Sastojci: tost hleb, kackavalj (cedar sir, gauda kackacavalj, trapist kackavalj), sunka ili slanina (isecena na snite), jaje + 1 kasika mleka, malo lista persuna (sitno seckanog), malo margarina.
Priprema:
0. Iseci kackavalj na sirinu 1 do 1.5 cm duzine tost hleba.
1. Staviti 4 tost hleba jedan na drugi. Iseci tost hleb na sirinu 2 cm.
2. Staviti izmedju dva stapica tosta kackavalj.
3. Preko tosta zamotati parcetom sunke ili slanine.
4. Staviti u posudu, namazanu sa malo margarina.
5. Umutiti jaje i dodati mleko i peršun.
6. Preliti mesavinom jaja.
7. Peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 200 C dok se jaja ne isprze i kackavalj ne otopi.
Ingredients: toast bread, yellow cheese (cheddar cheese, Gouda cheese, Trappist cheese), ham or bacon (cut into slices), egg + 1 tbsp of milk, a little parsley leaf (finely chopped), butter.
Preparation:
0. Cut the yellow cheese to the width of 1 to 1.5 cm, the length of toasted bread.
1. Place 4 toasted bread pieces on top of each other. Cut the toasted bread to a width of 2 cm.
2. Put the yellow cheese between two sticks of toast.
3. Wrap a slice of ham or bacon over the toast.
4. Place in a bowl, greased with a little margarine.
5. Beat the egg and add milk and parsley.
6. Pour over the egg mixture.
7. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 C until the eggs are fried and the cheese melts.
