder, salt to taste, pepper to taste.

Preparation:

0. Mix flour and baking powder.

1. Place eggs, milk, extra virgin olive oil, avocado oil, salt and pepper in a bowl and whisk with a fork.

2. Add parmesan cheese and flour and mix well.

3. Add pitted olives, prosciutto and provolone cheese. 

4. Line a large tray with baking paper or grease with a little oil or margarine and sprinkle with a little flour.

5. Pour the mixture and level it.

6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 C for about 25 to 30 minutes.

Note: the savoury cake should be about 1 to 1.5 cm thick.
