Sastojci: 1 srednja tikvica + ½ kasicice soli, 1 jaje, 30 g ovsenih pahuljica (mlevenih) ili ovsenog brasna, ½ kasicice belog luka u granulama, 80 g cedar sira (rendanog), 1 kasika svezeg vlasca (sitno seckanog) ili 1 kasicica suvog vlašca, 1 kasika maslinovog ulja, prstohvat morske soli.
Priprema:
1. Tikvicu oprati, oljustiti i izrendati na krupno.
2. Posoliti i promesati. Ostaviti 30 minuta.
3. Ocediti izmedju dlanova.
4. Ovsene pahuljice samleti.
5. Pomesati tikvicu, cedar sir, ovsene pahuljice ili ovseno brasno, beli luk, vlasac, so, maslinovo ulje I jaje I dobro promesati.
6. Oblikovati manje pljeskavice.
7. Pleh oblozite papirom za pecenje i poredjati tikvica pljeskavice.
8. Peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 200 C 15 minuta.
9. Okrenuti pljeskavice od tikvica na drugu steanu I peci 15 minuta.
Predlog: tikvica pljeskavice mozete poslužite uz kiselo mleko ili jogurt, kiselu pavlaku, grčki jogurt, bugarski jogurt, domaci krem sir, zacinjen krem sir 1, zacinjen krem sir 2, ili neki drugi sir.
Ingredients: 1 medium zucchini + ½ teaspoon of salt, 1 egg, 30 g of oat flakes (rolled oats, ground) or oat flour, ½ teaspoon of granulated garlic, 80 g of cheddar cheese (shredded), 1 tablespoon of fresh chives (finely chopped) or 1 teaspoon of dried chives, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, a pinch of sea salt.
Preparation:
1. Wash, peel and coarsely grate the zucchini.
2. Add salt and mix. Leave for 30 minutes.
3. Drain between the palms.
4. Grind the oat flakes.
5. Mix the zucchini, cheddar cheese, grinded oat flakes or oat flour, garlic, chives, salt, olive oil and egg and mix well.
6. Form smaller patties.
7. Line the baking tray with baking paper and arrange the zucchini patties.
8. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 C for 15 minutes.
9. Turn the zucchini patties on the other side and bake for 15 minutes.
Suggestion: you can serve zucchini patties with sour milk or buttermilk, sour cream, Greek yogurt, Bulgarian yogurt, homemade cream cheese, seasoned cream cheese 1 or seasoned cream cheese 2 or some other white cheese.
